Pool was completely unusable. Algae was prominent on the water. Lawns had not been cared for in a long tme. Grass was long and not suitable for pets or children. Only positive was condition of the room. Very clean and spacious.

Mold in shower,took 3 room changes to get one with working ac, pool was.size of a hot tub

Breakfast was bad. Turkey sausage was gross. Treadmill belt was torn. Milk was frozen.

The property was dirty which made it seem dated. The gym only had one piece of equipment that worked and half the weights were missing. The location was good. The quality was disappointing.

Pool was very nasty and unusable.

I was impressed that our room was clean and comfortable. Also, that there was a very nice kitchen, and grilling station outdoors. Next time I'll bring our own food to cook, as we had an expensive,and not very good carry-out pizza for dinner. Will definetly stay tthere again .

Everything was wonderful however BEWARE ****ThIs Property has NO Security Cameras NONE *** we parked directly in front of the front doors and we woke up the next morning to our window that was smashed in and someone tried to steal our car!!

Room was not available when we arrived after 5pm due to short staffed housekeeping. Tub still had hair in it. TV in living room suite did not work. We were given the toll free number to handle ourselves. Grounds had not had proper lawn care in sometime. Grass was high. Stayed here multiple times. This property in not being managed well. Wish I would have taken photos.

The room was ok. The bathroom wasn't clean and I had to go buy bathroom cleaner. Decided to leave earlier than expected but beside that everything else was ok

First the positives- the staff was ok, not rude though not overly friendly. The facility seemed to be a bit in need of a refresh but overall not bad. The room and hallways did not smell bad as some hotels seem to do. Negatives - We rented the two bedroom suite and immediately upon entering our room we noticed large white stains of what appeared to be sp****e on the chair, ottoman, couch, and carpet. The stain on the chair and ottoman were wet still where it appeared that some attempt to clean it had taken place but the effort was a low effort one at best. In addition, there were soiled places around the room in several areas. We took pictures of the disgusting stains but it looks like they can’t be posted to Expedia. Would definitely not stay there again.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel appears to be doing renovations. Had some bugs in the kitchen area each morning that was a little off putting. Room was clean for the most part except the few bugs.

This property is cockroach infested. They were in the café, crawling on the walls in the room in the bathroom everywhere.

We checked in in and the lady at 1st was very short with me about my check in questions and concerns. I brused it off. We got our room. Got settled, and when I went to secure the door, I saw a new latch above where there was a previous latch, but that had been removed and hastly repainted. I went to take a shower and there was black mold all over the corner of the floor and trim molding. The bathroom door also looked like there was a dog in there previously that tried to scratch at the door and there were also burn holes in the floor by the bed. I took pictures of everything and went to talk to the front desk and the person immediately moved us to a different room. Then later as my family and I were trying to sleep, it was so hot in the room that I went to try and turn the a/c unit from heat and it would not change until I repeatedly attempted to changed it. Even then, I still had to open a window to cool the room off. The next morning we went yo breakfast and the eggs were overdone to the point it was like a hard omelet and pork sausage had several pieces thar were crunchy and overcooked and sadly, they did not have biscuits and gravy this time. Overall, our 1st time there was such a great experience, and that is why we stayed at the same location a second time during out travels. After this second night of experiences, I question if we will try a 3rd night in the upcoming months.

This place is a dump. I’m a hotel photographer, so I stay at a LOT of hotels. The drain in the tub was very slow- by the end of a 5 min shower I was standing in 6 inches of water. There was a terrible mildew odor from the ac. The decor looked like hadn’t been updated since the mid 90s. SHAPE UP!!!

Checking the front desk associate was wonderful. The room however not so much. It had a terrible musk smell, my pillow case looked to have mildew on it, the bathroom door would not shut without hitting the toilet, and the wall were nasty in the bathroom.

There was trash right at edge of bed apparently didn’t do good job cleaning. Couple bugs crawling on wall behind toilet. Makes you wonder what all they didn’t clean. You could clearly see the trash. Not like was far under the bed

The hotel stay was great overall — having a microwave and a four-person dining table made everything so convenient.

Overall it was a good stay. The only small complaints was the room wouldn’t cool off as much as we would have liked. We all slept with a sheet only. However, it wasn’t unbearable. Second was the refrigerator door. The layout doesn’t allow for the door to open wide enough to pull the shelves out and rearrange the height of them to accommodate for taller things. Example: the 32oz tumbler with drink in it. But over all the room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Very friendly, comfortable bed, nice size shower, and surprisingly good breakfast. The front desk ladies were super friendly.

Felt very welcomed during checkin. Nice 2 bedroom suite. Beds were very uncomfortable and wish there were updated security locks on suite door.

Besides being affordable, this place way great. It was clean, spacious and great for my family. My daughter who is 8 says it is fun and she loved the breakfast

The room was clean and very nice but my bed was hard. Matter of fact both beds were hard and I spent a lot of time tossing and turning. I wanted to catch breakfast but it didn’t start til 6 I think. I left the hotel at 5 am and there was a lady there preparing the breakfast and the coffee was already made but it was coffee was cold, that really made the rest of my day trashy.

Comfortable bed. The room was spacious, but the room that I had in particular could use a little more help in cleanliness on the bathroom wall.

Stephanie is the worst front desk worker they have. Very inconsiderate and no customer service skills.

Manager was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here a few times and there is a reason why. Location,Staff, and Price. Will definitely stay here again.

Let's begin witht the check in. I arrive for a 3 night stay and the receptionist and her manager checked me in. They entered my name using my first name as my last name, middle name as my first name and left my last name altogether. They also entered this when they set me up with Bonvoy, as well, which made the rest of my stay difficult. Fine. The next day I get a call from the hotel while at dinner with my family asking me why i hadn't checked out. Apparently they ammeded my 3 nights to 1. And they're totally booked! I had to leave my family and go to a Red Roof Inn!!!

Our check in was terrible. The front desk woman had a disrespectful attitude and the room I reserved was not available. I cannot wait to speak with the manager and I will be requesting a partial refund.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast. We were very frustrated though upon arrival. Check-in was at 3pm and we arrived at 4:00pm. The lady at the front was having trouble with their system which was no big deal. But then got on the phone and called someone and asked if they even had any more doubles available. Which they should because that is what we booked. Then she proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have any rooms available yet and that it would be about 20 mins. This was frustrating because we had somewhere to be and we were already arriving one hour last check in time. It took longer than 20 mins to get the room ready and during this time, at least 4 housekeepers dropped off their badges and signed out. Wasn’t sure why so many were leaving if rooms were not finished being cleaned or were not even ready for guests checking in past checkin time. I understand things happen but it was extremely frustrating as we had somewhere we needed to be and I had a cake that I didn’t want to keep in my car with me.

Booked a suite and was surprised with a two-bedroom suite, which was great! Rooms were spacious, quiet. Front desk staff not very nice, not welcoming at all.

Easy access and felt safe

The hotel is near a lot of restaurants and right next to a Walmart.You could literally walk to the store, it’s so close lol! Staff was okay not too bad and the breakfast was nice for the price you pay for. Parking wasn’t bad at all and it’s in a pretty good area. The only thing weird though was if you are local you have to pay a $150 in-state fee. But other than that a 4/5 stars for sure!!!

I needed to be close to the hospital. It was great.

Breakfast was subpar. *Turkey sausage was gross!! Bring back real pork sausage. *”Egg” wraps were not good. * Chocolate milk was slush. *Bar lacked standard bagels. *Treadmills were outdated and one had a torn belt. *Employees were courteous. *Rooms were properly clean.

First, I want to rave about the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and kind. They make you feel at home from check-in to check-out. The hotel, including the rooms, is clean and spacious. The refrigerator and mini kitchen were perfect for our one-week stay because we made dinner there since my husband was recuperating from surgery. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The choices vary a few times a week, which I liked. The food was good, better than most hotel breakfasts. I strongly recommend the hotel.

Breakfast was terrible ran out of cups and syrup. Breakfast sausage taste like a burger off the grill and eggs were over cooked. Cook at hotel rude and she had no concerns on what guests needed. Hotel is becoming so run down I remember when it was first built.

The hotel was very clean and staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. Normally we would travel and never get breakfast because my husband has a pork allergy but the hotel had Turkey as an option.. we travel a lot and that’s never happened.
