There was black mildew in the shower, stains on the lamp shades, the wallpaper was peeling below the window, the towels and sheets smelled clean but didn't look clean (not white), and the upholstery on the chairs in the dining area had holes worn into the corners.

O atendimento é ótimo, um bom café da manhã, os funcionários super cordiais e prontos para atender as solicitações, localização excelente, quarto bem espaçoso, o único ruim é que a tv não é smart e não tem como abrir a janela do quarto pois é tudo de vidro e as chaves desmagnetizavam com frequência durante nossa estada mesmo estando longe de aparelhos eletrônicos. Fora isso vale muito a pena.
O atendimento é ótimo, um bom café da manhã, os funcionários super cordiais e prontos para atender as solicitações, localização excelente, quarto bem espaçoso, o único ruim é que a tv não é smart e não tem como abrir a janela do quarto pois é tudo de vidro e as chaves desmagnetizavam com frequência durante nossa estada mesmo estando longe de aparelhos eletrônicos. Hotel is in a good location and in a safe area. Hotel staff was very friendly, concierge service excellent, and the room was clean. Housekeeping service was very good and room always prepared well each day. Unique needing your room key every time you use the lift (up and down) but no problems. Rooftop pool is nice and a great view of the main boulevard. Would recommend!

Stayed at property for 2weeks. Rooms are very large,quiet and clean. Lots of storage, great view. Staff was very kind. Especially Anna,Angie Fabio. Breakfast nothing fancy. No real gym. Smaller than rooms. Pool area not good. Very small. Not good for swimming or laying out. Very old need of repair. No one ever asked or assisted us with our bags?? That was strange. Es gab einen sehr herzlichen und professionellen Empfang. Da ich nur sehr wenig spanisch spreche habe ich das perfekte Englisch der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr genossen. Sofort war man mir mit den Koffern behilflich und hatte auch sehr nützliche sightseeing Tipps.. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und mit allem Komfort. Die Dusche ist fabelhaft- man könnte auch den Whirlpool nutzen - habe ich aber nicht. Die Terrasse auf dem Dach ist ein weiteres Highlight. Das Frühstück ist sehr üppig und mit viel Auswahl . Die Lage ist sehr zentral und vieles fußläufig erreichbar.

Very well located. One step out of the hotel your immediately on the biggest road in Buenos Aires which means you can reach basically everything by foot. Nonetheless you don’t really hear the noises in the room. Employees were very friendly eventhough not always up to European politeness. Breakfast was good. Gym is very basic and we didn’t have any towels or water there. The keycards really struggled when using the elevators. That was kind of annoying. Overall a very good stay but there is some room left for optimisations.

At first very impressed with everything and the room was nice! The breakfast was also really good! Although the personal at the restaurant was not very welcoming. The front desk was welcoming, but when I had a problem with the drain and the ventilation in the bathroom, I got no help. I said this to the front desk, but nothing ever happened. So for 3 days I had a horrible smell from the drain in the bathroom and no ventilation in the bathroom at all time, which made it very damp in there, combined with the smell. The bed was a mystery and the right side “dropped” every night, so there was a gap between the beds. Had I been given another room, it had been a clear 10/10.

O quarto estava impecável. Hotel excelente, com tudo muito limpo e organizado. A equipe prestou um atendimento de alto nível, sempre cordial e eficiente. A localização é perfeita, próxima ao Obelisco, na principal avenida de Buenos Aires.

The Hotel was conveniently situated in the city which I love. I had 2 issues though. Why do we have to pay city tax as a tourist for each day?? and 2, the bathrooms needed proper cleaning. That is my biggest concern that must be rectified ASAP.

Had the coolest room with a huge window facing the ‘Evita building’. We would stand by the window a few times every day and just look at the traffic and the life down there. Wi-Fi wasn’t the best, but we made it through 😅

Cinco anos depois de não conseguirmos fazer nossa lua de mel em virtude da pandemia, finalmente fomos conhecer Buenos Aires e conseguimos nos hospedar no hotel que escolhemos aquela vez, e agora, com nosso bebê. Hotel excelente, com localização prática para fazer os passeios e conhecer a linda cidade. Excelentes instalações, atendimento da equipe muito cordial, hotel bonito, moderno e com quarto confortável. Café da manhã é bom, mas poderia ter mais variedade, principalmente de frutas, mas nada que impacte na estadia. Wi-fi também era um pouco lento, melhorando após algumas manutenções que foram feitas. E como o hotel fica na Avenida 09 de Julho, que tem movimento intenso, sou obrigado a parabenizar o hotel pelo isolamento acústico. Não se ouvia NADA, nem dos outros quartos, muito menos da rua. Por fim, antes de escolhermos, lemos em muitos sites que era para se evitar a região do centro/microcentro... uma balela. Pode ser que no passado fosse perigoso, por agora (2025) não sentimos insegurança em nenhum momento andando pelas redondezas, inclusive a noite. Considerando custo da estadia e a qualidade da estrutura e atendimento, recomendo muito a hospedagem no Eurobuilding.

So for 3 days I had a horrible smell from the drain in the bathroom and no ventilation in the bathroom at all time, which made it very damp in there, combined with the smell. The bed was a mystery and the right side “dropped” every night, so there was a gap between the beds. Had I been given another room, it had been a clear 10/10.

TENEBROSO ! De positivo apenas a localização e o preço, aliás acho q por ser barato e bem localizado as pessoas acabam avaliando bem o hotel e prejudicando quem está buscando uma habitação digna para se hospedar. O Atendimento também é péssimo, como exemplo: às 21h do dia 31/12 solicitei a recepção que me chamasse um táxi e o atendente me disse que não ia chamar porque ia demorar muito e ele não ia perder tempo. Sobre o quarto : no banheiro a torneira de água quente estava quebrada, o box molha todo banheiro, muitas infiltrações e sujeira nas paredes. Sobre o café da manhã : Realmente o pior de todos que já estive, mas se fosse ruim e “limpinho”…. Talheres mal lavados, xícaras com resto de alimentos e no nosso ultimo café da manhã tivemos a companhia de 2 pequenas baratinhas na mesa do café. Nunca, jamais passem suas roupas com o ferro que está disponível no quarto, manchou toda minha camisa branca do réveillon. Fujam deste local !

Hotel is in a good location and in a safe area. Hotel staff was very friendly, concierge service excellent, and the room was clean. Housekeeping service was very good and room always prepared well each day. Unique needing your room key every time you use the lift (up and down) but no problems. Rooftop pool is nice and a great view of the main boulevard. Would recommend!

This was the perfect location for our 2-day station! Near everything including bus route, restaurants café etc roof top offers a magnificent view of the city! Cinco anos depois de não conseguirmos fazer nossa lua de mel em virtude da pandemia, finalmente fomos conhecer Buenos Aires e conseguimos nos hospedar no hotel que escolhemos aquela vez, e agora, com nosso bebê. Hotel excelente, com localização prática para fazer os passeios e conhecer a linda cidade. Excelentes instalações, atendimento da equipe muito cordial, hotel bonito, moderno e com quarto confortável. Café da manhã é bom, mas poderia ter mais variedade, principalmente de frutas, mas nada que impacte na estadia. Wi-fi também era um pouco lento, melhorando após algumas manutenções que foram feitas. E como o hotel fica na Avenida 09 de Julho, que tem movimento intenso, sou obrigado a parabenizar o hotel pelo isolamento acústico. Não se ouvia NADA, nem dos outros quartos, muito menos da rua. Por fim, antes de escolhermos, lemos em muitos sites que era para se evitar a região do centro/microcentro... uma balela. Pode ser que no passado fosse perigoso, por agora (2025) não sentimos insegurança em nenhum momento andando pelas redondezas, inclusive a noite. Considerando custo da estadia e a qualidade da estrutura e atendimento, recomendo muito a hospedagem no Eurobuilding.
