With well equipped suites and a pet-friendly policy, Homewood Suites makes a perfect home away from home base. While I didn’t have my dog with me, lots of other guests did, and it was fun seeing those doggie smiles. Everything was clean, quiet, and efficient. My room smelled funky despite being very clean, and the internet was poor. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and the fitness center was nice.

checking in checking out was super fast. The pool was nice when we arrived in the afternoon to swim there was no towel, but the staff immediately went and got some breakfast was fine. There was eggs and sausage and potatoes, some muffins, and fruits and yogurts

Hotel was very nice to stay in we were disappointed with the pool and jacuzzi though, the water was green and it had black algae at the bottom. It also had a light sticking out inside the pool which can be dangerous as well. Besides the pool and jacuzzi we enjoyed our stay

The computers did not work. Northwest elevator broke down for the last 4 days of our visit. My cellphone could not connect to their Wifi but work at other locations. Room was fine but breakfast was very average. They did have a Happy Hour on Wednesday with free beer, wine, soup and snacks. Location was easy to get to plus free parking

The hotel refused to give me a receipt for my stay, even though I paid at the property, and I called a couple of days ahaed to ask if the pool and hot tub were functioning, they stated that they were, and it turned out the hot tub was not working.

Staff was very friendly. Social hour with drinks and appetizers was unexpected and nice. Room was large and clean. Bed was a little hard for me but my husband was fine. Great location. Overall very nice and we would certainly stay again.

Other than a mild mildew smell upon walking in the room, (which I think came from the dishwasher) it was absolutely wonderful. Spacious, clean, quiet, and a well equipped kitchen with a full size fridge and dishwasher. The pool and gym were well maintained, which I both frequented during my stay. The hotel staff was wonderful and welcoming, and when i atrived (on a Wednesday afternoon) I was told they were hosting a free, light dinner with a glass of beer or wine for their guests in the lobby, should they chose to attend. Also, I was given 2 free bottles of water upon arrival. Very impressed. Wonderful place!

The property is freeway close and in general very clean. A lot of families apparently stay there because of the kitchenette and the free breakfast. Very small pool, but was OK to cool off, but not so much for sunbathing. I would definitely stay there again for the value.

We had to move our room because we found stains on the bedspread and on blanket. Also found pubic hair in shower, not to mention the furniture was all stained. Looked nothing like the pictures you showed on website! Extremely disappointed

Great staff at front desk. Friendly and efficient check in. Responsive to request on toilet that was running upon first arriving. Breakfast was better than the usual horel fare. All very clean. Great bed. A/C heater fan and refrigerator was way too loud. Need a place to hang bath towels so they can be re used. Room clean up was sparse, just pulling up the bed covers and not much else apparent.

Good service, rooms are clean but just looks like a run down apartment. Great price for a studio type apartment but just not for me. Carpet is really worn so I felt uncomfortable walking with anything other than sandals or shoes. But again price was really good for this size unit and it was clean.

Outdated and felt unclean, sticky furniture, smelly pillows, mattress cover was provided instead of a blanket/comforter. Overall, I was not at all happy with the room condition. The suite was large but very ill furnished, carpet looked unclean and bedding was smelly.

The property was not maintained very well . Bathrooms were dirty, the pool had grime all over it, I stayed two nights didn’t not receive any housekeeping. Kept having to put the trash outside the door. I will not be staying here again.This place is way too expensive for the service & hotel.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They WiFi was in and out most of our stay which made working extremely difficult. Most of the channels on the tv did not come in, we had 3 to choose from. Otherwise a great location. We’re already planning to possibly stay again in the fall.

This property “passes” but truly needs improvement. There were two primary concerns during our week long stay. First, the hotel manager ought to try a night on the rock hard king mattress accompanied by the lifeless pillows. Second, if the guest attempts use any video WiFi based conferencing from their suite; 4mb bandwidth won’t support it or any web based uses. The morning breakfast was routinely challenged to keep up with the overflow of guests, however the culinary selections were good when you got there in time. The coffee was very good!

Decent arrival sequence with utterly confused desk staff. Arrived in the room and wife and I tried to take a shower. It was cold! The staff said just let the water run and it will get hot. Well after an hour we both had to take cold showers. Felt gross the rest of the trip. Lighting is abrasive. carpet felt dinghy. The AC unit is so loud and rattled so much that it made rest impossible throughout the night. Unacceptable.

It’s an old property that charges like other top hotels. The room wasn’t clean and we didn’t even get cleaning services during our two-day stay. Even more, there is no insulation from the freeway so the traffic noise is really annoying. Not worth the price.

The rooms are spacious but desperately need an update. The kitchenette cabinets all stick when you open them. The furniture is really out dated with a velvet couch. Location is convenient next to the freeway and a beautiful park across the street. Breakfast is included but nothing special. The hot food was cold and not a lot of options. The coffee bar was nice! Several creamer options, tea and hot chocolate.

Our room was entered while we were out and money was stollen from a purse that was left there. Whoever took the cash left some presumably so we might not notice that it had occured. That suggests an inside job. Nothing else was taken. I had watched my wife place the cash into her wallet and then place it in her purse. We did not need cash with us since we were going to an arena that is cashless. We brought it up to management, including the general manager, and there was no real resolve given other than they had checked the door entries and claimed none had happened. There was no empathy whatsoever. It seemed that they were indifferent. Even the night desk clerk did not seem alarmed that it had happened when we reported it. We will not stay they ever again and caution anyone thinking they will to rethink it, unless you don't mind being ripped off.

The room wasn't ready at 3pm and several parties had to wait for 45 minutes in the lobby for rooms to be cleaned. Staff was very nice about it, but it was hot outside and we wanted to relax in our rooms

Mixed review. The bad: An entire lobby full of people who couldn't check-in because the rooms weren't ready, for 45 minutes. And we were all going to the same event at a nearby arena that started in about 2 hours. The check-in clerk was kind, apologetic and offered us all waters and updated us that she was still trying to sort it out with her general manager and the housekeeping manager. Her manager however, was less than apologetic and seemed unconcerned about the problem. The bed was very firm, pillows flattened out to nothing. The a/c struggled but was ok. The good: The room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast was delicious. The wifi was reliable. Most staff was nice. I would return if staying in the area again, but only if I had more flexibility in my time.

Very close to Acrisure Arena. Its just far enough away from the freeway so you dont get noise from the vehicles going by. Yheres a handful of small dining options close by. Uber to the venue is the hot ticket.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was bountiful and a good variety of options. Parking was great as they have doors around the hotel to make it easy to load/unload near your room assignment. Staff was helpful and pleasant and easy to communicate with. I loved the text support they offered, a first for me to experience from a hotel, but a great touch. My only complaint is that the plug for the bathtub wasn’t working well so all the water drained within 15-20 min. That includes the special bath salts I prepared for my trip. I informed the staff but they weren’t able to fix the tub plug during my stay but hopefully it’ll be fixed for future patrons.

The property was in a great location and had a nice layout. The breakfast buffets were cold every day. The cleaning service was only every 4 days, which was too long in between. The small containers of shampoo, conditioner and lotion have to go - NOT eco friendly - can't they install pump bottles in the shower that can be refilled? They had a music mix consisting of 5 songs, playing all day and night - drove me crazy.

Nice hotel but you should have the rooms cleaned and fresh towels each day. I had to call and ask for mine to be done. Also, the breakfast needs more work. The scrambled eggs were not very good and you need to put out some muffins for people to eat. You need more chaise lounges at the pool and the pool should have been swept out on Wednesday after all the wind!

The King Suite was spacious, clean. I loved that there was a complete kitchen available, full size refrigerator, microwave, even a stovetop with double electric burners, dishwasher. The breakfast was great, not just bagels, muffins, fruit and yogurt. But a hot breakfast! Scrambled Eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, tea, yogurt, juice and I may have missed an item? I had planned to use the gym, but didn't. Plenty of free parking, within walking distances to other arteries if you chose to. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

stayed in a one bedroom suite, breakfast was included. we arrived ninety minutes early and were given a room right away. Room was comfortable, although the couch was a little worn out, and the ottoman was stained. When trying to take a hot shower you had to wait fifteen minutes for the water to heat up, very strange. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage every day, some bacon or ham would have been nice, plus the food wasn't hot, more like Luke warm.
