This hotel was located close to many sights including Tivoli Gardens and lots of restaurants. There is a nice bar area and outdoor courtyard for seating. We were disappointed that one side of our bed was against a wall. That caused my partner to have to climb out the end of the bed and to feel constrained in sleeping.

Det beste med dette hotellet er beliggenheten- helt perfekt mitt i sentrum. Veldig god frokost og en stor og særs hyggelig hotellbar. Der satt vi både før middag og før vi gikk å la oss for natten. Savnet kjøleskap på rommet Og så var det iskaldt på badet.

The overall stay was good. The breakfast price is unreasonable, so we didn’t book this from the hotel but used many great options in the city. Heating in the bathroom was weak although I turned on the heater to a max. grade. The bed was very much uncomfortable. The hotel is however very good located in the very center of the city, all main points can be reached by walking. There is also a bar in the hotel with affordable prices (was full every evening) and exceptionally friendly and efficient service. The hotel is fine for short (1-2 days) stays.

Helt greit hotell. Lite rom, ganske så lytt fra badet til resten av rommet. Beliggenheten trekker opp. Vi kom kjørende med bil men når vi kommer får vi beskjed om at de ikke har parkering til oss. Vi må dermed parkere langt unna, mye dyrere enn planlagt.

Vi hade en mycket fin uphold i Copenhagen och Motel One. Det ligger perfekt in i centrum och endå lungt. Vi uppskattade mycket att hyra cyklar i Motel. Personalen var mycket vänliga. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Fik et rum med en enkeltseng. Intet skrivebord eller en stol. Sengen stod op langs væggen og var sådan set pænt nok. Der var dog ret beskidt under sengen. Nullermænd og snavs. Men selve rummet var simpelthen for lille. Jeg havde også regnet med at kunne sidde og arbejde lidt på rummet ved et lille skrivebord. Men det var der ikke. Nok det mest kompakte hotelrum jeg nogensinde har været på. Og de var efter min mening for lille som hotelrum.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden! Leider ist aber vieles enttäuschend.. zb der Zimmerservice, an einem Tag wurde unser Zimmer gar nicht gemacht, und an den anderen Tagen wurde beispielsweise kein einziges Mal Staub gesaugt, lediglich neue Handtücher wurden hingelegt.. es gibt kein normales Fernsehen, man kann nur über das Handy über die eigene Netflix App oder ähnliche Apps über AirPlay fernsehen, grade für ältere Leute wie meine Mutter absolut nicht umsetzbar! Dazu kommt es manchmal zu Störungen in der Verbindung, super nervig! Und das Frühstück lohnt sich leider gar nicht für den Preis, da geht man lieber in die leckeren Bäckereien um die Ecke! Der Pluspunkt ist wohl definitiv die Lage und das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption!

Great location and super friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room small, toilet unclean. No table for makeup, no minibar, no kettle, no air con, no transparent curtains – either exposed or in the dark. Opting out of cleaning gives nothing back, not even a bottle of water or a bar voucher… Sorry, first and last time in this hotel.

Bra läge, mitt i centrum. Parkeringshus inom promenadavstånd om hotellets få platser e slut. Sängar lite åt det mjuka hållet men ett par nätter funkade för mig. WiFi finns. TV-funktion finns endast för Chromecast vilket fungerade för oss men kan säkert ställa till det för andra. Avsaknad av air-condition vållade inget problem för oss då vi hade inte hade sommarhetta. Propeller i taket fanns i rummet som alternativ.

The tv doesn’t have channels and you have to have chrome cast app and do it that way. Unfortunately our phones didn’t work as the remote (maybe an old phone) so it was a v quiet bedroom!

Everyone at reception was friendly and helpful, but that was only positive thing. Got a room facing street with bars downstairs, extremely noisy until early morning, 0 hour of sleep on my first night there. Switched to a different room, where you could hear the nearby bell tower ringing very loud every 15 minutes from 8am to midnight. (Probably a problem for most hotels in the area though) Very soft mattress; almost no storage space in room, no desk, chair, or even a nightstand in my second room. Overall very uncomfortable room and bed, and impossible to sleep outside midnight - 8am.

Good location and good staff. Most local places are walkable from here. Nice courtyard. Area adjacent to the lobby has a bar and several board games. The rest was sadly not as good. The rooms are tiny. Our room did not have a table or chair (no space). No space for more than one suitcase. No tea/coffee facilities in room. No iron / ironing board. The toilet door is effectively just a pane of glass and doesn’t lock. Fine if just for business and an overnight sleep. Not so good if planning to spend time in the room.

Das positive vorweg: eine top Lage im Herzen von Kopenhagen. Die Zimmer bekanntermaßen beim Motel One sehr sehr klein. Die Besonderheit in diesem Fall war, dass es sich um einen umgebauten Altbau handelte. Leider ließen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen und es gab auch keine Lüftung oder gar Klimaanlage. Daher war ein Aufenthalt in den Zimmern fast unerträglich. Diese Leistung ohne Frühstück für über 180 € pro Nacht fanden wir völlig überteuert. Wir sind völlig übermüdet nach drei Tagen wieder abgereist der Service durchaus freundlich. Dies konnte jedoch die negativen Punkte nicht wettmachen.

Værelset var fint og rent , men for lille det er ikke for mennesker over 60 år. Man kunne knap komme forbi rundt om sengen ,40 cm og TV på væggen , det er svært om natten når man skal op på toilet ,og toilet sidder for tæt til væggen 10 cm når min mand sidder ned , svært at tørre sig bag i . Og TV kunne ikke få de lokale TV stationer .skal bruge mobile phone ,meget dårligt for ældre mennesker.

Clean large room, just did not feel safe having been given a key card to someone else’s room wen I checked in late that evening and there was someone already in the room sleeping,! As a woman who travels on her own the thought that this could easily happen annoyed and scared me. Due to this when in my room I would block the door with my suitcase and a stool. To be told oops sorry for the mistake not good enough

Hotel mit perfekter Lage im Zentrum von Kopenhagen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von dort zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr bequeme Betten, das Bad in unserem Zimmer war jedoch leider sehr eng und auch der Frühstücksraum war ziemlich klein. Freundliches Personal. Viele Restaurants, Bars und Cafés in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

La chambre est simple mais agréable et fonctionnelle. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, central et proche du métro Radhuspladsen. Le côté bar est très cosi et le personnel adorable. We stayed 4 days at the grand Joanna when we first arrived and choose this hotel Motel One to come to for 5 days after traveling around Jutland. It had the same rating and was priced similar $313 USD a night. For that money I do not expect to have to sit with a breakfast plate on my lap in the lobby because the seating is not adequate. The room was not cleaned automatically and getting a new set of towels happened only after multiple requests. This to me is a 3 star hotel not a 4. At the Grand Joanne you could reserve your time for breakfast and could choose an item from the menu beside the breakfast bar. The breakfast bar at Motel One was ok but way too busy. We are an elderly couple and in the end concluded that although the location was very good, the whole experience at the Grand Joanne so far exceeded from Motel One that we will never stay at Motel One again. The staff at the check in was nice but the check in is part of the Lobby Bar. Too me they are cutting corners everywhere. Disappointed for the price they charge.

Wonderful stay at Motel One. The reception desk staff and breakfast room staff are great. Smiling and helpful. Our room was nice with a very comfortable bed and nice shower. The add-on breakfast service is super. A large variety, fresh made entrees, basically everything that you would want. The hotel is in the perfect location in Copenhagen. I highly recommend Motel One.
