Stayed 2 nights

Let me start by saying we have stayed at this location within the last year and a half when it was the Country Inn & Suites and we didn’t have any issues, it is an older hotel but was better than this visit. Upon our arrival this time, the front desk clerk Jay (clerk not the property owner) was wonderful when we checked in. He was probably the best part of our stay. Everything else was not great. The entire 3rd floor of the property was being gutted and the remainder of the hotel was disgusting. The floors were covered in caked up stains and dirt, the place had not been dusted(tables in lobby were covered), walls were dirty, and vents in the lobby were leaking what looked to be like water. Our room wasn’t horrible but we ended up sleeping on top of the covers never unmaking the bed. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days according to the sign in the lobby. The breakfast consisted of stale cereal, bread, and bagels. The eggs and sausage looked like they were sitting in liquid. Anytime I went to the front desk after initial check in there was no one to be found. Dave yourself the disappointment.

Stayed 1 night

This property was atrocious. I have stayed in quite a few hotels and I can honestly say this was at the bottom. The front desk staffer was polite, but this was the only positive of our interaction with this “hotel.” The hotel lot was empty which should have been our first clue to run. The bed skirts and mattresses were filthy, the a/c was on full blast and was not able to be adjusted, so we were freezing cold the entire night, there were holes in the comforters, that looked like it had been mauled by a dog, the tub looked dirty, the shower head was gross and barely worked. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it was a complete waste of money and I am thoroughly disappointed. I will never visit this hotel or use Expedia to book ever again.
