Todo estuvo muy bien. Se podía descansar después de los paseos a la ciudad. Las habitaciones limpias, agua caliente, desayuno buffet muy bueno para empezar el día. Seguridad en el estacionamiento. Ahí mismo te orientan sobre excursiones a las minas, Teleferico y cerro de la bufa. Pasamos unas muy buenas vacaciones. Súper recomendable. El desayuno incluido es un PLUS para no perder el tiempo.

It is a place that covers all of the basics. It is perhaps the most generic hotel that I have ever stayed in. Everything is as "beige" and nondescript as possible. It is not bad. Todo estuvo bien, sin embargo, tuvimos mala suerte de que a las 4:00 a.m. llegaran las huéspedes de arriba haciendo muchísimo ruido. Parecía que estaban mudándose, jalando maletas, cayéndose y haciendo escándalos, por lo que decimos llamar a recepción pero hicieron caso omiso y pasamos una muy mala noche, era imposible poder dormir. Al ser un hotel familiar, me parece que estos actos no deberían ser permitidos o en su caso buscar una solución para no perturbar al resto de los huéspedes. Es incongruente que cobren 450 pesos por hospedar a un perrito que hace 0 ruido y dejen pasar por alto a gente que no respeta las reglas básicas de un hotel. En fin, creo que por esa razón no volveríamos a este hotel.

The reason why I booked this particular location is because they said they spoken English, but that was not accurate. They don’t speak English. There was one girl that works one of the three days that I was there that spoke some English, but then she just made excuses for everything and didn’t actually help me rent a car or do anything else so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re going to the convention center, and you speak Spanish.

I was very disappointed with the desk clerk upon my arrival. We arrived early so I understood that we had to wait until check in time. He made us wait for 4 hours. The other problem I had was that our room key stopped working after the first day. I needed to use the bathroom immediately and couldn’t get into my room. I don’t want to go into what happened. I asked to talk to the manager and was told he would be in later. He never made any attempt to contact me later. I will never stay at this place again. I will also stop using Expedia in the future.
