Schneller Check-in, nicht gleich ersichtlich, wie die Kosten sind, aber gut. Unterkunft auf neuestem Stand, vor allem der Fitnessraum. Toll ist die Möglichkeit, Müll zu trennen. Supermärkte nur wenige Meter entfernt, ebenso ruhige Wohngebiete und der quirlige Ku’damm.

The check in process was easy. Nice clean and inviting front lobby. The hotel lobby is very inviting. It has a nice family atmosphere. The room is clean. Very nice and just what I needed. Staying 3 nights. Laundry here and was one thing I needed. Didn’t do breakfast but it looked awesome. Would stay here again when I come back to Berlin.

Well equipped property, great area although a little far aware from the main museum district / Reichstag etc. Room was in need of a good paint and minor cleanliness issue. Good facilities at property such as table tennis, football table and gym.

Logement et infrastructures tres confortables, notre appartement etait à l'ecart des bruits de l'avenue. Parking souterrain à 25 € par nuit et à proximité de marche d'une station de métro ou S bahn, tres proche de savigny platz ou l'on trouve bon nombre de restaurants. Deux supermarchés de l'autre côté de la rue.Personnel cordial. Un seule ombre au tableau, un reveil violent samedi matin a 7h causé par l'alarme , un plaisantin cuisinait à cette heure là dans sa chambre sans avoir mis la ventilation de la hotte , bref alarme incendie déclenchée, 1heure en pyjama devant l'hotel, le temps que les pompiers fassent leur job....

Wir hatten eine Art Mini-Wohnung mit Schlafzimmer für die Erwachsene, Wohnzimmer / Schlafzimmer für 2 Kinder, Küche, Bad und Toilette. Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien, die mehrere Tage in Berlin übernachten möchten. Frühstücksbüffet etwas teuer. Für eine Familie eignen sich die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe besser. Nah an U-bahn, S-bahn und Bushaltestelle.

Agréable séjour de 14 nuits. Studio confortable et pratique donnant sur un jardin intérieur boisé avec porte fenêtre. Idéalement situé. Un seul point noir, le déclenchement quatre fois en 14 nuits de l'alarme incendie avec évacuation. Un problème technique non résolu efficacement ! Pas d'explication sur les causes. Le petit-déjeuner proposé est varié et copieux. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de livret d'accueil en français !

The properties laundry was serviceable just a little limited, due to the number of machines. We only had breakfast once, expensive for what was offered. The staff generally were okay, but it only takes one to be a little dismissive to make other staff that were pleasant suffer for it.

A very pleasant stay at the Adagio appartments. Very helpful, happy and smiling reception staff. We had a two room appartment as we were 2 adult and 2 children. Very nice that the children (10 and 14 years old) did not have to share the sofa bed you normally get, but actually had 2 individual beds - and this is why we choose this hotel. Supermarkets and bakeries near by. Everything you need is actually near by. A short walk to busses and Kurfürstendamm (5 minutes).. As this is an appartment hotel you dont get cleaning and fresh towels everyday - But it can be bought at an extra fee. It wasnt necessary for us to do so. Breakfast is available at the hotel. We did not try it, but went to the bakeries near by. Parking is possible in a garage right under the hotel for 25 EUR per day. . Very easy accessible. It is the same price as parking on the street. (However Sundays are free in the street). We will be happy to return as this is a nice area and close to everything.

Personalen var korrekt. Rummet var inte riktigt städat. Mycket damm under sängen, särskilt på en dyna som låg instoppad under sängen. Handdukstorken i badrummet fungerade inte och var dammig. Duschslangen läckte och sprutade vatten åt alla håll.

Klimaanlage keiner Funktion. Haben die ganze Zeit geschwitzt. Nach Nachfrage hat man uns erklärt, es wäre eine Eco-Klimaanlage. So ein Schwachsinn, eine Eco-Klimaanlage, was ist das denn??? Das Personal ist freundlich! Und hintenrum, denken Sie LMAA.....! Also die ganzen Apartments sind sehr, sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Boden im Zimmer hat Löcher, vom herunterklappen des Schrankbetts. Fenster kann man nicht aufmachen, entweder Regal fest verbaut vorm Fenster, oder nach umstellen des Fernseher kann man das Fenster leicht öffen! Ausstattung der Küche: viel zu kleine Pfannen und Töpfe. Keine Eierbecher, Teller zu wenig (die Spülmaschine) muss jeden Tag laufen! Damit man wieder saubere Teller hat, genau so ist es mit Töpfen und Pfanne, die nicht in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung stehen! Auch leuchten einige Lampen nicht, warum auch immer! Über der Spüle hängt eine Lampe die defekt ist und Kabel heraus hängen! Das Frühstück für 23€ pro Person ist wucher, für das was Angeboten wird! Finger weg!!! Matratzen im Bett, besteht aus einer ganzen Matratze in einem Doppelbett. Wenn sich einer umdreht wippt der andere mit (schlechte Voraussetzung), für eine gute Nacht!!! Mikrowelle muss man nach gefühl einschalten, da keine Gebrauchsanweisung vorhanden ist! Nach einmaligen Hochklappen des Schrankbettes. Ist darunter ein Dreck, wie nach einem halben Jahr nicht mehr geputzt worden ist! Normales Apartment für 2 Personen einfach zu klein! Immer wieder muß man sich aus dem Weg gehen!

This would be a great aparthotel for spring, fall or winter. It's on a side street and relatively quiet. It's nice to have a kitchen. However, there is false advertising as there is no real air conditioning. They say they have an "eco air-conditioning system" but it does not cool the rooms. You have to open the window, but windows only open 2 inches. You then have to have special permission to have staff unlock window to open it completely. Even with windows open, it was still quite warm. Funny that the lobby is cool, especially the area in front of the elevators.

Matratzen im Bett, besteht aus einer ganzen Matratze in einem Doppelbett. Wenn sich einer umdreht wippt der andere mit (schlechte Voraussetzung), für eine gute Nacht!!! Mikrowelle muss man nach gefühl einschalten, da keine Gebrauchsanweisung vorhanden ist! Nach einmaligen Hochklappen des Schrankbettes. Ist darunter ein Dreck, wie nach einem halben Jahr nicht mehr geputzt worden ist! Normales Apartment für 2 Personen einfach zu klein! Immer wieder muß man sich aus dem Weg gehen!

The picture is missleading the bed is a murfy bed that folds up. So you can put a table and two chairs. So hard to find space to eat when the bed is down the bathroom is huge. So not a good lay out .to much furniture. Pillows are horrible. They wanted 3 euro for another towel . Great location quiet pretty decor.

A very pleasant stay at the Adagio appartments. Very helpful, happy and smiling reception staff. We had a two room appartment as we were 2 adult and 2 children. Very nice that the children (10 and 14 years old) did not have to share the sofa bed you normally get, but actually had 2 individual beds - and this is why we choose this hotel. Supermarkets and bakeries near by. Everything you need is actually near by. A short walk to busses and Kurfürstendamm (5 minutes).. As this is an appartment hotel you dont get cleaning and fresh towels everyday - But it can be bought at an extra fee. It wasnt necessary for us to do so. Breakfast is available at the hotel. We did not try it, but went to the bakeries near by. Parking is possible in a garage right under the hotel for 25 EUR per day. . Very easy accessible. It is the same price as parking on the street. (However Sundays are free in the street). We will be happy to return as this is a nice area and close to everything.

Le personnel ne dit jamais bonjour, c'est inadmissible. Le matériel est vieillissant, vaisselle ébrêchée et dépareillée. Le bruit des autres chambres collées à la notre Nau RDC, dont les ronflements de la personne d'à côté. Vraiment déçus de notre séjour. Nice comfortable stay at the Adagio. Arrived late 23:30 due to flight and train drivers strike. Couldn’t get in the front door because nobody was at the reception desk. Spent 10 frustrating minutes in the cold before someone exited and we got inside. Still nobody at reception and nobody answered the phone number supplied. Finally someone came to check us in. Room was ok but looking tired in places especially on the corners of the kitchen and the kitchen wall below the counter which was tatty. The service wasn’t as good as last year! Reception promises were not kept. Although the staff were generally friendly. Good location!

An ok stay. Unfortunately no one was at reception and we were stuck outside the building when we arrived - even though I confirmed via email our arrival time and was reassured there was a 24/7 reception. Intercom was not working. Very frustrating at 1am! Apartment was ok - more of a bedroom with a small kitchen. No lounge area - and only one chair so took away the point of having a kitchen as we couldn’t sit down on a chair to eat.

The properties laundry was serviceable just a little limited, due to the number of machines. We only had breakfast once, expensive for what was offered. The staff generally were okay, but it only takes one to be a little dismissive to make other staff that were pleasant suffer for it.

Very good property, at a very amazing location in Berlin, right in the middle of the high fashion district, surrounded by luxury stores and cute cafes. The reception is very helpful, the property is very well kept and immaculately clean. They have a really relaxing lounging common area for all the guests. The rooms too are very well kept and organized and with all facilities of a kitchen and bathroom. The property is around 960 meters away from the closest metro station.

Det var lite slitet. Väldigt svårt att reglera temperaturen på vattnet i dushen. Stången som dushen satt på var felmonterad och satt lös. Det är meningen att det ska gå att fälla upp sängen mot väggen, så att det blir en soffa. Jag lyckades inte lyfta sängen, förmodligen för att gasfjädrarna som ska hjälpa till var defekta. Eftersom jag var ensam gick det bra ändå att äta frukost vid bordet. Hade vi varit två hade det blivit väldigt trångt. Läget är bra. Nära både till U-bahn och S-bahn. This is an apartment hotel. They don’t clean your room during your stay. I didn’t know when I booked it. But they emailed me immediately that it is like that. I didn’t think of it that much at that time. But it definitely was an issue for me after two days. The room had a kitchen with all the necessary things for cooking which I didn’t use. It might be good for some people but not for me. The breakfast was fantastic.

Aparthotel Adagio ligger bra placerat ett par minuters promenad från tunnelbana och bussar. Dessutom många parkeringsmöjligheter runt omkring, även om det såklart kostar en slant. Hotellet var överlag rent och fint och rummet (studio med pentry) var stort och bra. Frukosten var ett skämt dock. Ganska spartanskt utbud och kom man en timme efter öppning var mycket slut och fylldes inte på. Kom vi istället strax efter öppning så var bara hälften framplockat och en halvtimme senare ingen större skillnad. Spara pengarna och är istället frukost på något av caféerna runtomkring.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room I had was adequate. Everything worked fine. I can say it was comfortable. I think I had two main concerns. Based on the cost of the room the cleanliness of the common area on the floors were unacceptable. The whole time I was there I do not believe the floor in the hallways wer policed or cleaned once. Cigarettes butts were found in the hallway. (This is a non-smoking hotel, so the tenants are not very good class or they have no manners.) The second thing is that even in the lobby you had to pay for coffee. In the morning, I would think for the cost of the hotel a complimentary cup of coffee could be offered. Maybe this is not European. This property does have a convenient, safe location.
