Great service, professional staff amazing pool, convenient location. Best hotel in seminyak

If you want to party and don’t mind noise, go the cheap rooms. If you value peace and quiet go the villas or suites. Every time I have stayed here I have reviewed the non existent hot water- they have fixed it and it is now scalding, but it means you can use the bath. They have tightened up on everything, only one breakfast area, but all in all a great place to stay.

When I arrived at the Haven, I had just spent a peaceful week in Ubud, so this was a return to busy streets. On arrival the staff let me choose a suitable room I had to have a drink waiting for the room to be prepared The breakfast was just amazing. There was a large selection and varied breakfast items to choose from I found the bar off treated me differently because I was travelling on my own. Some would be very courteous and give me the pre-crisp snacks that came with your drink. Others wouldn’t give me anything. The afternoon stuff at the bar were very helpful and filled my water bottle so I could use it by the pool I decided to walk down to the quiet pool rather than the one in the reception area as that seemed quieter and had more chance of catching the Sun between 8 am and 3 pm After 3 pm, there was nowhere to sit to get any sunshine And being British, we like our sunshine lol The room was clean and comfortable, balcony could of been moped, dirty Had to get maintenance in to fix a tap If you don’t like any light on at night, then please ask reception to have your balcony light turned off by maintenance as there is no switch in the room to do this The TV had lots of apps for Netflix prime etc but not one of them worked. They are not available. It may be a smart TV on the wall but there was nothing to watch really in English apart from the news. So if you’d like to watch anything in the evening, take something with you In a very busy area & short Taxi rides to shops
