This was an inexpensive stay on our arrival. First, I didn’t noticed that we had to contact the hotel for the airport shuttle, then we realized that we were too late (the shuttle service ends at 8:30pm each day. Luckily, the hotel was right next to the Keizer narita train station, and we were able to get there without breaking the bank. While checking in, I asked about the shuttle back to the airport. The clerk told me it was all booked up. If the free shuttle is the reason for booking this place (it was for us), make sure it’s available before booking. The room was small but functional for a one night stay. The area was nice (on the other side of the station). You can spend a couple of hours and walk through the town.

Clean property. There are three shuttles in the morning and three shuttles in the afternoon to the Narita Airport. It only goes to two terminals but there are free shuttles at the airport to get to another terminal. Amenities are located at the front desk. Free small cosmetic gift for female travelers! Breakfast buffet is small, but has great coffee. They can keep your luggage. Location is close to a big shrine, about a 15 minute walk. Close to a convenience store.

駐車場無料、駅近とても助かる部屋に向かう為にエレベーターも、カードキーが必要なタイプなので、セキュリティ面も良い部屋は所謂ビジホ寝泊まりには十分な設備は揃っているし、部屋の温度を各自好きに出来るのは助かる一律管理だとたまに寒い時もあるのでフロントの方々も笑顔が素敵だった説明も分かりやすくて良かった駐車場から出る前に支払い、10分で退出はナビセット等ある場合余裕は少ないかもでもアプリでの決済も出来るので、余裕持ちたいならアプリ使用が良いと思う実際、各階にアプリの案内があるので良かった

Spotlessly clean, reception staff super helpful especially with onward travel. Quiet and everything you need. 10mins drive from airport. Beware free shuttle bus doesn’t run after 10pm and return bus is by appointment and only if seats available. Great hotel though and right next to Keisei Station.

Could not fault this hotel for my stay the evening before my flight. It’s in a fabulous location and the room was spotless. Very small but for all I needed it for as a solo traveller it was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful and very nice. Free shuttle bus to the airport was also handy.

I stayed at Meet in Narita on an overnight trip. I usually have great experiences at Japan hotels and never expected my stay to go as bad as it did. Check in was no problem and staff were very nice. The Wi-fi was okay and the room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located near the Keisei Narita train station. The problem with my room was that it was very warm. I tried multiple adjustments of the AC and it would not cool the room. I finally called the front desk and told them my AC wasn't working. The person at the desk apologized and explained that the AC temperature is set and not adjustable. He suggested I open my door. I'm sure he obviously meant my window. I did that and the room did cool down. But I was on a low floor and now it was so noisy from the street below. I was awoke several times with people from the bar downstairs talking loud. I ended up having a very poor night sleep. I'm not one to make the room cold. But it has to be cool at least. How can a hotel not have the temperature control adjustable? I regret staying at meet in and will never again. I usually stay at Richmond hotel across the street but wanted to try something new.

The room is small and the building is old. I booked two rooms. All are small and one of them is even smaller. Hard to place a luggage. Our rooms are on 2nd floor, one of them facing a mechanical pump which made the noise whole night. Service is good. The shuttle bus to airport is very helpful.

The team at Meet Inn Narita were incredible. I had booked a room for my parents as they had a long layover in Narita. As I was not there I relied on the Meet Inn staff including the shuttle driver and cab company they called. The team was responsive to my inquiries and made sure my parents were taken care of from their pre-arrival, shuttle to the hotel, check-in and departure back to the airport the next day. Unfortunately I did not get the names of everyone involved, however thank you for your thoughtfulness, customer service, and looking after everyone!

Good place to stay for early flights as it is very close to keisei narita station. going to tokyo it would take around 70 minutes to go to akihabara from here via train. Overall everything was good. Friendly staff and clean. Would stay again.

Easy reach from Narita Airport by KEISEI line about 15 minutes. Hotel does provide free pickup but has to scheduled with staff. Walk less than 10 minutes from metro station. 15 minutes walk to temple and the old street which has lot of restaurants. Room is tiny but very clean. Staffs are friendly, looks like only one English speaker works after 4:00pm. But you can use translate app.

Pros: very clean, facilities are in good condition, breakfast is pretty good, free shuttles to the Narita airport, a few restaurants within walking distance, within walking distance to Keisei subway line Cons: the rooms are extremely small, the bathroom is tiny and the toilet looks like baby-sized. Taller people with long legs may struggle to fit into the space to use the bathroom.
