Lovely family holiday. Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment with washing machine and dishwasher. Friendly professional staff, clean and comfortable. Good reasonably priced pool bars and restaurants and adult cocktail bar. We budgeted for taxis so location was not a problem.

Main issue is about the parking. at first place parking is limited, plus, parking area floor is not proper hard floor, neither any making - so cars parked bit inappropriately and wastage of space. They should better manage the existing parking and also, should expand the area for more spaces.

You need to be fit, property up a hill and away from main area. We had to go up 3 lifts to reach our room on 8 floor- 1 lift did not work all week. Room was a good size and had a great balcony

Our second time here in 5 months. This time we had a 1 bedroom for the 2 of us. Apartment is spacious & they have considered so much. Supplied with dishwasher & washing machine ( not all apartments), & the washing pods as well as dishcloths, brooms mops, etc. Fabulous sized terrace with amazing sea views, supplied with table, chairs beds and umbrella. Spotlessly clean on arrival, however the decor is a bit tired. Kitchen units could do with new doors as laminate is warping. My main gripe is the bathroom sink is set so far back into the huge vanity unit, that only a very tall person could reach the soap on the back wall. I am a petite lady and could not comfortably wash my teeth, or hands. I had to go to the kitchen. A child could not cope either. The huge bed is sooo comfortable, some of the drawers in the bedroom had a mildewy smell. Lovely pool area. Both restaurants we found great service, price and quality. I thought the on site supermarket had poor choices, unless you’re a child, no variety, poor fresh fruit quality and overpriced. We had a car hire as property is in the hills and not many shops around, so we went to Lidl, and any walk would be up a very steep hill. Plenty of free parking. Lovely staff & very obliging.

Lovely stay, just little pieces of communication not given to us at check-in which would have meant giving the full 5 starts, we were not advised about the room cleaning and fresh towels (additional charges) which we would have been absolutely fine with had we known at the start. Apart from the the staff could not have been more helpful the Hotel catered for my fathers needs as we needed an accessible room. Thank you for this as it made the stay enjoyable for everyone!!

Not a 4.5 star hotel as advertised. It was a 3.5 star - a good 3 star. Bedroom was very small, but balcony was spacious. Liked the separate sitting area. The room was serviced only once in our 7 day stay.

Massive complex over several floors all accessible with four lifts. Washing machines available for longer stays. Our room was spacious, clean. Kitchen well equipped with full fridge/freezer, oven , microwave and washing machine. Included was a welcome pack of t-towel, cloths,water and liquid tabs for machine. The balcony was massive with table , chairs , sombrero and 2 sunbeds. also a little table with drinks holders. It exceeded our expectations. Bed was comfy and massive. Bathroom equipped with hairdryer etc. Negative point: bath extremely slippy as I found out the hard way. Two very nice restaurants on site and both reasonably priced. All staff friendly. Pool amazing and Romys bar on 4th floor had happy hour every day which helps the budget. Would be happy to recommend to everyone. Superdino at bottom of very steep path located to left as you leave complex but little store on site which stocks very basic pop milk bread beer etc. View of bay and area simply breathtaking.

Really nice place to stay in a great location. The apartments are lovely but you can tell room by room which ones have been modernised. Everything was lovely except the bathroom, really old and the showers were awful. Zero pressure and no hot water. Bath takes at least 30 minutes to fill up aswell. Television is absolutely pointless has 2 channels with weak signal and is about 20 years old. Aside this the whole apartment was absolutely lovely and a fantatsic size.

Disappointed that the so called ocean view was a roof top with a snippet of sea, was told this partial sea view was classed as ocean view by them. Not on, really misleading marketing I wouldn’t have booked for this poor view. I booked for the view on the room pictures. Told it was fully booked yet the adults only pool by the room was not in use

Extremely poor service, very limited dining only 2 small restaurants with limited choices The room was dirty and full of termites, when we required to change a room the response was “they don’t bite”.. toilet seat hasn’t cleaned properly.. it says 4and half stars definitely no where near it..I’m wondering where’s the rating came from .. hmmm.. no shuttle buses at all. We have stayed at a 4 stars hotel last year in South Tenerife was far better with same cost. Most terrible hotel experience!

Hotel wasn’t as close to the beach areas as we’d liked but taxis are available. Front desk had an “attitude” asking me “what is the American dream?” No clue why someone in service would start a convo like that. Later a waiter in the breakfast restaurant (Zachary) called my latte “rich guy coffee.” Again, what’s the point of insulting your guests? Paid extra for midweek cleaning as they don’t tidy or change towels. Beach towels we were told to return to the front desk or we’d be charged 40 euro were crappy discolored and fraying. I wouldn’t stay there again. The only positive was the Paradise Pool Club, a separate meal vendor, with kind waitresses and good breakfasts.

Purtroppo, siamo stati vittime di un furto in camera che ha visto scomparire 900 euro dalla nostra borsa lasciata incustodita. Questo incidente è avvenuto in un momento in cui la borsa era stata appena controllata, il che ci ha permesso di avere la certezza dell'accaduto. La nostra esperienza è stata ulteriormente aggravata dalla reazione della gestione dell'hotel. L'approccio dell'office manager di fronte a questa grave situazione è stato, a dir poco, superficiale e poco professionale. Non solo non è stata intrapresa alcuna azione concreta per collaborare attivamente alla risoluzione del problema o per verificare le nostre accuse attraverso le telecamere a circuito chiuso, ma le giustificazioni fornite sono state del tutto illogiche e inaccettabili. L'ipotesi di un possibile ingresso in camera da parte di sconosciuti, senza alcuna verifica tramite le registrazioni di sicurezza, denota una mancanza di serietà nella gestione di situazioni critiche che possono compromettere la sicurezza e il benessere degli ospiti. Ein interessantes Hotel mit Pool und guter Aussicht Richtung Meer. In der Nähe gibt es Lebensmittelgeschäfte, ein Einkaufszentrum und mehrere Restaurants. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Ort unterhalb vom Hotel ist in circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort gibt es mehrere Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der Sonnenuntergang ist vom Hotel aus direkt sichtbar. La Gomera kann man ebenso sehen.

Accommodation is clean comfortable and spacious. Staff helpful, planet of sunbeds around the pool. Lots of steps and location is higher up in the resort. A nice walk down and back or taxi is €7 in to Adele. Would recommend and stay again.

A nice place, quite an uphill walk but 5 minutes in a taxi. Some apartments in need of an upgrade but nothing too serious. Snack bar and rooftop bar were both very good but disappointed in food in on site restaurant. Good value for money and would return

La résidence est incroyable, tout confort. Le personnel est adorable, tout était parfait et le tarif plus que correct. Si nous revenons à Tenerife nous retournerions avec plaisir dans cette résidence. Les seuls points d’amélioration : le petit déjeuner n’était pas terrible et les panneaux n’étaient pas toujours très clairs pour s’orienter dans cette très grande résidence.

Lovely holiday stayed Feb half term in 2 bed apartment, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very spacious, huge balcony with four sun-loungers and table and chairs for 6. Two bathrooms one very big. Well equipped kitchen. New sofa bed. Staff at reception, pool bar and team marina were fantastic- especially team marina who worked tirelessly to keep kids and adults entertained, very inclusive and friendly fun. Zachary’s staff let themselves down, unnecessarily inefficient and unfriendly/unwelcoming at times. Only went once in the evening and no atmosphere despite there being a musician. Food and drink good and reasonably priced. Huge pool heated to suitable temp. Very small area cordoned off for ball games - could be bigger as there was plenty of swimming area. One lifeguard wouldn’t allow ball games at all even in the designated area which was disappointing for my son and several other families. Rules should be relaxed as the pool is large enough to accommodate everyone’s needs. Sun loungers available everyday without mass reserving like in some hotels. Housekeeping very minimal but can be paid for. Pool towels changed for €1.50 each if needed. Wi-Fi excellent in all areas. Taxi to adeje between €6 and €10. Airport €34. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
