The pictures online were not accurate. Front desk attendant was only on duty from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Our AC was broken for over a day as no one was on duty to help and once issue was addressed we kept getting told someone was coming which wasn’t the case.

Mold between the shower doors, massive amount of dust in the shower vent. Shower itself OK but on the verge of breaking down. Street side very noisy even at night. Mini fridge needs to be defrosted, also noisy when trying to sleep. Bed/room was fine for the price. Wifi passwords on the door of the room don't work, use the one at the servicedesk. Great location, walking distance from coliseum and train station. Cleaning lady? Did my checkout but barely spoke English.

Nous avons été très déçu de notre réservation. Ce n’est pas du tout ce à quoi on s’attendait. Ce n’est pas comme sur les photos. C’est une petite chambre minuscule. C’est bien situé mais ce n’est pas bien insonorisé et le bruit du passage de la rue et de la construction nous are I réveillé toute la nuit. On y retrouvais aussi un climatiseur portatif et qui était lui aussi très bruyant. Le lit était confortable. La salle de bain était correct. Bref, c’est pas mieux qu’un 3 étoiles.

Pros: Location, near Termini but still a safe area to stay. It has an elevator, and AC, a portable one but it got the job done. The reception girl, once we were able to meet was very kind. Cons: This is an aparthotel, dont expect someone at the reception 24/7. You are given a set of 4 keys to access the apartment, I was scared to lose them as like I said, there is no reception. The bed frames were peeling off. the bathroom had mold all over the place.
Pros: Location, near Termini but still a safe area to stay. It has an elevator, and AC, a portable one but it got the job done. The reception girl, once we were able to meet was very kind. Cons: This is an aparthotel, dont expect someone at the reception 24/7. You are given a set of 4 keys to access the apartment, I was scared to lose them as like I said, there is no reception. The accommodation is close to Collosseum (10min walk), the rooms were clean, bright and nicely furnished. Comfy beds, nice shower. The only thing that I'd recommend to change was the Air Conditioning, as that is an older type and extremely noisy. I could not sleep well as it was right next to my head under the window. Sounded like a noisy car :) . Please change that so others will not experience the same. Everything else was fantastic and the person who checked us in was super nice and helpful. Thank you !

Everyone was so friendly there. The main entrance was under construction, but that’s like everything in Europe. The front desk girls were amazing. They helped me out so much. Solo girl traveler felt very comfortable. Staying there at the location was great. Is it four seasons no. But it has a Lyft. It’s secure the lady who cleans the rooms did such an amazing job. I would recommend it!! The bed and the pillows were so comfortable💕

Las fotografías que muestran, no son como la habitación que se nos asignó. Al parecer había otras habitaciones que se asemejan más a las fotos, pero la nuestra era MUY pequeña y la limpieza no era impecable. El edredón tenía algunas manchas. No volveríamos a este hotel.

La cama era cómoda, baño muy pequeño, está bien situado, falta algo de limpieza y un estor o cortinas para que entre menos luz en la ventana. Cerca de metro y del Coliseo, en una avenida con cafeterías, restaurantes y pequeños comercios. También andando a menos de 10 minutos la estación de Termini. Lo cogimos porque el precio al ser temporada alta era más asequible

The room is clean, staff were friendly, although the bathroom is a bit small but for the price we paid is just ok. It's near and accessible to most of the attraction, train station and restaurants. It's right at the centre of Rome. Highly recommended.

The only good thing about this place was the surrounding area. First of all, this is not a hotel—it’s just an apartment complex. Second, the room we were given looked nothing like the pictures. It was a tiny, cramped space—completely misleading. The shower was so small I could barely fit, there was no air conditioning, and the TV was a joke. Overall, it was very uncomfortable. Thankfully, we only stayed for two days. We were very disappointed and not happy with the experience at all. I won't trust this, said never again

Tho only concern in this property is that their bathroom is too small. Anyone who weighs 200lbs will definitely not fit or be able to move inside the bathroom. (We booked a family room that sleeps 4, 2 adults 2 children).

It’s served it’s purpose as a place to stay but I was very unhappy when I arrived. It’s in a complex of other flats for the locals which wasn’t an issue but is not in the description of the property. The lights as you walk in were flickering which didn’t fill me with much joy. The rooms are a lot smaller than expected but our room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. However we had to buy our own toilet paper as the staff leave the property after 3pm so we had no chance to ask them for some as we had tours planned for our trip. Overall it was okay but I was a bit disappointed.

Really good location you can walk to the colloseum and Vatican and other big areas. Close to metros and main rome train station. Room was very tiny, and smelled like sewage in the bathroom. Check in process was bad we had to wait outside the door for 30 minutes and I think the front desk guy was busy or sleeping and we had to bang on the door and wait for 30 mins to get him to come to the desk. Great value for the price, you get what you pay for, would suggest this place for folks on a budget, without any expectations for a nice place, this can be considered a place to stay on a budget

Pros: Location, near Termini but still a safe area to stay. It has an elevator, and AC, a portable one but it got the job done. The reception girl, once we were able to meet was very kind. Cons: This is an aparthotel, dont expect someone at the reception 24/7. You are given a set of 4 keys to access the apartment, I was scared to lose them as like I said, there is no reception. The bed frames were peeling off. the bathroom had mold all over the place.

What a great little spot right in the centre of Rome. Great little coffee shop downstairs that made the visit even better. Hosts were very accommodating as our flight arriving late.

Está súper cerca de todos los sitios importantes, se puede llegar caminando a ellos al igual que a la terminal. El personal es muy amable y pude dejar mis maletas antes del check in y después del check out, así tuve oportunidad de visitar otros sitios y tener resguardado mi equipaje ☺️

The room is clean, staff were friendly, although the bathroom is a bit small but for the price we paid is just ok. It's near and accessible to most of the attraction, train station and restaurants. It's right at the centre of Rome. Highly recommended.

Cute little B&B, you get a keychain with multiple keys as there are multiple doors with locks to get through - but it’s easy and feels safe. Several cafes below the B&B make for quick and easy snacks. Front desk spoke limited English but the main housekeeping lady was fluent and very sweet. Remember that you need to pay a €20 tax and it’s cash only!

The property was in the heart of Rome, Perfect location. Close to all restaurants and attractions. Colosseum was only a 10 minute walk. Amazing staff and clean units. Will definitely stay again.

Good A/C even if manual. Room and bathroom are very small even for one person. We did not have any room for our luggage. Great location with lots of restaurants near by. The survey asked me about the hotel amenities, my answer is what amenities.

Easy check in and accommodating host. The accommodation was about a 12 min walk from Roma termini and 10 mins from the colossal. Very close to some restaurants and supermarkets. Very secure and safe. AC working great. Wifi’s very spotty tho and the QR code for it wasn’t working so I mostly used my data. Host is responsive. It is quite tiny but great for the price and location! Would definitely visit again.
