The view from our room was great and we enjoyed our stay quite well. A couple things to point out would be 1. I could hear all the foot steps from upstairs every day and night. 2. The pool water quality weren’t exciting. 3. We stayed for 7 nights but no houses keeping. ( They gave us extra dishwash detergent or toilet rolls if we ask though)

We were 3 couples within one family traveling to the Sunshine Coast to visit elderly relatives. The Sebel Twin Waters worked out perfectly for this - we had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to be practical, as well as shared living spaces and places to hang out and relax. We brought the grandparents over for lunch and the kitchen and outside dining areas were up to the task of catering for 8 people. Young adults loved the pool table and privates pool/spa area, although they did find it too cool. Likely to become out go-to for these kinds of visits in the future.

We loved the space and the location. The resort amenities and access were wonderful. We appreciated having two undercover parking spaces, there was adequate airconditioning for the space, and the kitchen was reasonably kit out (not enough to easily feed 6 people, but not many kitchens are!). We were very disappointed at the Sebel pool amenities - there were very limited seating options so we preferred going to Novotel even though it was much more crowded and less convenient. Our apartment was in desperate need of a deep clean, particularly the walls which don't appear to have been washed in years, and there also appeared to be mold developing on some of the blinds in the main bedroom. The carpet upstairs needs a good wash (it actually need to be completely replaced, but a good wash will help). Overall we really enjoyed our stay, but maintenance/proper cleaning needs to take place

The mattress is very comfortable and firm. Had good night’s sleep for the entire time we were there. Free water sports activities, shared cafes and convenient store walking distance from the accomodation. Walking distance to the beach. Would definitely choose to stay at Sebel Twin Waters again.

Wonderful house, very clean and well kept, management was friendly and very helpful. However Twin waters footpaths, boardwalks and jetty were all either closed or in desperate need of fixing.

Atmosphere and location is very good. Surounded by beautiful resort in the middle of lagoon. Easy access to beach and morning walk. Only 15 mins drive away from the Airport and Sunshine Plaza shopping centre. Ideal for family trip. But if you plan to cook, bring your own knife. Quality and quantity of kitchen utensil wasn’t great. And staff parked their car at the room we stayed, had to wait 1 day to be removed while I had to park at visitors.
