We stayed here for a wedding on 4/20 and the hotel was VERY clean. It's 2 years old and everything is updated and new. Beds were comfy and they had a large selection for the continental breakfast items. Staff was pleasant. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful first stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Canton by IHG. The property is very clean and well maintained. There is plenty of parking and I enjoyed the outdoor pool. The location is excellent—just minutes from movie theaters, restaurants, and other conveniences, which made visiting family in the area very easy. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to return.

Same breakfast everyday; checked in at 10:30pm after a long day of travel only to be put in a room that was not cleaned; key cards regularly had to be re-programmed then had to wait for up to 15min for someone at the front desk to appear; pool was open sometimes; our room was not cleaned or beds made everyday (we stayed 6 days); soap dispenser in shower was broken and did not get replaced; only one elevator worked; when we expressed our concerns the lady at the front desk did not respond or even acknowledge that we were there. Appreciated the variety at breakfast especially since it was the same foods everyday; the garbages in the eating area were emptied; ample parking.

Excellent stay! The hotel is very new. Everything was very clean. The room was nice, the beds were comfy. Plenty of pillows and the bathroom had Dove toiletries. The pool area was clean. Breakfast was wonderful! Connie was working the breakfast area and was so friendly and kept everything clean and filled. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly! I did not catch his name though. Nothing at all was negative about our experience! Highly recommend this hotel!

Strong chemical smell upon arrival. Figured it was something they cleaned with. Should have requested another room. Odor was completely overwhelming. Left for dinner, came back and still smelled. Went to bed and woke up with allergy type symptoms. All of our clothing and bags have a chemical smell to them. Not sure what it is. Something was wrong with this room.

We paid for a clean and safe environment the whole property is very nice but we found Bed Bugs in our beds I had book at Fairfield next to this property. But decided to stay at Holiday Inn for the breakfast reviews 10 years ago we stayed at a hotel in Ocean City and we brought bedbugs to our house, we had to throw away our beds at home due to the bed bugs be brought back from that trip after several months This is the reason we are rating this hotel so poorly

Overall this was great stay and property! Breakfast was nice for a hotel and had options. Property was clean. Only complaint was the 4th floor and our room had an odd smell. Not a bad smell but a smell. Like a very strong cleaner. But just said to me how clean it was but the smell was strong. My sister on the 2’nd floor and the smell wasn’t as prominent there. The bedding was very comfortable.

I loved that the property was very clean and the decor was modern. The location is great! It is near a lot of restaraunts and shopping but tucked away so that guests can have peace and quiet. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was so spacious and clean. I will definitely use this property again.

Overall it was good holiday inn. Good breakfast. Everyone was nice. Good location. My only issue was the room smelled like smoke. My stay was for 5 days and over the period of 2 days they “could not” move my room. I understood the first day but by the second day it made no sense. Now I am home, I can still smell the room(smoke) on my clothes and luggage.

Hotel was wonderful, our only gripe would be, the A/C in vacant rooms close by was so noisy , kept waking us up.... And outside the hotel, had road crossings, yet no pavements, so we had to drive to restaurants, and nearby shops.......which were under 5 minutes walk away...hotel was beautifully clean...would stay again...

The area was beautiful and location was perfect. Tons on places to eat, shop and enjoy a weekend getaway. Atlanta not far from hotel if you wanted to enjoy city night life. The one thing negative I have is that you can here people in the floor above you. I swear they were having a race every morning and every evening. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel, manager was out at breakfast greeting guests, asking if he could help with anything.. Staff greeted us, with such a friendly manner.. But my biggest compliment, must go to breakfast cateres, they never stopped, cleaning and refreshing breakfast items..our second visit, we will be back for 3rd 4th 5th visit...

This hotel and their staff was amazing. They welcomed us in on Friday and made sure that we had everything that we needed to be comfortable. The front desk staff, breakfast staff, and cleaning staff were all great. The hotel is new and modern. The room was very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of good places to eat near this hotel. If we are in this area again, I will definitely stay at this location.

The property is relatively new so everything is updated and clean. The workout room has cardio machines and some free weights. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, (they ran out of muffins), but weekday breakfast staff was very friendly and accomodating. Bed and bedding comfortable. AC/Heat unit ran quiet and was easily adjusted. This hotel is located right behind a big plaza with shopping and eating places - very convenient.
