Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend , auf jeden Wunsch wird eingegangen . Das Essen ist absolut fantastisch . Der Spabereich ist sehr zu empfehlen , die Massage traumhaft . Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Very nicely located, slightly elevated above Jochberg which provided great views in all directions. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and very helpful in directing us to exquisite dining in the area, including their excellent restaurant. The pool and spa was enjoyed as well. We will be returning to this fine establishment!

Beautiful location in the Kitzbühel Alps in Austria. The hotel has everything you need for your vacation og one night stayover. The rooms offer a lot of comfort and space. The staff is very helpful and kind. In the pool and spa area you can relax and use the best facilities. Especially swimming in the pool with the mountain backdrop is something special. Absolutely best recommendation for everything about Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol.

Das ganze Hotel macht einen super Eindruck. Sehr schöne Lage und unser Zimmer mit Bergblick hinten raus zum Pool war sehr ruhig. Ein tolles Frühstück und Spa, uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen.

The cleanliness, privacy, spa, outdoor swimming pool which has the perfect temperature allowing us to swim for as long as we wanted and also the ski academy with slopes a few steps away! It was also a convenient 13 minute ride to city centre and also had a local shop nearby. The ski room and indoor shop were good as well. Food was of high quality, especially room service which often isn’t in some hotels.

Hotelparkplatz (im Freien) kostet extra 10€/Nacht, Garage 15€/Nacht. Bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse (300€/Nacht) sollte zumindest ein Parkplatz im Freien inklusive sein. Halbpension gebucht: Man kann nur beim Hauptgang zwischen zwei Optionen entscheiden. Vorspeise, Suppe, und Nachspeise sind fix vorgegeben - Minuspunkt. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde eine vegane (leider keine vegetarische) Option angeboten. Hier gab es nur eine Speise - take it or leave it. Nach 10 Min kam der Kellner, und meinte, dass die vegane Option für heute aus ist. Es wurde ein Pilzrisotto (bitte ohne Pilze) angeboten. Zum Tisch kam ein Risotto mit Pilzen...... Spa: Das Spa/der Pool ist nach dem Checkout tagsüber nicht mehr zur Benutzung erlaubt. Pro Person von 12:00 - 18:00 kostet das Spa 45€. Äußerst unüblich für ein Hotel dieser Klasse.... Pool: Maximal auf 30 Grad geheizt, leider viel kälter als andere Hotels. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber so gut wie keiner spricht Deutsch! Man MUSS Englisch sprechen... Ingesamt kein Kempinski-Eindruck.... Positiv: Das Hotel wirkt sehr cozy, und ist äußerst sauber. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, und gut ausgestattet. Bed not as comfortable. I asked to bring a fan since room was so hot so I could sleep and they brought e a heater that heated the room prior to me returning to hotel. Outside jacuzzi area was like a warm bathtub an not a hot jacuzzi

The hotel is really nice but over priced compared to what you can get elsewhere like central Kitzbühel. The food excellent but the bar/restaurant etc does not have a fun atmosphere, it is all quite formal. The service is very good but things like not refilling the mini bar/tea and coffee station in room not great for being five star. The ski out - is a drag lift then a red run to get to a gondola so not child or beginner friendly at all and there is no shuttle bus service like all of the other five star hotels from the main lifts. A taxi to the closest lift is 30euros one way. There is a ski rental in the hotel but the quality of the equipment is poor compared to inter sport in the main town where you get modern and good condition equipment. The pool has quite a few tiles missing from it especially the outdoor hot tub which again you don’t expect for five star and paying a top whack price. It’s a good hotel, but sadly not worth the money.

Roomservice gav vores 4 årige søn madforgiftning, så han kastede op tre gange og vi sov først kl 3 om natten. Medarbejderne havde en masse forklaringer, men der manglede anerkendelse fra mellemlederne af dette. Vi havde forventet at den ene nat ud af tre nætter var gratis og ligeledes at vi ikke skulle betale for middagen der gav madforgiftning. Hotellets mellemledere synes at det var fint blot at fjerne en enkelt middagsret fra regningen efter denne oplevelse. Skuffende. Derudover var der flere ting der ikke virkede i spa-området og hotellet trængte generelt til at blive renoveret. Vi kan dog godt lide Kempinski hotellerne, og er taget videre til Kempinski i Portoroz. Havde lederne håndteret uheldet anderledes, havde oplevelsen og anmeldelsen været bedre, som de også fik besked på.

We had to change the room due to very bad smell from the shower, no apologies received at all. We waited half hour to have a reply on the inconvenience and had to insist to change room. Restaurant with half board not suggested at all. It was served fish and Asian food, whereas in internet and in the hotel advertising it is described as Tyrolese food, I even called beforehand to understand which food was served and told me typical food. A bottle of water was charged almost 8 euros.

Beautiful location in the Kitzbühel Alps in Austria. The hotel has everything you need for your vacation og one night stayover. The rooms offer a lot of comfort and space. The staff is very helpful and kind. In the pool and spa area you can relax and use the best facilities. Especially swimming in the pool with the mountain backdrop is something special. Absolutely best recommendation for everything about Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol.

Das ganze Hotel macht einen super Eindruck. Sehr schöne Lage und unser Zimmer mit Bergblick hinten raus zum Pool war sehr ruhig. Ein tolles Frühstück und Spa, uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen.

Unser Aufenthalt im Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol war einfach super! Tolle Zimmer, mega Ausblick auf die Berge und ein richtig herzliches Team, das uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat. Frühstück und Essen waren top, der Spa-Bereich auch. Perfekte Lage.

Really disappointing stay. Were were guaranteed early check in and late check out by Hotels.com however the hotel refused to offer that even though they were empty and denied that it was a benefit. Additionally, they said they had ‘no idea’ what the resort credit was. The hotel was really overpriced for what it was and the staff were really unhelpful.

The check in process was a little overwhelming. We want to carry just one small bag and come back out a bit later for our luggage. We wanted to rest for a while and we wanted to rearrange our two cases so we only needed to bring one up. A guy appeared at my window before I’d switched the engine off and asked if he could help. I said no but he was already opening the back of the car and dragging out both cases. The receptionists were very friendly but the process was far too long winded, then they insisted we take a tour of the bloody hotel. However once we made it too our room we have a lovely stay.

Roomservice gav vores 4 årige søn madforgiftning, så han kastede op tre gange og vi sov først kl 3 om natten. Medarbejderne havde en masse forklaringer, men der manglede anerkendelse fra mellemlederne af dette. Vi havde forventet at den ene nat ud af tre nætter var gratis og ligeledes at vi ikke skulle betale for middagen der gav madforgiftning. Hotellets mellemledere synes at det var fint blot at fjerne en enkelt middagsret fra regningen efter denne oplevelse. Skuffende. Derudover var der flere ting der ikke virkede i spa-området og hotellet trængte generelt til at blive renoveret. Vi kan dog godt lide Kempinski hotellerne, og er taget videre til Kempinski i Portoroz. Havde lederne håndteret uheldet anderledes, havde oplevelsen og anmeldelsen været bedre, som de også fik besked på.

Very nicely located, slightly elevated above Jochberg which provided great views in all directions. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and very helpful in directing us to exquisite dining in the area, including their excellent restaurant. The pool and spa was enjoyed as well. We will be returning to this fine establishment!

Hotelparkplatz (im Freien) kostet extra 10€/Nacht, Garage 15€/Nacht. Bei einem Hotel in dieser Preisklasse (300€/Nacht) sollte zumindest ein Parkplatz im Freien inklusive sein. Halbpension gebucht: Man kann nur beim Hauptgang zwischen zwei Optionen entscheiden. Vorspeise, Suppe, und Nachspeise sind fix vorgegeben - Minuspunkt. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde eine vegane (leider keine vegetarische) Option angeboten. Hier gab es nur eine Speise - take it or leave it. Nach 10 Min kam der Kellner, und meinte, dass die vegane Option für heute aus ist. Es wurde ein Pilzrisotto (bitte ohne Pilze) angeboten. Zum Tisch kam ein Risotto mit Pilzen...... Spa: Das Spa/der Pool ist nach dem Checkout tagsüber nicht mehr zur Benutzung erlaubt. Pro Person von 12:00 - 18:00 kostet das Spa 45€. Äußerst unüblich für ein Hotel dieser Klasse.... Pool: Maximal auf 30 Grad geheizt, leider viel kälter als andere Hotels. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber so gut wie keiner spricht Deutsch! Man MUSS Englisch sprechen... Ingesamt kein Kempinski-Eindruck.... Positiv: Das Hotel wirkt sehr cozy, und ist äußerst sauber. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, und gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war sauber und nett. Das Personal war freundlich, aber einfach zu langsam. Wir waren 6 Personen auf der Terrasse und warteten über 15 Minuten bis eine Bedinung uns fragte, obwohl diese schon mehrere male an uns vorbei ging. Wie auch beim Morgen Kaffee. Die Wartezeiten zerrten an den Nerven. Im Saunabereich waren die Kinder (ca. 5 - 7 J.) der Gäste unterwegs, diese öffneten die Saunatüren und gingen wieder bei geöffneter Tür. Einfach untragbar. Dies sollte ein Adult only Bereich sein und auch so den Gästen kommuniziert und nicht vom Personal belächelt werden.

The hotel is really nice but over priced compared to what you can get elsewhere like central Kitzbühel. The food excellent but the bar/restaurant etc does not have a fun atmosphere, it is all quite formal. The service is very good but things like not refilling the mini bar/tea and coffee station in room not great for being five star. The ski out - is a drag lift then a red run to get to a gondola so not child or beginner friendly at all and there is no shuttle bus service like all of the other five star hotels from the main lifts. A taxi to the closest lift is 30euros one way. There is a ski rental in the hotel but the quality of the equipment is poor compared to inter sport in the main town where you get modern and good condition equipment. The pool has quite a few tiles missing from it especially the outdoor hot tub which again you don’t expect for five star and paying a top whack price. It’s a good hotel, but sadly not worth the money.

The cleanliness, privacy, spa, outdoor swimming pool which has the perfect temperature allowing us to swim for as long as we wanted and also the ski academy with slopes a few steps away! It was also a convenient 13 minute ride to city centre and also had a local shop nearby. The ski room and indoor shop were good as well. Food was of high quality, especially room service which often isn’t in some hotels.

Nach der Buchung Anruf im Hotel, um noch ein paar Dinge zu klären- wir haben 3 kleine, ein großes Kind und einen Hund, ein Kind hatte dann auch noch Geburtstag - laut Rezeption kein Problem. Bei Ankunft war fast nichts vorbereitet. Keine Hundeutensilien, keine Besteck oder Ähnliches in der Küchenzeile, das Personal sprach selten deutsch und verstand auch Englisch nicht immer. Nach der Buchung Anruf im Hotel, um noch ein paar Dinge zu klären- wir haben 3 kleine, ein großes Kind und einen Hund, ein Kind hatte dann auch noch Geburtstag - laut Rezeption kein Problem. Bei Ankunft war fast nichts vorbereitet. Keine Hundeutensilien, keine Besteck oder Ähnliches in der Küchenzeile, das Personal sprach selten deutsch und verstand auch Englisch nicht immer. The cleanliness, privacy, spa, outdoor swimming pool which has the perfect temperature allowing us to swim for as long as we wanted and also the ski academy with slopes a few steps away! It was also a convenient 13 minute ride to city centre and also had a local shop nearby. The ski room and indoor shop were good as well. Food was of high quality, especially room service which often isn’t in some hotels.

We had to change the room due to very bad smell from the shower, no apologies received at all. We waited half hour to have a reply on the inconvenience and had to insist to change room. Restaurant with half board not suggested at all. It was served fish and Asian food, whereas in internet and in the hotel advertising it is described as Tyrolese food, I even called beforehand to understand which food was served and told me typical food. A bottle of water was charged almost 8 euros.

Das Zimmer war sauber und nett. Das Personal war freundlich, aber einfach zu langsam. Wir waren 6 Personen auf der Terrasse und warteten über 15 Minuten bis eine Bedinung uns fragte, obwohl diese schon mehrere male an uns vorbei ging. Wie auch beim Morgen Kaffee. Die Wartezeiten zerrten an den Nerven. Im Saunabereich waren die Kinder (ca. 5 - 7 J.) der Gäste unterwegs, diese öffneten die Saunatüren und gingen wieder bei geöffneter Tür. Einfach untragbar. Dies sollte ein Adult only Bereich sein und auch so den Gästen kommuniziert und nicht vom Personal belächelt werden.
