A perfect location in Geneva! Easily walk able to the train stationGare de Geneve), Jet d'Eau, Flower Clock, snd Old Town. Staff are very friendly and the €19 breakfast was quite good. They have a cooler in the lobby with cold drinks, wine, beer, etc, though it is (expectedly) over priced. Very good experience!

It is convenient, good shower good bed. Geneve is a expensive city, so its price may represent what you will get around. I got a voucher for transportation so we didn’t have to pay bus for around the city, considering the high cost of those, that is a great perk.

O hotel fica a uma tranquila caminhada de cerca de 10 minutos da estação de trem (Gare Cornavin). As fotos representam o estado atual do quarto, que é bastante confortável e tem um chuveiro excelente. Os funcionários são solícitos e há um microondas à disposição dos hóspedes, alem de pratos, talheres e até mesmo uma máquina de café na área da recepção. Também é próximo aos pontos do tram (bonde) e ônibus e de supermercados. Café da manhã de boa qualidade e só não leva a nota máxima porque não há opção quente de comida no café da manhã (nem mesmo ovos mexidos). Em todo caso, recomendo o hotel pelo bom custo-benefício e voltaria com certeza.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly, towels had stains, food crumbs on the chair, hair in the bathroom, stains on the curtains. I don’t think our room was cleaned actually. Beds were ok but the rest terrible cleaning standards. Also don’t give connecting room out there is no privacy and you can hear everything. Breakfast ok but the service poor. Would not come back. Very basic IBIS standards

Most of our experience was exactly as you would expect from an Ibis. Fair price, clean and comfortable. However the shower in room 609 was appalling - multiple tiles broken and coming away from the wall; shower head wouldn’t stay upright; shower basin leaked and plug blocked.

Super convenient, walking distance from the Train Station, helpful staff on arrival and really helpful staff on departure the next day. A one night stay for me. All good, clean room, completely did the job. Only complaint is a common one, I'm not a fan of individual air conditioners that are shut-off. Not all people sleep at this hotel pre-determined room temps so it can get hot and uncomfortable. I'm lucky that there was a window to open and it was cool at night. I might question coming back in hot weather.

Estada decepcionante. Quarto com carpete (diferente das imagens do site) o que é péssimo para pessoas alérgicas (nosso caso). Tivemos problema assim que chegamos. Nosso quarto foi aberto por outro hóspede. 10 min que entramos em nosso quarto (3 mulheres), fomos surpreendidas por um grupo de 4/5 rapazes com a chave que abria nosso quarto. Foi assustador, pedi na recepção para trocarmos de quarto e andar mas nos foi negado sob alegação de estar lotado o hotel. Hotel localizado a 10 min da estação de trem de Genebra, mas o caminho não é agradável. Pontos positivos: café da manhã básico e chuveiro bom.
