Location is amazing but unit needs some repairs, communication regarding amenities and to get in wasn't clear and we had to call in a few times, hot tub wasn't working (no jets), etc.

We never heard back from anyone regarding our initial complaints. Not an email, a call, nothing. The house itself smelled heavily of cooking spices, the place was not professionally cleaned, or if it was that person needs to get some additional training. -A used coffee filter was left in the coffee maker. - the Table was obviously not even wiped down as I ran my finger through the dried water rings in the table as you'll see in the picture. Food wrappers under the bed. Dust everywhere. Was not cleaned:( -The gym air conditioner wasnt working. Reported twice. Not fixed.

Great location with lots to mountain fun available right out your door. Pool and hot tub were great after a hike or bike ride (or ski in the winter). The unit itself is worn with two arm chairs in particular in very bad shape. Kitchen and shower were functional and overall we enjoyed being there, but the state of some of the furniture was below standard.

The overall space was more generous than expected. The layout was nice, with the en-suite bedrooms on either side of the living room and kitchen area. The deck was nice, though in alter small spots de because the hot tub takes up most of the space. The hot tub was inviting after a day of biking. The jets don’t all work and the plastic is cracked in some areas but it works fine and the hot soak was worth it. We noticed the microwave door handle is broken and probably won’t last long. Also the master bath toilet paper holder is loose. Otherwise, everything worked well. I recommend this stay for two couples or one couple and two kids. More than that would be crowded.

In general a good property with a good location, but this unit needs a little help. The kitchen and living areas were all good and the unit was clean. However, there are issues with the beds and the bathroom. The pull out bed is so saggy in the middle it like sleeping inside a V. Maybe it is broken. The bed in the bedroom is extremely hard, again to the point of almost unusable. I can usually sleep anywhere but this was like sleeping on a hardwood floor. Needed to add a blanket as a topper for some extra cushioning. Lastly, the toilet did not flush well and kept running. If using this unit, bring an air mattress or pad and don't plan on using the pull out for anyone but a small child.
