First, the cons: our room had a funky unpleasant odor. We couldn't identify it, but with time we became acclimated to it, so it didn't bother us. It's obvious from the lobby and our room decor that this property was once quite lovely. Right now, it's in need of patching up and paint, but that didn't bother us either. Breakfast was pretty meager, but enough for us. The main pros: this is a great location and you simply can't beat the price. We would stay here again.

A no frills hotel, it was adequate. We had to climb up on the bed and reset the smoke alarm every 12 hours to stop the chirping, despite reporting it upon check in. Room was not cleaned as well as it could have been. Bed was very soft but no stains or soiling of mattress or sheets. Smelled fresh. The price of our room for 2 nights was 2x+ the normal cost due to the university graduation.
