This hotel was a great family hotel, we stayed as a young couple for a week (after booking last minute as we moved hotels) and landed here. We were greeted by a lovely Scottish lady on reception who told us everything we needed to know & pointed us to our room. We had a large room with a private terrace (with a small table & chairs) and 2 sun loungers that were in the sun all day. We chose to use the main pool and didn’t have a problem getting any sunbeds at 8.30am every day. Our only issue was dead cockroaches in our room (which we swept up and removed!). The hotel offered to fumigate the room immediately. Everything else was clean and we had an issue where I had locked us out of the room safe (my fault!). The hotel sent a maintenance man within 10 minutes who fixed it for us. There is also a filtered water tap in the rooms so you can refill water & put it in the fridge or freezer to keep you stocked up. The location is also great, with a supermarket next door and plenty of bars and restaurants in front of the hotel and a 5 minute walk down to the beach front. Overall we had a great experience here and would absolutely return!

Es wurde uns lediglich per zufall eine Woche vor ankunft angekündigt das der Pool bis März geschlossen ist, aber nichts von unaustehlichen täglichen baulärm. Der Preis hätte sich um die hälfte reduzieren sollen!!! Anstatt eine Gutschein von Hotels.com die noch mit Bedingungen verbunden ist, und was für welche . Frage ob wir jeweils noch durch Hotels.com buchen ??? Geschweige empfehlen. Beim tel mit Hotels.com meldete sich jemand mit ein unverständlichen English!!! Mein english ist seit Kindheit fliessend u habe es viele Jahre studiert. Tagsüber Baulärm, Abends bis spät hotel Unterhaltung und von über der Strasse ein Disco, unausstehlich.

These apartments are in a great central location near to bars, restaurants and the beach. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and well equipped. The pool area is great and there are plenty of sun beds available. Room tip- ask for one where the balcony ISNT facing the side street as we were treated to ramblings and singing from a homeless man a couple weeks of times! Overall highly recommend

I booked the Hotel through Hotel.com about 3 weeks before my 3 day stay at which time the pool was closed for renovation and Hotel.com failed to inform me when I booked, nice how they advertise it with a great big picture of the pool. The hotel did not have an option for guests to use an alternative pool, the grinding of tiles started about 07:45. Very disappointed

A great two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with lovely pool and friendly staff. Pool bar was good value with good food. The only niggle was there was a lack of daytime entertainment, normally I don’t mind this but when the info board provides details of aqua gym and quiz and bingo events I expect them to take place, none materialised during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment facilities and staff were fantastic . Work was being done around the pool area but we knew about this when we booked . It didn’t spoil our stay.

I advise you to avoid this hotel - it is currently a building site with hammer drills used from 10am-6pm Monday to Saturday. When I booked, the hotel stated the pool area would be out of service due to renovation - but that is not my complaint. I arrived late on Saturday afternoon, and it was quiet on Sunday (no renovation work on Sundays). I left the hotel before 10am on Monday to drive to the north of the island. When I returned on Monday afternoon there was some noise, but it wasn't too bad. However, on Tuesday afternoon three workers were using hammer drills to remove the flooring directly in front of my apartment. The workers had ear protection, but it was too loud to be safe to sit outside. I complained about the noise at reception, and they did offer to try to find another room, but I declined - I was only staying one more day, and I would have to pack up everything, move it, and then unpack again, which is a lot of effort for 24 hours. Why did the hotel assign a room with a balcony directly in front of the place where the work was being done? What really annoyed me is there was no apology. I am sure the hotel will say I was informed about the renovations when I booked - this is true - but I was NOT informed that they would give me a room in the corner of the hotel where very loud drilling was happening on and off all through the day directly outside the room. This is very poor customer service. The accommodation was alright, but I will not stay here again.

The property was nice and clean, staff was amazing. Location was central to everything, shops, restaurants and beaches.

This is a well Kept timeshare property, and the room was wonderful. The bed was especially comfortable, and there were plenty of linens, dishes, etc. available. It was clean, and the location was great right near shopping, etc. across the street. The pool and hot tub are lovely, and the staff friendly.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, miły i pomocny personel. W hotelu jest czysto. Mieliśmy duży pokój z widokiem na ocean. Pokój wyglądał tak jak na zdjęciu pod czas rezerwacji Blisko do plaży

So clean and friendly and located perfectly near the beach and by all restaurants and amenities

Hotel lindo e com localização excelente. Cumpre tudo o que promete. Pontos negativos são café da manhã a partir das 9h, cobrado à parte e, principalmente, limpeza dos quartos a cada 3 dias. Não me atentei a esses detalhes. Se tivesse, teria ficado em outro hotel.

Room service could have been more frequent. 1 in 5 days

Hébergement très propre, bien entretenu, literie confortable, piscine chauffée et surtout personne au top, ça fait beaucoup !

Towels only changed twice over 9 night stay & very loud entertainment until almost midnight

We had a lovely stay at the Royal Sunset Beach Club. I had a one bedroom apartment and my friends stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable and very well-equipped. There was a proper kitchen, a seating area, a terrace (I didn’t use this as it looked out onto a road), a bedroom with a comfortable bed and good storage, and a large bathroom. Everyone at the hotel was super-helpful and friendly. I had a minor problem during my stay and it was sorted out quickly and efficiently. There is a lovely big pool with lots of loungers. We didn’t eat at the hotel but the bar is nice. The hotel is in a great location, about 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and a minute away from a supermarket, bars and restaurants. Highly-recommended, we loved it.

Great spot. Really nice, well equipped, modern apartments a 2 min walk from the beach. Bars, shops and restaurants on your doorstep with a Hipodino Market practically next door. Tip....if you get a ground floor apartment you have your own sunbeds on the pool terrace.

. Hotel non conciliant du tout : ma fille a perdu ses papiers juste avant de partir, on a donc demandé à reporter une semaine sur les deux où nous étions présents => REFUS de leur part . Fuir les chambres donnant sur la rue : très bruyantes ! La nuit, à 3h du matin, les camions poubelles et de verre Le jour, bus, taxis, camions de transport juste devant . Accès payant à la salle de gym . Appartement bien équipé . Plage, commerces, restaurants à proximité

Bar food was good, rooms and beds comfy, internet access great.

This is a former Diamond timeshare resort and so the facilities are above average, eg kitchen has an oven (studio apartment) and is like a home from home with members having a keen interest in maintaining the whole friendly ambience and appearance of the resort. We loved it. Location wise was great, however some might struggle with the sloping streets down to Fanabe beach.

I would reccomend this hotel and I would stay here again. We travelled as a couple with a 16 month old baby and the room was very comfortable and balanced having everything we needed for our baby as well as being a nice place to relax. We used the pool and our baby enjoyed using it as well. The staff are very friendly and helped with any questions we had. The hotel is well situated with multiple restaurants, a supermarket, taxis and bars around as well as being near enough to Plaza Duque to walk on the seafront. Couple bits that might be helpful for others but ultimately weren't a problem, the hotel is in a town area so depending upon your room you might hear folks out for walks/dinner until around 23:00 when it quietens down a bit. The condition of the room was nice but not as new as some other hotels around, again for us it was great and I would stay here again. One big plus was the focus on eco friendly measures like recycling, frequency of cleaning and they had a filtered water tap in each room to reduce people buying plastic bottled water. Thanks for a great stay, it was the relaxing break we needed.

Great resort although our room had no sun and was next to an alleyway full of homeless people smoking whatever and talking into the small hours felt like we were shoved away because we were in our 60s when asked to move apartments were told sorry no

Very nice accommodation. It’s too busy at this time of year though , lots of noisy kids . Think it would have been ok had our room was not facing the pool .

We had a great time at the beach club resort. The reception was so kind, helpful and were able to provide assistance. Especially because our luggage was delayed, they helped with communication to the airport. It’s great that it’s in the center of the local dinning and shopping and near a lot of things including in the beach. Highly recommended

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Sunset Beach Club. Our room was clean and came with all the utensils needed to feel like home from home. Great location as it was close to all the local shops and restaurants, as well as a taxi bay outside the hotel and plenty of transport options including scooters. The only downside for us was the music from the hotel entertainment which stopped just after 11pm. This won’t put us off from revisiting and we intend to stay again when we next come to Tenerife.

Lovely stay at Royal Sunset Beach Club. Location is ideal, 2 mins from lovely beach and promenade walk. Plenty nice bars and restaurants nearby. The accommodation high standard and pool area relaxed vibe. Loved it!

Fantastic location in easy walking distance to superb beach and eateries. Glad the taxis appear to have got over whatever the problem with them was over new year so able to travel in to Las Americas easily.

Hotel très bien situé, tout proche de la plage, de tout commerce à proximité. Taxis placés juste devant l'entré de l'hotel si besoin de se déplacer plus loin. Quelques personnels qui parlent Français c'est très agréable. Possibilité de louer une place de parking

Super all round Staff excellent rooms excellent It’s prices for food and drinks has gone up significantly since Hilton took over I fact doubled since last year so be aware
