Hampton Inn Atlanta-Canton

This was a wonderful stop for my dogs and I. Close to Publix, restaurants, and adorable downtown Canton, this stop allowed me to easily reload and refresh for the remainder of our trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee was great with flavor options for creamer. I will absolutely return to this Hampton Inn location.

A classically good Hampton - just wish the pup fee was not so expensive.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful from beginning to end. My room was clean and well cared for. I had a pet with me and they were super sweet with my pet as well. The location was also convenient to many restaurants and to the interstate. I will remember this Hampton Inn for future travels for sure!

Other than a lack of parking this was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in quite a while. Very refreshing to have everything very clean

I am very picky with my hotel stays. This met all expectations for this style of hotel. Very pleased. I would definitely stay @ this particular hotel again & I would highly recommend. I can’t comment on the pool, we didn’t go there. The breakfast was good overall.

Had entered elevator with guest with two large dogs. She was on her phone unaware that one of her dogs were peeing in the elevator. She did not inform housekeeping nor front desk since she was not aware of the dog peeing. Was told that dogs were allowed and rooms were deep cleaned afterwards. Being told that all rooms were available to dog owners and that they were "deep cleaned" afterwards did not impress us. We have stayed at this hotel several times and never had such an incident Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Maybe you should limit animals to certain rooms. I am aware of other hotels that does such a thing.

Easy to park and convenient to restaurants

In spite of renovations that were underway and the fact I had a ground floor room immediately adjacent to an entry door from the parking lot, I heard scarcely a sound the entire time I was there. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Wonderful happy hour. Comfortable beds. Fluffy -thick white towels. Friendly staff. Coffee and tea bar. Large room. Electric shade. Nightlight in bathroom was nice. Cool room. Convenient to elevator. Quiet. Please put a tub mat in tub. Very slippery. !! Another lamp would be nice in room. Swimming pool very cold.

The lock was broken on the end where my room was and the night shift supervisor was unaware. I had to walk around the building twice in the rain and was furious since every other Hampton inn that I stay in has working keycard entry locks

We travel to this hotel every other weekend when we go for scary medical treatment. The hotel is always clean and smells fresh. The coffee is GREAT! Hot breakfast always appetizing. Rooms are large and clean. Lots of fluffy towels. Desk and service staff are friendly and make things feel like home.

It was great! Woman behind the desk was super helpful. Accepted a package I had shipped for business and it went smoothly. Super clean.

Room was clean. Desk staff was AWESOME! Room service, did forget to clean my room. But, I was compensated and it was made right! Had a restful, and pleasant stay.

We got checked in and immediately left. Mold in hall way, dirty and huat felt like a low class cheap disaster

An hour before check out, we pulled the sheets all of the way down to the end of the bed to discover someone else’s clothing at the foot of the bed. How disgusting it was to discover the sheets had not been changed. Room 306. Check in 6/7 check out 6/9. Do not recommend this hotel.

All good except the water pressure

Everything was very good except the shower door would not stay closed while taking a shower.

You had to be careful to pull the door shut when leaving otherwise it would not latch shut which is a security issue. The first attendant I spoke to said they didn’t have firmer pillows though another said they did and found some marginally firmer than what was on the bed. They were excessively soft so there was no neck support.

Tv in our room 409 is going bad. It worked enough for us to watch something so we’re not complaining at a great time. Excellent value for the money.

We arrived in the afternoon after attending a funeral. The day staff manager was lovely, and she had us checked into adjoining rooms. The room were spotless, but mine had a missing thermostat control, and the direct control on the ac unit was non-responsive. My son noted the TV was stuck on one channel. Then, while sitting he was dropped on from the ceiling (there had been torrential rain all night/day. I called the front desk, and the very kind gent working the evening shift came right up. He took one look, apologized sincerely, and asked us to give him just a few minutes to make arrangements. He then put us in a perfect room on the other side of our adjoining room. He also let us have complimentary snacks/drinks, and a gift card to Krispie Kreme. This was just exceptional customer service, which we truly appreciate and will show that appreciation by choosing a Hampton for our next hotel stay. Thank you very much!

We came here for a one night stay because my husband was having surgery early the next morning at the hospital in Canton Ga and we live two hours away. I reserved one of the handicap accessible rooms.the room I chose in my reservation said it had a roll in shower. May husband had an infection in his knee joint and was in a wheelchair. When I went to check in, I was told a room with a roll in shower was not available, only one with a bathtub but was still considered handicap accessible. This was not what I had asked for but we decided to make the best of it. Upon arriving in the room, my husband went to use the restroom, and grabbed the grab bar to help transfer himself onto the toilet and the grab bar fell off the wall, causing my husband to fall hard onto the toilet. He was not injured but could have been if he had fallen to the floor. He was already in his pain and it just made his pain worse. The bar was obviously not anchored into a stud. We went downstairs to complain about the incident. The clerk said there was an identical room available he could move us to. We went and looked at the room and the bar on this room seemed sturdy so we stayed in that room. He listened to me and said he understood why I was upset but he never once apologized to my husband, asked if he was ok or even acknowledge him really. Also the tub had no bench, so I don’t see how most handicapped people could use it. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable. room was at least clean

The manager Tammy was extremely professional and helpful. She should train all hotel managers. I would stay at this hotel again just because of her. Thank you

My mom and I traveled from NC to Canton to visit my dads gravesite at the Natl Cemetery. When we arrived at the hotel it had been a physically and emotional exhausting day. Tammy at the front desk on 12/20 couldn’t have been nicer! She was kind, thoughtful and considerate. Hugged my mom and made us coffee. We talked for a while and shared similar recent losses. You just never know what someone is going through. All hotels should have a Tammy and a Sherrie! Sincerely Delia, Carmen and Russell.

The staff was extra friendly and accommodating. They cater to all their guests. A wonderful experience.

We live in the area. Unfortunately, due to weather, we lost power. We decided to get a hotel room because we have a well, and no power means no water. Julie at the front desk was fabulous, super nice and helpful. The next morning the woman taking care of breakfast, I believe her name was Francis, went above and beyond. In a world where customer service no longer exists, this place was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Very quiet, great location

Staff was very friendly! Breakfast lady was exceptional but overall, the staff were very hospitable.

The front desk, kitchen (breakfast, supper comfort food) and house keeping were very nice. We were on the 5th floor and ot was very quiet.

Didn’t like the breakfast, oatmeal was very bland, eggs were salty and sausage was grey looking, not very appetizing. Toast was the best part

We were there for one night. In town for wedding. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good! Coffee hot :)
