This a beautiful hotel. Comfortable bed. Cleaning, for example in the lobby was always constant. The staff are amazing, helpful and always smiling. The breakfast staff were so accommodating, very personable. It appears that customer service is a top priority here. Because the hotel is very close for business, I have already booked an upcoming stay.

La construcción es reciente, pero el diseño....aquí el tema puede mejorar la experiencia: 1-la entrada ppal necesita una hacernos sentir recibidos, hay temas de escala y de jardinería que pueden ayudar mucho. 2-la habitación (single studio) tiene buen tamaño, pero el wc: el agua sale mucho de la regadera porque hicieron el acceso a ésta muy grande y no tiene puerta. El vapor se se concentra en el baño pues el extractor no da suficiente succión. 3-la cocina: la ubicación de la tarja y del microondas no es funcional, pero es un plus la dishwasher y la vajilla. 4-el desayuno y el área de amenidades esta bien, buen servicio.
