The location is great but finding a park to check in is almost impossible during the day. I went to paid parking just to be able to check-in. Punthitll has paid garage parking which is well worth paying for. There is a trick to finding where to swipe your card to get into the garage. It is on a wall out in the lane. I was scratching my head for a while there. The room is comfortable, and the bed is "fantastic" extreme comfort. I went up to the outside deck where there is a magnificent view of the city and a hot tub/spa pool. I would stay here again when down on business

The property has self-service for accessing extra towels/toiletries/cleaning and washing items. Only suggestion is perhaps having a smart TV in the apartment so guests have option to stream from personal devices. Thanks for having us!

Loved staying at Punt Hill Apartments again. These apartments are in such a brilliant location, walking distance to a couple of restaurant precincts, bars and shops. And love the jacuzzi.

We had booked for our family of 3 (2 adults & 1 child) to stay for two nights. The apartment is well located and close to restaurants/cafes/shops and supermarket. On arrival checkin was smooth and the on-site parking was a good add-on. I recommend adding this if you have a car as the street parking is metered and on hot days it’s quite busy down the main road. The apartment had all the mod cons and was well stocked. The bed was comfy and bedding was nice and clean.

The room we stayed in was lovely. I was a bit disappointed to find no soap or face washers in my room. This was only noticed once I was ready for a shower. A simple oversight. The room was lovely, clean and fresh. The location in Williamstown is central and within walking distance to local restaurants.

The location was great and the room was clean but needed some attention as there were cobwebs off the paintings and the hanging line in the bathroom was broken. Although it’s was comfortable it definitely needed a detailed clean and a few more coffee pods would have been nice as 2 was not enough.

This property was beautiful and clean, safe and the lock up parking was excellent. I did think for the price they could have put some breakfast goods and some more coffee and tea. We stayed at the motel next door for a lot cheaper and they had plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit 🍇 just a thought.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t have housekeeping, Covid years as an exception. I stayed from Sun-Fri and the bed wasn’t made once and room was barely cleaned, if at all. I even requested house keeping, was told they would come & what they did was barely noticeable. I even tipped house keeping very well & they took money without really doing anything. Everything else was fine.

Location was excellent. The room and facilities was everything that you’d need. The weekend was very wet and cold and there was a water leak, wet carpet in the bedroom, which made the room damp and smelly

Property was not clean. Had a knock on the door from neighbour asking me to stay quiet when I was on my own. When I told staff about the cleanliness and showed photos was said “oh sorry about that”. Not worth the money.

Friends staying to catch up with friends and family from overseas and Melbourne. The accommodation whilst very comfortable is very noisy, as in no soundproofing/double glazing. I could hear every footpath and neighbours conversation and lacked in sleep the entire stay. Had ear plugs but still insufficient to stop the noise. Not just NYE but every night

Punthill Williamstown is in an excellent location, close to shops and restaurants, with views of Hobsons Bay and the Melbourne skyline. The spacious and well-cared-for suites have everything needed for a short stay. Recommended!
