O Hotel está situado dentro de um prédio antigo e ocupa parte do 2 andar onde está situada a recepção..Vc tem acesso ao prédio através de uma senha e novamente com uma senha para entrar no 2 andar onde estão os quartos.E fornecido aos hóspedes um café com máquina expresso,várias frutas ,geleias etc,muito bom.A localização é ótima perto das atrações turísticas da cidade.O única observação como segurança a fechadura dos quartos deveria sei mais moderna utilizando sistema digital assim como o cofre deveria ter fechadura digital.O inconveniente que a porta do quarto é uma chave é do cofre também q facilmente pode ser copiada e colocando em risco a segurança.

This is not like other hotels. It’s easy to miss the location from the street because there’s basically no sign indicating that you are at the “hotel.” It really is more of a guest house so no lobby, front desk, or hotel amenities. You have to be okay with a more independent-type stay. The room was clean but sparse. We'd often find small fruit flies in our room. However, the location was superb and we walked everywhere.

Friendly manager. I also like the proximity to the attractions as well as dining options. I felt very safe in this hotel, two doors to pass to get in the building and another one to get in the hotel. Breakfast was nothing special but enough to get your morning starting.

Sehr nette Pension im 2. Stock (mit Lift) eines normalen römischen Hauses. Vor allem die Lage ist toll, in einer lebendigen Altstadtstraße nahe der Engelsburg, aber auf der anderen Tiberseite. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (Vatikan, Forum Romanum) zu Fuß in etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten erreichen.

It was very good overall (3 nights, 2 adults 1 kid). Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. The extra bed for my son was great too. The location is superb for walk to Castello San Angelo, Vatican, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Fontana de Trevi, Spanish steps, restaurants, convenient stores. To go to Coliseum we took a Taxi (around 10euro). Great Air conditioning during the hot summer. The only thing missing will be a small fridge in the room to keep cold water.

Loved it. The hotel is very close to both the Vatican and the forum. There is an amazing coffee shop across the street. Also very close to shopping. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room was quite spacious. (We had a 3 person room) Hotel is hard to find though; only a tiny plaque near the door. Fortunately, a local resident was able to point it out to us. Make sure you get their door code ahead of time as the hotel is on the 2nd floor of an otherwise residential building.

We absolutely love this place! Last time we went in Trastevere which was another good perfect place where everything was buzzing, lots of caffes, restaurants and beautiful views! So this time we found this place, just another perfect place situated on the perfect road where you can get so easy to many restaurants and great coffee shops, but also nice places where you can go in the evening and enjoy drinks. Also, literally 5 mins walk from Castel Sant’ Angelo ! The room was beautiful and clean, we had everything we needed, good air conditioning, gorgeous view on the street, and loved to have the window open hearing the buzz outside. Very easy place to access too! We will definitely come back, I feel like we found the perfect place to always come back to in Rome.

We loved our stay at La Maison dell’Orologio. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, Vatican City and other attractions. We even walked to the Colosseum, an easy walk of about 30 minutes. Michelle was super friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early and the tea, coffee and breakfast snacks were an added bonus. The room was clean and comfortable with a view of the street below. A big thank you to Michelle and others involved in organising the postage of an item we left behind to our next destination. Much appreciated! We would definitely stay at La Maison dell’Orologio again if we return to Rome.

We recently stayed here for my husband's birthday celebrations. The location of the hotel was perfect, we could walk to all the tourist sights, there were fabulous restaurants and shops around every corner. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were really helpful, they even gave us a bottle of red for my husband and a chocolate rabbit for my daughter, we stayed just after Easter. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you wanted to be slightly out of the hustle and bustle, near great local cafés and restaurants but within 10/15 minutes walk of the main attractions.

Was only here for one night with a late checkout before an international flight home. Was absolutely perfect! The staff were extremely accommodating even with my ultra late checkout. Wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. Excellent communication. Spacious room. Perfect location. All in all, it was a very nice stay. With Easter being just a few days after our stay, our young daughter was even give a chocolate rabbit as we left, which made her so happy! We would gladly stay again.

We absolutely love this place! Last time we went in Trastevere which was another good perfect place where everything was buzzing, lots of caffes, restaurants and beautiful views! So this time we found this place, just another perfect place situated on the perfect road where you can get so easy to many restaurants and great coffee shops, but also nice places where you can go in the evening and enjoy drinks. Also, literally 5 mins walk from Castel Sant’ Angelo ! The room was beautiful and clean, we had everything we needed, good air conditioning, gorgeous view on the street, and loved to have the window open hearing the buzz outside. We absolutely loved staying at this guest house, which was renovated from the 1400s. It had many antiques and historic features all modernized for the convenience of the guest. The breakfast was continental but included pastries, yogurt and wonderful espresso maker. The location was nearby and accessible to all tourist sites as needed, it was on a charming narrow cobblestone Street however we did not have to walk very far with our luggage. We can’t say enough about how much we loved this place. It was spacious enough for the three of us. My husband included and my 24-year-old son we were there for a destination wedding very comfortable Linens and spacious amenities as needed. We would love to stay there again, Rome.
