Recomendo. CAFÉ da manhã simples mas satisfatório. Transporte perto. Há um ambiente free para trabalhar e co-working pago, que utilizei para ministrar uma aula. Perto de um restaurante tailandês maravilhoso que recomendo d+ - Copper CLUB. O único senão foi a posição da cama, colada na parede, tornando super incômodo o acesso. Layout absolutamente inconveniente sem motivo, porque há espaço para nova distribuição.

Det första vi uppmärksammar när vi checkar in är att bilderna på rummet stämmer lite med verkligheten. Falsk marknadsföring då bilderna visar en klart lyxigare version av vårt Deluxe studio. Rummet är avskalat mot det på bilden. Städningen är sådär. Vi hittad bl.a. resterna av en morot i vår avfallshink vars utdragbara skena är defekt. Personalen är trevlig men verkar ha lite koll. Frukostutbudet är snålt men kaffet gott. På plussidan hittar vi ett riktigt bra gym. Parkeringsmöjligheterna är goda och förmånliga och det är lätt att ta sig in till de centrala delarna. Kort promenad till Luma och Tvärbanan till Gullmarsplan, sedan vidare med T-bana.

Unity är mer av ett lägenhetshotell i sitt uttryck. Det är enkelt, mycket rent, överkomligt pris, rent av billigt, samt mycket praktiskt. Personalen är uppmärksam och villig att hjälpa till. Goda parkeringsmöjlugheter finns på i p-hus och gator. Jag återkommer gärna fler gånger.

Nous avions réservé un appartement avec cuisine - cela a répondu à nos attentes - propre, spacieux (chambre en mezzanine) très calme, chambre donnant sur une cours et en bout de couloir check in fait en ligne, personne à notre arrivée à l'hôtel, on a du se débrouiller pour trouver notre chambre (ouverture porte avec le téléphone) petit déjeuner simple, mais cela nous a convenu situation dans un quartier résidentiel avec un peu de restaurants et commerces le plus apprécié : ferry à 5mn à pied pour aller à Gamla Stan en 30mn (très sympa mais malheureusement pas assez de rotation) sinon le tram passe devant la résidence pour aller en centre ville voiture garée au PK de la résidence (un peu difficile d'accès) et à payer de suite et non au check out

Jeg har været her flere gange. Jeg ved at alt fungerer. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. God morgenmad. Godt træningscenter. Fantastiske mødefaciliteter....skønt at det er mig der kan invitere til møde, selvom jeg er på udebane.

Mycket rent och fräscht lägenhetshotell. Snygg och estetiskt tilltalande inredning. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Lätt att få parkering. Perfekt för en jobbresa eller om man skall till Globen eller Söderstadion men inte vill på i ett Arena område.

Städningen var dålig, det låg damm och hårstrån på golvet när vi checkade in i vårt rum. Frukosten var dessutom ganska torftigt med begränsningar vad man fick ta.

Smutsigt på golvet i båda plan, fick be personalen om extra städning. Damm är tydligen inget som är viktigt att torka bort, se bild. Personalen oproffsig, har inte lärt sig kösystemet, borde skaffa sig nummerlappar så gästerna får hjälp i rätt ordning. Frukosten kändes som matutdelning, alla åt samma mat! Hade uppskattat om det funnits smör på brödet, inte bara att någon sprungit förbi med en tom smörkniv. Det positiva var toaletten.

Bra och bekvämt hotel. Nytt och fräscht. Frukost nhyfsad. Dock har de endast veckostädning på hotellet, vilket var en överraskning. I vinter-Stockholm behövs lite mera frekvent städning om man stannar flera nätter tycker jag. Annars inga klagomål.

Ett fräscht och snyggt lägenhetshotell. Rummet innehöll allt som behövs för att kunna tillaga sin egen mat och hade gott om förvaring för kläder och annat. Stort trevligt badrum med vattenfalls dusch. Det som inte var lika bra var sängen. Det var en 160 säng med ETT täcke i så det var inte så praktiskt när vi hela familjen skulle bo där. Sängen var också väldig hård.

This is a great hotel for travellers with a dog friend, especially if you are travelling by car. The rooms are quiet, super high with large windows. Beds are comfortable. The room, which is in two levels, easily accommodated three adults. Great outdoor spaces and waterfront nearby to walk the dog.

Very nice place to stay in Stockholm. This is a very nicely converted warehouse with decently suzed and well equipped rooms. The interior is very stylish. There are great restaurants and bars, as well as supermarkets in the area. I saw trams and buses nearby but we didn't use them as uber costs between €10 and €15 to most attractions (museums, boat tours, etc.). It took us about an hour to leisurely walk back from Gamla Stan. The staff are absolutely wonderful, especially Robyn who checked us in and very efficiently got some extra pillows for us.

Överlag rent fräscht och hyffsat nytt. Allt fungerade bra utom NFC-läsarna för att komma in genom porten, access till hiss, vångingsportar och själva rummet. På inget sätt fel på min telefon så det borde vara läsarna främst vid porten som var undermåliga. Det var tyst på rummet och bra temperatur. Lakan som var för små för sängen, samt hål i lakan. Madrassen var dåig och höll inte formen. Kommer välja annat boenden nästa gång. Undvek frukosten, finns kafféer inom 10min gångväg.

Rigtig fin lille lejlighed. Der var problemer med ventilationen i min første lejlighed og jeg fik en anden lejlighed med det samme og uden problemer. Rengørinen var ok, men ikke mere end det, derfor ikke topvurdering, men alt i alt et rigtig godt ophold. Der var utrolig stille på værelset, hvilket var rart - rigtig god lydisolering og køkkenet havde alt, man lige skulle bruge (den sidste lejlighed havde opvaskemaskine, hvilket var utrolig rart) og rigtig behagelig seng. Der var en lille smule koldt og man kunne ikke skrue yderligere op for varmen, desværre. Hotellet ligger tæt på en bus/tog-station - 4 min til fods, hvilket var positivt.

It was a very nice appart-hotel in a good area with great public transport. We could be in the town centre in 20 minutes by tram and t-bana. What seriously let it down was the bed ! It was very narrow for a double, the duvet was inadequate and the mattress very thin. Probably OK if you're a bit younger but not for a couple in their late 50s.

It was clean. Pillows were horrible. So small and went flat when you put your head on them. Personnel were very nice. Quilt too small. It was the exact width of the bed but when 2 people were under it it didn't cover both people.

I stayed at Unity for 8 nights. I have stayed there 2 times before and have always had a great visit. This time the hospitality and staff communication was lacking. I asked the receptionist two times for a tv remote. (On two separate days) Which he never followed through with. I wasn’t scheduled for any cleaning service during my entire stay. I had to change my bedsheets and refill the toilet paper myself. On my last night the receptionist/manager took out my trash and attempted to replace the remote, but the TV was broken. She was very apologetic about the situation and brought me a breakfast tray for the next day. The morning of check out, two cleaning people came to my room, the first one I told her to come back after I checked out. Which is 11:00, it was about 10:15. Then not even 5 minutes later a male housekeeper came into my room while I was just getting out of the shower, to clean the room. I told him, I would be leaving at the check out time. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. I think it’s a lack of communication and training.

Perfect for a short stay, close to public transport and only 16 minutes from Gamla Stan. I downloaded the app but the electronic key did not work unfortunately. I went straight to the "barception" as they call it and they checked me in. If you want to stay longer and properly cook in the apartment, there is not enough equipment in my opinion but as I said, for a short stay it was really good.

Very nice place to stay in Stockholm. This is a very nicely converted warehouse with decently suzed and well equipped rooms. The interior is very stylish. There are great restaurants and bars, as well as supermarkets in the area. I saw trams and buses nearby but we didn't use them as uber costs between €10 and €15 to most attractions (museums, boat tours, etc.). It took us about an hour to leisurely walk back from Gamla Stan. The staff are absolutely wonderful, especially Robyn who checked us in and very efficiently got some extra pillows for us.

Great property, feels new, lots of amenities. It’s very close to the tram which was helpful. My only complaint is the area doesn't have much. It’s VERY nice neighborhood, mostly newish buildings with residences and offices but not a lot to do. Its saving grace is the proximity and accessibility to the tram to get to Stockholm center and sightseeing is only about 20 mins. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay, as this was our last stop after 1.5 weeks of travel it was great to get an apartment style room.

Fantastic location in the suburbs. Very close to Luma or Martensdal tram stops. Supermarket and cafe very close by. Would definitely stay here again Rainfall shower head could be warmer with more pressure but the handheld makes up for it.

Excellent hotel! We had an apartment to include a small kitchenette which was very helpful and not usual. We don't go to restaurants for every meal, so the ability to keep some groceries and eat a small meal in our room was a very big plus. I believe, but am not sure, that this kitchenette feature was standard throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was located in a VERY nice, quiet area that is just outside Stockholm. Features such as restaurants, grocery stores, cafes and many other types of stores were in easy walking distance. Also within walking distance were many public transportation stops for the EXCELLENT public transportation, making access to all parts of Stockholm simple and efficient. My wife had read some reviews that were critical of the breakfast buffet. We are not sure why, unless it was from some people that are used to lavish gourmet type breakfasts. We have found their breakfast to be among the best we have seen in similar hotels, and we have seen quite many. No place is perfect, so we can only list a couple of very very small criticisms. The after hours checkin can be confusing. I often sat in the lobby at night to find people stuck outside, unable to check in. Read the emails and communication from the hotel and follow the directions the best that you can. Perhaps the hotel can streamline/simplify it a little. The Duvets were a bit narrow for two. When we come back to Stockholm, it will be to this hotel!

The hotel in itself is beautiful,welcoming and clean.My bedroom had everything I needed except a safe.Be careful if this is one of your criteria. The location is accessible by tram and bus(2 minutes from the hotel) directly to the heart of the city. I loved my expérience,would recommand.

It was a very nice appart-hotel in a good area with great public transport. We could be in the town centre in 20 minutes by tram and t-bana. What seriously let it down was the bed ! It was very narrow for a double, the duvet was inadequate and the mattress very thin. Probably OK if you're a bit younger but not for a couple in their late 50s.

Fina rum för bra pris. Sköna sängar och rent. Hade gett 5 stjärnor om det inte vore för frukosten som var dålig. Det var i princip bröd och lite pålägg och yoghurt med lite flingor man fick. Och det tar dom 180kr för. Rekommenderar hotellet men skippa frukosten och gå och ät den nån annan stans eller gör själv på rummet. Vi hade ett litet kök på rummet med alla tillbehör.

Rent, fräscht och prisvärt. Praktiskt med pentry på rummet. Rummen är små men har högt i tak så det känns ändå luftigt. Låg väldigt bra då vi skulle på event på 3Arena/Globen/Johanneshov. Pendeltåget låg bara några minuters promenad bort. Det enda negativa jag har att säga är att det var lite rörigt vid frukosten, mycket som tog slut samtidigt och det tog lång tid innan det fylldes på. Skulle också vilja att hotellet skaffade lite fler saltkar till de kokta äggen. Vi kommer återkomma.

Bra boende men tyvärr har det försämrats. Frukosten var ingen höjdare innan men nu är den usel. Färdiga degiga mackor, någon sötsliskig yoghurt med några flingor ( allt inslaget i massor av plast) och en kaka/muffins.(!!!) Man fick dessutom bara ta en av varje.(!!!) Mycket trist så har bokat av de kommande resorna jag hade dit

Stayed in a loft room where they had a bedroom fan which really helped air circulation. As with most Swedish hotels, there is no central air conditioning. This is the biggest negative if you are traveling during a heat wave. However, Sweden’s weather is typically on the chillier side.
