Hadde opphold 1uke med frokost og middag. Svært bra mattilbud, tydelig basert på gode råvarer med dyktige kokker. Utmerket renhold på rommet, men styr unna om du vil vedlikeholde styrketreninga di der. På «fitnesrommet» var det kun håndmalualene (2-14 kg) - 7 par, som var ok, tredemøllen var ute av drift, vektstangs var bøyd, utstyr for øvrig vaklevoren- idet hele var det manglende vedlikehold av utstyr som var mer tilpasset et hjem en flerbrukervirksomhet.

I'll get the good out the way quickly. The pool areas are amazing - especially the Solar Terrace which is a quiet oasis away from the loudness of the main pool. The Solar Terrace has an absolutely beautiful infinity pool and amazing area for of Banana Trees for the sun loungers. One of the best pool areas I've encountered. Now for the bad. Food is terrible. I went half board and I didn't even bother with breakfast after a couple days - it was rank. Dinner was not TOO bad as they do pasta fresh in front of you but the rest was horrid. You have to pay for things you really shouldn't be paying for. There is a DAILY charge to use the safe in your room! Crazy I've never had that before. Having your possessions secure in a safe should be a basic necessity of a hotel room. It wasn't expensive but on principle I didn't pay which meant I kept a "DND" tag on my door as didn't feel comfortable with cleaners coming in with my money and valuables laying around. They use a Third Party rental company for irons and ironing boards so you gotta fork out more cash if you want to go out in nicely ironed clothes. I've gone to two star hotels that will let you have an iron for €10 deposit which you'll claim back afterwards. Here you're paying €20 each time! They also slapped a fee for the drinks I had at dinner. They never tell you this just charge you at the end! A drink should be provided at dinner if you're half board! These endless feed soured the trip for me.

Hótelið ágætlega staðsett,mjög stutt á góða strönd,morgunmatur góður mikið úrval,þjónusta góð.Þrif góð, rúm aðeins of hörð,mætti bæta með yfirdýnu.Útisvæði mjög gott,efri pallar með upphitaðri sundlaug aðeins fyrir 16 ára og eldri,gott næði þar.

The Hotel was very clean ,lovely staff and fabulous food at every meal.our room was cleaned every day& fresh towels.There was easy access to sunloungers at pool and there was limiited activities - aqua aerobics and salsa.very near beach & promenade & coffe shops & restaurant .charges for safe,deposit on towels and my only complaint was the daily charge for parking & charging the mobility scooter which my husband needed to get around.it is an uncovered area & we had rain while there & had difficulty getting a cover for scooter.overall we felt safe as everyone wore their masks and there was adequate hand sanitisors at every point.

Lovely new infinity pool which was great to spend time by. Location is very central to Las Americas strip which is good for walking to restaurants but meant very noisy at night so struggled to sleep. Walls thin so could hear the noise from the neighbouring rooms and the corridor. We had breakfast included which was fine but nothing to rave about. Spa changing room was very dirty. Overall average hotel - if the infinity pool wasn’t there it would be rated lower!

We had a lovely stay at hotel Troya! We were a little apprehensive but actually turned out to be a great hotel! Adults only pool was a hit for us! Room was spacious, clean & modern. Restaurant food was great for what we paid, yes it was it sometimes wasn’t always hot but it’s a buffet so what can you expect! The variety was great and we always had a great meal! Drinks were good value for money also. Hotel is right on the beach, easy walking to all the resorts in this area! Bus stop less than 10 mins away on foot. Only feedback is that we’d like to pay as you go on drinks not right at the end.

Room was soundproof but there was no air conditioning. We were led to believe access to the spa was included but it was an extra 17 euros per entry. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was great and generally we had a good time.

Are 5th stay at this hotel , this year we where disappointed with the food . Breakfast was fine if you got to the restaurant early . Lunch was ok . We went for dinner once it was so busy and the food was cold we where so put off we didn’t bother again and ate out every night . Amazingly clean . Staff are so helpful and great location

The hotel is located in a busy location, surrounded by plenty of bars (if you like music and going out to bars, this is a perfect location for you). There are also quite a few dining options around, however we often went to Los Christianos for dinner (only 15 minutes away by car, great location with plenty of restaurants options). Also, ideal for being just in front of the beach, so if you just want to chill, you don't have to travel at all, just cross the road and enjoy the sunshine and the beach. Nice hotel, with great a view (unless your room overlooks the bins collection side and the hotel next door, then you'll end up having difficulty sleeping because of the caos during the evening/night and the rubbish collection noise, especially the glass collection, not ideal having to wake up early every morning because of this). The staff is very nice and friendly. Great outdoor swimming pool, with plenty of space and sunbeds. The bar area is quite nice as well. In terms of cleanliness, could definitely improve; don't expect any special amenities in the room/toilet. Also, I found the pillows very uncomfortable, however, this might just be a personal preference. Overall I'm pleased with the stay, it's a good option, however it's just an average hotel.

Gode værelser, poolområdet rent og masser af plads til liggestole af forskellige typer. Resturanten var lidt rodet. Personalet havde for meget at lave, med at rydde og dække bord sørge for drikkevarer. Bedre om der var mere selvbetjening. Utroligt som der spildes meget mad, gæster som fylder talerkenen og ikke spiser det de tar. ikki et skilte med at tænke på madspild.

The hotel is located in a busy location, surrounded by plenty of bars (if you like music and going out to bars, this is a perfect location for you). There are also quite a few dining options around, however we often went to Los Christianos for dinner (only 15 minutes away by car, great location with plenty of restaurants options). Also, ideal for being just in front of the beach, so if you just want to chill, you don't have to travel at all, just cross the road and enjoy the sunshine and the beach. Nice hotel, with great a view (unless your room overlooks the bins collection side and the hotel next door, then you'll end up having difficulty sleeping because of the caos during the evening/night and the rubbish collection noise, especially the glass collection, not ideal having to wake up early every morning because of this). The staff is very nice and friendly. Great outdoor swimming pool, with plenty of space and sunbeds. The bar area is quite nice as well. In terms of cleanliness, could definitely improve; don't expect any special amenities in the room/toilet. Also, I found the pillows very uncomfortable, however, this might just be a personal preference. Overall I'm pleased with the stay, it's a good option, however it's just an average hotel.

Lovely new infinity pool which was great to spend time by. Location is very central to Las Americas strip which is good for walking to restaurants but meant very noisy at night so struggled to sleep. Walls thin so could hear the noise from the neighbouring rooms and the corridor. We had breakfast included which was fine but nothing to rave about. Spa changing room was very dirty. Overall average hotel - if the infinity pool wasn’t there it would be rated lower!

Hotel in ottima posizione sulla spiaggia e servitissimo da negozi ristoranti e locali Camera panoramica molto bella, spaziosa e di grande impatto, bagno con vasca idromassaggio top e accesso sia dalla camera che dalla terrazza, in sintesi all’altezza e coerente con quanto descritto, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort compreso capsule caffè quotidiane. Stanza Non molto insonorizzata, per chi ha il sonno leggero,e tutto il pomeriggio fino a tarda ora (le due/tre del mattino) si sente comunque musica proveniente dagli hotel accanto e dalla strada ( nonostante piano8*) e talvolta sentì parlare alle trasmittenti in corridoio gli addetti delle pulizie/manutenzione al mattino , Ristorante molto buono a cena con molta scelta e ogni sera un menù diverso (nazionalità) deluso sulla parte dolce a colazione che ritengo appena sufficiente, basterebbe aggiungere qualche torta o dessert serviti agli altri pasti. We had a lovely stay at hotel Troya! We were a little apprehensive but actually turned out to be a great hotel! Adults only pool was a hit for us! Room was spacious, clean & modern. Restaurant food was great for what we paid, yes it was it sometimes wasn’t always hot but it’s a buffet so what can you expect! The variety was great and we always had a great meal! Drinks were good value for money also. Hotel is right on the beach, easy walking to all the resorts in this area! Bus stop less than 10 mins away on foot. Only feedback is that we’d like to pay as you go on drinks not right at the end.

Are 5th stay at this hotel , this year we where disappointed with the food . Breakfast was fine if you got to the restaurant early . Lunch was ok . We went for dinner once it was so busy and the food was cold we where so put off we didn’t bother again and ate out every night . Amazingly clean . Staff are so helpful and great location

Ett 4 -stjärnig hotell som har en stjärna för mkt. Hotellet var ok , men bara det och inget annat. Vi checkade in på em och möttes av två osympatiska och ogiltiga receptionister. Rummen med havsutsikt var små, fanns plats för bara två sängar, man fick betala extra för både safe Och kylskåpet. Kylskåpet var alltså låst och man fick betala 25 euro för att få det upplåst. Alla rum mot havet och poolen var dess värre även mot gå gatan och två stora nattklubbar hade högt musik från 11 på kvällen till 4 på morgonen. Mkt oväsen, svårt att sova utan öronproppar. Städningen var under all kritik, fannns damm över allt och man fick verkligen inte gå barfota i rummen . Vi hade helpension och fick betala även för vatten vid varje måltid. Maten blev rätt tråkiga efter några dagar då det var nästan samma mat hela tiden. Det enda rätt positiva saken var den uppvärmda poolen, men även där snålade hotellet med handdukar och man fick betala 50 euro i depositionsavgift för att lösa ut 2 handdukar och sedan fick man betala 2 euro varje dag för att byta till rena handdukar. Jag har varit i Teneriffa varje vinter sedan 2013 och haft bara två dåliga erfarenheter av hotellval, och detta var tyvärr en av de. Mkt synd då läget var ganska ok, kanske var de bra innan nuvarande ekonomiska läget i världen, men nu upplevdes som en max 3-stjärnig hotell som vi INTE kommer att åka tillbaka till.

I had read quite a few bad reports on this hotel but I can say I am glad I didn't listen to all of them. Yes, it is very noisy in the area at night but we stayed in one of their Club Rooms on the 5th floor and we hardly noticed any late night noise. The quiet sun terrace is a lovely place to chill out and the food was very good - apart from the chips being cold sometimes! We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

Was a beautiful hotel, would stay again. Great location, and plenty of loungers. Only downfall would be some bar staff (Melissa) was very rude and obnoxious. Really spoils it for the others.

We are delighted with our stay at this hotel. Everything was great (cleanliness, friendly staff, modern renovation of rooms, delicious food, proximity to the ocean, etc.), except for the nights. The music from the street died down only at 4 am and all this time we could not sleep normally.

Extremely comfortable. Ideally positioned for daytime activities. Only negative is that from 2100 - 0040 the noise volume from properties in the near neighbourhood is massively excessive. Ear plugs were a necessity.

A nice, clean hotel with good entertainment and in a central location. Unfortunately, it is let down by a dreadful restaurant and being too near to the Veronicas strip with all of its drug dealing, prostitution and excessive noise late in to the evenings.

Le séjour s’est bien déroulé. Le personnel est super sympa. La piscine est top ! L’hôtel est proche des boîtes de nuit, donc assez bruyant jusqu’à 3h ou 5h du matin suivant les jours. Quels points négatifs sur la nourriture du buffet du soir qui est souvent la même est pas très qualitative.. Dans l’ensemble c’est plutôt correct.

I'll get the good out the way quickly. The pool areas are amazing - especially the Solar Terrace which is a quiet oasis away from the loudness of the main pool. The Solar Terrace has an absolutely beautiful infinity pool and amazing area for of Banana Trees for the sun loungers. One of the best pool areas I've encountered. Now for the bad. Food is terrible. I went half board and I didn't even bother with breakfast after a couple days - it was rank. Dinner was not TOO bad as they do pasta fresh in front of you but the rest was horrid. You have to pay for things you really shouldn't be paying for. There is a DAILY charge to use the safe in your room! Crazy I've never had that before. Having your possessions secure in a safe should be a basic necessity of a hotel room. It wasn't expensive but on principle I didn't pay which meant I kept a "DND" tag on my door as didn't feel comfortable with cleaners coming in with my money and valuables laying around. They use a Third Party rental company for irons and ironing boards so you gotta fork out more cash if you want to go out in nicely ironed clothes. I've gone to two star hotels that will let you have an iron for €10 deposit which you'll claim back afterwards. Here you're paying €20 each time! They also slapped a fee for the drinks I had at dinner. They never tell you this just charge you at the end! A drink should be provided at dinner if you're half board! These endless feed soured the trip for me.

Pros : Rooms were clean and cleaned each day Communal area reception /bar were clean and tidy. Adult only pool area was really nice and bar snacks availability was good. Cons: Breakfast was not great, food wasn't great quality especially the fruit as most was tinned fruit and fresh fruit was not good so much so i bought my own fruit for breakfast , poor selection of cereals , and ongoing issues with lack of plates bowls etc. Staff slow to replace food. Omlettes were excellent but wait time was long. Towels in the rooms were old and worn.

Cons: Breakfast was not great, food wasn't great quality especially the fruit as most was tinned fruit and fresh fruit was not good so much so i bought my own fruit for breakfast , poor selection of cereals , and ongoing issues with lack of plates bowls etc. Staff slow to replace food. Omlettes were excellent but wait time was long. Towels in the rooms were old and worn.

Hotel in ottima posizione sulla spiaggia e servitissimo da negozi ristoranti e locali Camera panoramica molto bella, spaziosa e di grande impatto, bagno con vasca idromassaggio top e accesso sia dalla camera che dalla terrazza, in sintesi all’altezza e coerente con quanto descritto, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort compreso capsule caffè quotidiane. Stanza Non molto insonorizzata, per chi ha il sonno leggero,e tutto il pomeriggio fino a tarda ora (le due/tre del mattino) si sente comunque musica proveniente dagli hotel accanto e dalla strada ( nonostante piano8*) e talvolta sentì parlare alle trasmittenti in corridoio gli addetti delle pulizie/manutenzione al mattino , Ristorante molto buono a cena con molta scelta e ogni sera un menù diverso (nazionalità) deluso sulla parte dolce a colazione che ritengo appena sufficiente, basterebbe aggiungere qualche torta o dessert serviti agli altri pasti. Personale di sala poco accogliente e poco disponibile Staff alla reception gentilə, molto accogliente, preparatə e disponibile

We had a lovely stay at hotel Troya! We were a little apprehensive but actually turned out to be a great hotel! Adults only pool was a hit for us! Room was spacious, clean & modern. Restaurant food was great for what we paid, yes it was it sometimes wasn’t always hot but it’s a buffet so what can you expect! The variety was great and we always had a great meal! Drinks were good value for money also. Hotel is right on the beach, easy walking to all the resorts in this area! Bus stop less than 10 mins away on foot. Only feedback is that we’d like to pay as you go on drinks not right at the end.

accueil parfait mais beaucoup de choses sont payantes et non indiqué dans l’offre l’eau est payante à table ou tout autre boisson dailleurs. 2,5€ la petite bouteille d’eau à chaque repas ca monte vite. nous avions la demi pension lors de notre départ nous n’avons pas profité de la demi pension il fallait payer en plus 22€ par personne sans les boissons pour déjeuner le midi avant notre départ ! à savoir que la demi pension prise à cet hôtel c’est le petit dej plus un des 2 autres repas du jour déjeuner ou dîner. bruyant boite de nuit coté rue et animation coté piscine. dommage pas de plage privée avec transats il faut aller sur la plage publique et le parasol +2transats 12€.

Very central hotel for las America's. The bar and restaurant have no ambience as so many bright lights make it canteen like. My whole group got food poisoning and we only ate at hotel. Staff are nice but so clearly over worked. Cocktails are awful on all inclusive.

The hotel is situated just in the front of the beach. The sunset view from the balcony of the panoramic room was breathtaking. We had 16 drinks on our arrival delivered to our room included in the price of the room. Nice surprise. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around this area but we were dining in the hotel. Every day was a different menu. It’s not the fine dining but the food was a good quality and to anybody’s test. The pool area is quite active, plenty of entertainment. A lot of sunbeds was available around the pool. And the water in the pool was warm and pleasant. The reception staff is very nice. We would recommend this hotel and we will be back to this place in October.

Pool was excellent we had an 8 month pld and the heated pool really helped getting him in the water. Great location also with many restaurants and bar both left and right outside of the hotel. Only downside for us was the food. Was typical buffet style holiday food but was the worse we have had. The bacon and sausage for breakfast was cheap Ham and hotdogs
