I am a University of Kentucky alum and very familiar with the area. Great location if you are attending football games or visiting a student on campus. Rooms have everything a traveler would need for an extended visit to make them comfortable. Pet friendly and convenient to major shopping areas and restaurants.

Uk dorms were closed for spring break needed a pet friendly loc near campus for my grand daughter to take an extra class for certification…she is also involved with 4 paws so we needed a pet friendly loc.good loc .very clean & great service…should have reserved first level for a pet…no free breakfast but still great place to stay

Very affordable. Excellently appointed suite with full kitchenette. . .including dishes, pans and dishwasher. All i needed was my work clothes. Super clean. Friendly staff. Free laundry, just bring detergent!

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The sitting area on main floor was very nice. There was a nice grill area outside with a firepit to enjoy the evenings. .The room was very nice and having the frigerator and stove would have been perfect to cook if you were staying longer. I want to especially say that Shannon at the front desk was very helpful and never seemed to be bothered by any questions that was asked! She was definitely one of the beat front staff people we have come across. Kidos to her. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

I am from Lexington and finding this property was such a surprise! It was like a home away from home and I got to do my laundry on site! So convenient. Next time, I am in Lexington, I will be staying here again!

This was a very clean hotel. Check in was easy, access was easy with a good location. It was about a 7 minute drive to Rupp Arena. It is a very roomy hotel room and in very good condition. The staff was very nice.

The room was great but there was no hot water in our room. We had doctor appointments and didnt realize that there was no hot water until we got up to take a shower before going to the appointments. We didnt have time to notify management so they could fix the problem. Other than that, the room was great.

Hotel was fresh, very clean & an amazing room. Extremely nice full kitchen, recliner, computer tabke for recliner, modern connections for electronic devices, new tv that would accept apps like personal Netflex. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was very nuce. Price for quality was amazing. Conveniently (12 minutes) for drive to horse farms.

New property was very clean. Check on and check out we’re fast. Coffee avail in lobby was good and appreciated. Outside areas were clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room was great with ability to cook. Large fridge with ice maker. Only issue was noise from room above us. The guests were rolling around on a chair and walking/banging around until after 11:30 pm. I advise staying on a top floor.

Nice new hotel, however walls are paper thin and we hear everyone walking above us and loud children in the room next door. If you want quiet nights sleep look elsewhere. Otherwise its a great value for the price.

The hotel was VERY noisy. Every time the people upstairs showered or flushed it sounded like it was raining in our room. When the people upstairs were moving around it sounded like our ceiling might cave in. One night at 1:30 am the fire alarm went off -false alarm. In the parking lot outside our window there was a faulty light that flickered all night. On the plus side, the staff was very pleasant the few times we interacted with them. And the location was convenient to UK for us.

I wish I knew the rooms on either side of the hallway were opposite one another. If someone across the hall opens or closes their door, you will hear it all throughout the night. My wife and I couldn't sleep because people kept opening and closing their doors throughout the night. The smoke alarm above the bed flashes brightly nonstop. The flashes kept me awake on top of the noise. The front desk people were, however, super friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy, I just wish we could have slept during our stay.

I am handicap. I psid for handicap room with walkin shower and king bed. To have room for me and wife. Plus room for health equipment. They said they were booked. And gave us a double bed room with bathtub. I booked the room in advance. We stayed here because of hospital reasons. Very disappointed.

This was close to the convention center which was great and easy to locate! The room was great! I did discover the air (cool) had been left on so it took a bit for the room to heat and stay warm due to low temps outside. I think they were having difficulty with their reservations program. I needed to wait for a bigger group ahead of me for close to 30 minutes. There was only one person on duty. I then got my key and found I had been given an occupied room. I needed to go back and get a different one. The next morning I was barely acknowledged and just told to leave my key.

I had a horrible time trying to check in. The hotel couldnt find my reservation. I was never given a confirmation number so i had to chat with an agent to get that info. It took an hour to get things figured out. Was very upsetting

Room was clean, check in was painless. Ive traveled for 20 years, when did hair dryers become non-standard amenities? I found it very inconvenient there was no hair dryer in the room. I had to make a call and ask the front desk to be told, "let me check if we have one," unacceptable. Also, morning of check out i asked for 2 towels and was told they dont have any avaiable? Like, not enough towels to stock the hotel, i couldn't have any? Also, maids were watching social media videos in the lobby during our checkin on their phones at full max volume while an older couple were struggling to communicate with the front desk. Very inconsiderate, desk manager should have spoken up on that one. Just simple things that have never been a problem at any hotel ive stayed at before, even way cheaper ones. We won't be back.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Checking in and out was easy. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. Even with being close to the hospitals, you couldn't really hear any sirens. The area was very nice and close to a lot of dinning options, the mall, and downtown.

Property was clean and up-to-date. Had several food choices within minutes of the property located within. The medical district are very close to clinics and the hospitals. I use this for a weekend stay and found the area safe and very convenient. Was a few minutes from the major highways, but with the scenery of the surrounding horse farms, the drive isn’t bad.

My fault that I didn\'t notice the hotel didn\'t serve breakfast but they did have food for sale -- sugary, highly processed, unhealthy crap. When I checked in I was told I\'d have to deposit $10 for "incidentals" but I couldn\'t get an explanation what those might be. I was also told I\'d get the $10 refunded to my card if I didn\'t incur any expenses for incidentals. No other hotel has ever charged me this way and it all seemed very petty. The hotel was clean. There was hot water in the shower. Location was pretty good relative to downtown.

Free coffee all day! Nice kitchen for studio room. It was very nice except the air conditioner was too loud to sleep or even during the day, it was quite loud to do concentrated work. The staff were very friendly.

We had a great stay. The room was way bigger than a normal hotel room. Felt more like a place you would stay for a week than a night. It had everything you could need. My wife loved the coffee. I wish they had free breakfast and a nicer entrance but I would definitely stay here again.
