Using the self check in kiosk was a little confusing as a foreigner but the staff were very helpful when using the speaker on the kiosk. Check out was very easy :)

3박 4일 숙박했습니다 룸 클리닝을 제때 해주지 않았고, 룸 클리닝 상태도 좋지 않았습니다 첫날 침구류에도 얼룩이 있고, 일정동안 한번도 침구류 교체를 해주지 않았고, 화장실 청소 등을 해주지 않습니다 쓰레기 비우기, 수건, 물 보충 정도만 해줍니다 모텔 정도의 느낌입니다 공용 사우나는 좁지만 꽤 괜찮았습니다
