Very cold, no air conditionning working, neither asking at reception for a heater none were available... a disaster...

Good hotel, room was better than expected. Room was clean, beds were good, coffeemaker was well equipped. Parking is free and Tesla Chargers are available. Only the late check-in is difficult as doors will be closed and you need to call a phone number.

The food in the restaurant was very good. The staff where very friendly and the service was excellent. Being on the outside of Venray easy access to the main highway.
