System booked 2 stays for the same date, I was booked at Cape Town and at Midrand for the same dates, arrived at Midrand today and advised I was a no show

The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I just wasn’t happy because they mentioned a shuttle bus. There’s nothing like that. You have to pay for Uber to and from the airport and it’s very expensive. It costs 600 each way😢😢😢😢

Security checkin is overwhelming.feel like a jail !! Then service is inconsistent. General manager should get out of his office know what guests endure. No lemons or limes in the house. Renovations were not indicated on website. At the end poor choice
