The property was great and the staff was quite helpful. The brunch on property the next morning was wonderful and well worth the €20 a person. When we arrived mid afternoon, the hotel’s parking garage was already full. This was a bit frustrating since we chose this hotel because it had on site parking. We eventually found a garage about a km away, but this may be an issue for some travelers. Once we parked, we had an easy time with transit. Not only is it near the train, but there is a tram right out front. You are a bit off the main square if you are looking to walk to Marienplatz, but it is doable. Tram was the way to go for us.

Udemærket hotel Lidt slidt Morgenmaden er god uden at være fantastisk. Restaurant havde ikke åbent da vi der, hvilket vi havde regnet med. Fitness er meget småt, 3 maskiner. Dejlig pool, god beliggenhed

Zimmer gepflegt und sauber, Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Jedoch könnten einige Berriche öfters gereinigt werden (Brösel in den Regalen, Staub in den Ecken), Sauna in marodem Zustand (Sitzbänke brechen beinahe durch, offene Schraubenspitzen) Lage top, Strassenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bis auf einige kleinere Mängel auf jedenfall empfehlenswertes Hotel

The hotel is very good, is near attractions of old city, train station, and has parking in the building. In the rooftop has a place to enjoy the city views.

Excelente ubicación y el personal de recepción muy atento y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier contratiempo. Muy cómodo. El bufet desayuno completisimo. La única pega es que la piscina la cierran dos horas al día de 12h a 14h, me parece excesivo y mal horario para cerrarla

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern und einem Pool im Obergeschoss, den man je nach Tageszeit fast für sich allein hat. Schön war auch, dass wir vor offizieller Check-in Zeit einchecken konnten. Danke für so viel Flexibilität.

Einfach toll - super warmer Pool, kleine Sauna, aber heiß - tolles Zimmer - ich komme gerne immer wieder

Hatte kein Bar Flair, Licht zu hell, geschultes Personal war nicht vorhanden, Getränke wurden an der Theke bestellt, 4 Sterne ??? Selber Gastronom MFG

Spotless room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. A really relaxing stay all round.

Zimmer geräumig. Leider Dusche komplett die Seite mit Schimmel belagert. Ist nicht so schön.. Ebenso der Karten Slot an der Tür funktioniert nicht richtig. Strom geht so immer wieder aus. Eine Toiletten Bürste war in diesem Zimmer auch Fehlanzeige. Ein Dampf Bügeleisen mitten in den Raum zu stellen ist auch keine tolle Art. Ein Schrank etc. wäre von Vorteil gewesen. Auch das andere Zimmer auf dein TV zu greifen können mit ihrem Handy / Tablet und nachts der Fernseher mehrmals auf ein Video Portal um spanische Nachrichten zu schauen geschaltet wird ist nicht schön. Bett super, Minibar vorhanden, geräumiges Zimmer. Kein Teppich - was ich super fand. Leider ging auch die Klima Anlage obwohl Sie auf 0 stand nicht komplett aus. Ob ich das Hotel nochmals besuchen werde weiß ich nicht. Leider dann Kleinigkeiten die einem nicht gefallen. Das Personal ist aber sehr nett vor Ort!

Great location within walking distance to the train and restaurants. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Cleaning could be better. Some areas of the walls in my apartment was dirty. It's wall paper and easy to wipe off so I am not sure why it was not clean.

Leider mein schlechtester Aufenthalt (von über 100 in diesem Haus). Ich bin von anderen Häusern als Stammgast ganz andere Servicelevels gewohnt. Der Check-in: Habe mit Rezeptionistin noch darüber gesprochen, dass ich seit 13 Jahren Stammgast bin. Versprochene Rechnung per Email wurde nicht gesendet, musste am Abreisetag erneut danach verlangen. Zimmer: Ich hasse Zimmer mit 2 zusammengeschobenen Betten. Was habe ich bekommen? Genau ein solches. Da ist dann gleich mal das Handy in den Schlitz auf den Boden gefallen und die Betthälften rutschen auf dem glatten Boden hin und her. Im Badezimmer stimmt etwas mit dem Wasser nicht. Temperaturregler auf Mitte = brühend heißes Wasser, man muss fast auf maximal kalt drehen, um angenehme Temperatur zu erhalten. Frühstück: Tasse am Tisch - dreckig. Erste Tasse am Kaffeeautomat - dreckig, 1. Teller am Buffet - dreckig. Rührei kalt, Bohnen kalt, Bacon kalt. Was soll ich sagen, das war ein ziemlicher Reinfall, diesmal und das leider nicht zum ersten mal. Werde mir wohl eine neue Stammunterkunft in München Maxvorstadt suchen müssen. :-(

Clean, spacious, comfortable, courteous staff

The reception made our stay much better. Thank you to them for assisting us when we were checking out after we let them know that the room was cleaned in a hurry and we found the prior guests' items in the room and didn't have a remote control etc. Thank you to the front desk crew :)

extremely bad trip. I went Munich with my parent first time so I wanna stay in same suites. However, the condition is malfunctioning and we have to change to two separate rooms without any choice. They forget we change the room and no one to make up the room three nights in a row which is not acceptable. I remind the receptionist to make sure they have to make up the room in the second dah and third day morning but still no one coming to do the cleaning. Even the towels didnt change and garbage didnt remove. This hotel is tlly not advised and this make my trip with a very bad memory. Terrible hotel.

Quarto de ótimo tamanho, amenidades ótimas. Hotel bem localizado, café da manhã ótimo. Problemas: cozinha em reforma, não havia serviço de quarto. Não há smart tvs o que não parece aceitável para um hotel desta qualidade.

Proximity to public transportation, breakfast facilities, friendly & helpful staff. I didn’t like the bathroom facilities, lack of bathroom amenities, no ventilation, high bathtub, could use another grab bars to manoeuvre into the tub, no instructions on how to use the towel warming rack. High humidity due to lack of ventilation.

This property was excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodated early check in free of charge after a long travel day. I’d highly recommend it. It is especially convenient if doing day trips because the central bus station is steps away and the central train station is also a short walk. The one odd design feature in this room is the floor to ceiling window on the side of the shower facing the rest of the room. It might work well for couples but with the lights on you can see the form of others in the shower through the opaque glass - a bit weird for friends travelling together. There was an odd situation when checking out where reception told us we owed €64 in extra charges but we never ate in the restaurant or made use of the mini-bar. On explaining this to her, she politely advised that the charge would be removed from our account. She couldn’t even identify what those charges were supposedly for. I point these small things out but they were inconsequential in the greater scheme of things. I’d 1000% advise others to stay here when visiting Munich.

Not really something that the property could influence but road works happening and workers started from 6:30 am and unfortunately the windows could not block it out as it was right in front of the hotel on opposite side of the road. Other than that all Good

Hotel com excelente estrutura. Não fica proximo ao centro, mas tem transporte publico quase em frente. Café da manhã com grande variedade de itens de ótima qualidade. Apartamento amplo e novo. Único ponto negativo: não tem refrigeração ou circulação de ar. A janela não abre. Tivemos que chamar alguém pra que entre um mínimo de ar fresco, pois à noite o quarto esquenta.

We stayed during hot, humid August weather only to discover that the air conditioner was completely insufficient to cool the room. The result was four nights where we woke up dripping in sweat. I’ve never experienced this in decades travelling abroad. Considering that it is an ultra-modern hotel, this is unacceptable. A week earlier, we were in London during a heatwave in an older hotel but the air conditioning was superb, all the more impressive since London summers have only recently become uncomfortable due to climate change. In addition, the Eurostars have no charging or USB ports next to the beds, another disappointment. The breakfast, however, was very tasty and the location was central.

Von Anfang bis Ende ein rundum positives Erlebnis. Alles war top organisiert und die Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel wäre an sich in Ordnung. Mich haben aber zwei Punkte gestört: Den Service empfinde ich als Katastrophe! Es hat fast 50 Min gebraucht, um mir eine ganz normale Rechnung auszustellen. Beim Checkout habe ich fast 20 Min. gewartet. Mir wurde dann versprochen, die Rechnung innerhalb von 15 Minuten per E-Mail zuzuschicken. Bei mir im Postfach ist aber nichts angekommen. Ich habe dann mittags noch einmal angerufen und mit insgesamt drei Damen gesprochen, die alle schlecht deutsch und teilweise sogar schlecht englisch gesprochen haben. Alle hatten Schwierigkeiten, mir eine Rechnung auszustellen. Nach circa 20 Min Telefonat hieß es, sie hätten mir die Rechnung nun per E-Mail zugeschickt. Es war aber nach wie vor nichts angekommen. Ich musste dann persönlich noch einmal hingehen. Beim dritten Anlauf hat es schließlich funktioniert. Die große Herausforderung bestand darin, eine alte Rechnungsadresse, die im Hotel von meiner Firma noch gespeichert war, durch eine neue Adresse zu ersetzen. Für mich als Kunde ist so ein Verhalten völlig inakzeptabel! Ich bin geschäftlich vor Ort gewesen und habe keine Zeit, mich mit diesen Nebensächlichkeiten auseinanderzusetzen. Es ist nicht Aufgabe des Kunden, das Personal zu schulen! Das ist sowohl für die Mitarbeiter als auch für den Kunden eine Zumutung. Der zweite Punkt: der Frühstücksraum ist mir zu klein. Es sind bereits Hinweisschilder angebracht, wonach Zeiten empfohlen werden, zu denen es noch einigermaßen ruhig sein soll.

The front desk staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Watch your bill at checkout. I had paid Orbitz for the room and at check-in Eurostars staff acknowledged that the room was already paid for but at check-out I got charged for the room anyway. Both Orbitz and Eurostars have been unwilling to correct or acknowledge this is a problem so I got stuck paying for the room twice. Never staying again.

Horrible experience at the reception, booked it in october but the receptionist said there was no booking at all after the long journey. It was really unexpected !!

Good size well appointed room with a great comfortable bed. Situated in residential area about 15 minutes from the main station and about 25 minutes from the central area. Trams and bus run outside the hotel

Mycket trevligt nyrenoverat hotel med stora rum. Inte så mycket resturanger i närheten, men 5 min promenad till en väldigt tysk reaturang, Augustiner Keller. Även nära till tåg mm.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was central to the activities we had planned and public transportation. The hotel was modern and had a comfortable environment. The one suggestion I would make would be to have a little better price point on the breakfast prices per person. We ended up getting food offsite for both days due to the 20 euro per person we were quoted.

Excelente localização em Munique. A alguns metros da excelente Cervejaria Augustine e da Estação central, com rápida ligação de metrô e trens. Tem um bondinho que passa na porta. Recepcionista argentina que fala muito bem portunhol e auxilia em tudo. Chef pasteleiro com pães maravilhosos no café da manhã. Quarto espaçoso. Peca pela ausência de restaurante e Room service. Diária na faixa de 2.000 reais o que é normal para um 4 estrelas em Munique

Every single thing about this hotel was as advertised in their description and more. The hospitality was over the top, which is not something that can be shown in pictures of the hotel. Staff were outstanding. Room was incredible. Food and drink at the bar were of excellent quality.

Skuffet over at man ikke kunne spise efter 16:30 på et 4-stjernet hotel. God morgenmad, meget sød o hjælpsom personale i skranken. Dårlig service i bar/køkken til frokost.

Hotellet er rent og pænt, men til prisen havde vi forventet mere. Ved tjek ind bad vi om levering af badekåber til værelset, men efter 2 timer var de endnu ikke leveret, og vi måtte rykke for dem i receptionen. Hotellet har pudemeny, og vi bad om 2 dun puder, men fik bragt 2 puder med polyester fyld. Ingen forklaring eller undskyldning. Vi klarede til receptionen og svaret var, at så var der nok ikke flere dun puder, men så kunne de jo sige det istedet for at leverer 2 polyester puder som vi havde 4 af i forvejen. Jacuzzi området i poolen virkende ikke. Morgenmaden var under hvad vi forrentede til 20 euro per person. Kaffemaskinerne stoppede med at virke flere gange og personalet var ikke opmærksom på problemet, så hver gang måtte vi lede efter personale der kunne hjælpe. Madens kvalitet var under forventning og det varme var ikke varmt.
