Lage: Wunderschön und ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Gehminuten im Centrum. Wir haben oft die Hotel-Fahrräder (e-bikes) oder die herum stehenden E-Roller zur Stadterkundung genutzt. (Achtung: die Parkzone einiger Roller endet direkt hinter der Brücke, sodass man das letzte Stückchen zu Fuß zum Hotel gehen muss). Es fahren Busse und eine Fähre fast direkt vor dem Hotel. Personal: das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Anreise bekamen wir - völlig ausgehungert - ein kleines Frühstück aufs Haus, obwohl das Frühstücksbuffet bereits abgebaut war. Top Service!! Zimmer: Auch hier hatten wir Glück. Dank eines Upgrades bekamen wir ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit einem großen Bad! Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war top, sie Sauberkeit ebenfalls. Sehr beeindruckt haben uns die Vorhänge, durch die man zwar hinaus, aber nicht hineingucken konnte ;). Stockholm: Wir haben jede Sekunde unseres Aufenthalts genossen. Es gibt so viel zu erkunden und bei diesem tollen Angebot macht auch Kindern ein Städtetrip riesigen Spaß. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder! Ein rundum toller Aufenthalt!

Sehr schönes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen mit toller Terrasse. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Bushaltestelle und Fähranleger in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cozy hotel room. A bit pricey but there is no other hotel on the island. Room fill fast. Was hoping to get a sea view but they were all booked. Overall pleasant stay. Restaurant was amazing

Excellent design hotel - in a great location to enjoy the city but still feel you are away from it all… Hotel felt more like a beautiful Scandinavian designed apartment building home with many access routes without having to go through reception or busy lobbies all the time. Excellent restaurant with an extensive breakfast buffet and a small but beautifully formed menu for lunch and dinner. Saw this hotel 9 years ago on my first visit to Stockholm and knew i would stay when I returned , it exceeded all expectations.

Historische Unterkunft in toller Lage - gewisse kleinere Kompromisse sind da natürlich notwendig. Sehr freundliches Personal, lecker Frühstück; Fahrrad mieten hilft manchmal sehr - insbesondere für ausführlichere Stadtbesichtigung, muss kein E-Bike sein - Stockholm ist eben;-)

Nice and cosy rooms. Wooden floors, delicious and healthy breakfast, nice and helpfull staff. Nice Terrasse and places to chill outside! Best location, you can walk everywhere from the hotel, lot's of bird in the very near surrounding! Love that! Also so sustainable!

Beautiful design without other facilities/ amenities in the property (gym, lounge except restaurant, etc). Hospitality is also not their forte and since I booked the room from Expedia, all attempts of communication took too long and it was not different when I got to the hotel to check in (staff not even asked about my reservation details when I asked for early check in, which was offered via email). Beautiful location however for a short stay in Stockholm I don’t recommend it.

As frequent visitors to Stockholm, this has become our automatic place to stay. The hotel is brilliantly positioned geographically within the city, with easy access to all parts via either boats or bus. It is set on a small island , and is based around 300+ year old buildings brilliantly modernised. The grounds are a delight. The breakfasts are superb, the cleanliness immaculate. BUT do not offer any Swedish money to pay your bills- only plastic cards are accepted.

Med undantag att vi saknade hårfön på rummet var allt till STOR belåtenhet. Morgonrock, mjuka vita rena handdukar, väldoftande tvål och Schampo toppades med en enastående roomservice/städteam som gjorde det där "lilla extra" som gjorde att man kände sig omhändertagen på ett behagligt sätt.För er som gillar lagom långa promenader ligger hotellet på en bra avstånd till centrum, shopping och cafeér.

Otroligt bra service, rent, lugnt, trevligt område. Genomtänkt för att kunna bo en längre tid med garderob mm. Frukosten är och restaurangen var också väldigt bra.

Wonderful location on a secluded island in the centre of Stockholm. It is about a 15 minute walk to Gamla Stan. The hotel is a historic building in which great care has been taken with the design inside and out. We loved the gardens and it was wonderful to sit outside on the terrace to have breakfast in the glorious summer sunshine. The breakfast was very good- freshly prepared with quality ingredients. Staff were always polite and helpful and our room was clean, quiet and very comfortable- although quite small. This is a lovely hotel and we very much look forward to our next visit.

Lovely quiet setting close to the city centre, but it was advertised as having AirCon, which it doesn’t have. That may not usually be an issue but we were there in a heatwave when temperatures were 30C. All they had was an air movement system which made little difference. Staff told us that the room would cool down overnight (obvious really as temperatures fall at night) but it still made for an unbearable night so we had to leave after the first night - thanks to Expedia for helping us sort the problem. We were also told that it would be difficult to find a hotel with AirCon in Stockholm as heat wasn’t usually a problem so far north. Needless to say it’s a modern European city so finding a modern hotel with AirCon in the city centre was easy

We stayed at Hotel Skeppsholmen for the nights in May 2024. It was unseasonably warm outside, but the air-conditioned room was always nice and cool. The hotel\'s location is convenient to get around Stockholm, yet tranquil and quiet. The island of Skeppsholem has the Modern Museum, the Toy Museum, and a few restaurants. It is nice to walk around in the evenings along the water. The hotel itself is in an old army barrack which has been beautifully redesigned and updated. Due to the age of the building, it isn\'t sound proofed but this wasn\'t an issue during our stay. The rooms are a decent size, but the beds are a bit on the firm side. Mattress preference is individual, but for me the beds were very hard. Some of the design of the bathroom is very much "form over function." The shower and sink both get water everywhere, so be sure to keep items you wish to stay dry away from the shower door and sink area. Breakfast was adequate and quite good! The staff were all friendly, helpful, and professional. If ever in Stockholm again, I would definitely return!

Magnus was so helpful in telling us how to, where to and when. He explained and set up our bus app which made it so easy for us to get around. All the staff were just wonderful. The owners should be proud of what they have created.

Med undantag att vi saknade hårfön på rummet var allt till STOR belåtenhet. Morgonrock, mjuka vita rena handdukar, väldoftande tvål och Schampo toppades med en enastående roomservice/städteam som gjorde det där "lilla extra" som gjorde att man kände sig omhändertagen på ett behagligt sätt.För er som gillar lagom långa promenader ligger hotellet på en bra avstånd till centrum, shopping och cafeér.

Ett otroligt charmigt hotell som ligger på en av Stockholms absolut vackraste platser. Omgivningarna är som tagna ur ett vykort, med vatten, grönska och klassisk arkitektur alldeles intill. Beautiful design without other facilities/ amenities in the property (gym, lounge except restaurant, etc). Hospitality is also not their forte and since I booked the room from Expedia, all attempts of communication took too long and it was not different when I got to the hotel to check in (staff not even asked about my reservation details when I asked for early check in, which was offered via email). Beautiful location however for a short stay in Stockholm I don’t recommend it.

Wonderful location on a secluded island in the centre of Stockholm. It is about a 15 minute walk to Gamla Stan. The hotel is a historic building in which great care has been taken with the design inside and out. We loved the gardens and it was wonderful to sit outside on the terrace to have breakfast in the glorious summer sunshine. The breakfast was very good- freshly prepared with quality ingredients. Staff were always polite and helpful and our room was clean, quiet and very comfortable- although quite small. This is a lovely hotel and we very much look forward to our next visit.

Fint hotell i lugna omgivningar. Härlig frukost. Tråkigt att bo längst bort i den långa korridoren med trottoaren precis utanför. Blev tyvärr matförgiftad på lunchen av varmrökt regnbåge. Förstörde min upplevelse av det bröllop vi skulle på samma dag.

Very cleant and very serviceminded staff. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant was very cozy. We loves the room as well. Only negative was the gym room. Do not choose this hotel if the gym is important for you.

This is a really wonderful hotel, right in the heart of Stockholm, wonderful grounds, beautiful rooms, charming and efficient staff, superb breakfasts. This was fifth time we have stayed, each time for several nights. We remain very impressed.
