Good stay overall. The property is clean and well lit. Rooms are standard size. Bed is pretty good not too hard or soft. Bathroom was clean and everything worked well. They have a pool which was also clean and with plenty of chairs, tables, umbrellas and recliners available. Staff is friendly and helpful. Area had some homeless living in cars. Right on Highway 99 but noise is okay on the none freeway side of the building (rooms 220-225).

The young lady at the desk was very helpful. After we saw our room, i asked for an additional blanket to cover the bed. The bedspread was disgustingly gross with stains. The room,bath, floors, micro, fridge and furnature and towels were all clean. The entry door needs some weather stripping though, the large gaps around the door made the room drafty and noisy. The room faced the hiway... the bed was hard as a rock and pillows were flat... oh, and they had coffee in the lobby, ice, drinks and snacks available. Dennys is right next door.

motel 6 in chico, CA has been more than just a stay for me.. the staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable and feel safe while I've been here. I havent met a member of the staff lot willing to help with anything to meet my needs. they communicate directly with me and even helped in a situation of an unfamiliar person at my door when I wasn't inside the room to get him away and called me personally to see if I was OK. They allowed me to stay longer than necessary to make my life easier while I transitioned into a new life and in no way made me feel like a burden, and expected nothing in return. I knew all of them by name and enjoyed talking with them each time I passed any of then by during my stay. I was respected and given privacy when needed and also came to my aid when asked. its next to Denny's and they have a pool and laundry room on property. I will be staying here again in the future any time I'm in the area. I am grateful for my stay and overall satisfied and have nothing negative to add.

Met by very friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable woman at front desk. For the price I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. The grounds were well kept and landscaped. Everything was clean. The room was quiet and cool. The surroundings did not feel unsafe and food was close by. Well worth the price.

I've stayed at this motel 6 each time Ive come to Chico,the staff are amazing the rooms are very neat clean and comfortable. They have great amenities swimming pool for the kids n washer and dryers. The area is safe and quite. I oy stay here when I come to visit about 6 xs a year never been treated with nothing but the best

For the longest time I didn't really care for motel 6, don't know why, but this stay and the stay about 2 weeks ago has completely changed my mind. Motel 6 is probably the cleanest and most fair priced places in Chico. And the people that work here are more than friendly and helpful, This place definitely deserves 5 stars...

The clerk sent us to a room that had not been cleaned. There wax urine in the toilet. The bed was obviously slept in. When i told the clerk, she acted as though it was an inconvenience. Then said i had to pay for a room change

Everything was great but the room was not clean. The shower was dirty with hair and the floors were sticky, can't really complain for a $90 room. The front office did call and check to see if i was satisfied within 20 minutes upon arrival.

I use this property often and LOVE it. It's centrally located so everything that you would need is easy to get to.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the area especially Avish at the front desk making my stay a true delight. The property is located next to the freeway, making it very convenient to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable and having a fridge and microwave makes the midnight snack that much better.

Check in is a breeze if you have a reservation don't know if is the same without one. Room was clean just for a few details, my wife found some long gray hairs on the bed and the shower has soap scum marks on the wall but those are minor details, what I really don't like is the noise of the freeway, this place is oriented to it and the noise somehow is loud during the traffic hours. Good staying place.

They harrassed me both night stating of noise complaints at 1030 pm and 1130 pmwhen i was sleeping. Threatened to kick me out if i got another noise complaint. Had maintenance listening at my door when i opened it hec was smoking in front of my doorI fell and hurt my knee because they painted the cement and it makes it slick when rains they showed so sympathy whatsoever.

The motel was very clean and well maintained. Staff was extremly friendly and accomodating. Front desk called to see if we were able to connect to the wi-fi and that the room was up to our liking. Dennys was just across the parking lot so lots of great food was eaten....the area was nice ....highly recommend this location!!!! Will stay here again....

The front desk guy was super awesome! Check in was a breeze. Gave us the option of rooms and advised of quieter area of the building. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and room did NOT smell like many other M6’s I’ve stayed at. Thank you for a beautiful room and comfortable stay on our trip.

Don’t bother complaining. They won’t do anything about it. We had someone leave a screaming dog for 6 hours and when they finally came back the guy started hitting the woman he stayed with. Staff did nothing. We checked out early.

The manager,Kumar, is very courteous and hospitable as he sets standard for his staff as well.In my experience, is definitely one of the good motel 6's. In my opinion ,however , They should consider lowering the price, and align closer to their competitors in the area.

I use this property often and LOVE it.
