Best Western Plus Jeonju

Ils annoncent une piscine mais en réalité c’est un mini bassin pour enfants qui ouvre quelques heures par jour. En plus c’est payant 🙄 C’est totalement trompeur et frustrant car nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour ça : par la chaleur actuelle (août) on n’a qu’une envie c’est de se rafraîchir dans une piscine à la fin de la journée... Idem avec la photo du bar annoncée sur le site… Il n’y a pas de bar du tout. Juste quelques bouteilles de vin sur une étagère. Donc on se sent trompés. Dommage car pour le reste l’hôtel est très bien et le staff est aimable.

위치가 한옥마을 걸어가기에는 살짝 먼감은 있음. 저희는 걷는거 좋아해서 크게 상관없었으며, 아침 엘베가 조식 먹으러 가는 사람들과 체크아웃 하는 인원이 너무 많아서 엘베 20분이상 기다림….올라가는거 타고 올라갔다 내려와야 할것 같음..사실 그러기 싫어서 그냥 기다림. 호텔 앞에는 식당이 두세군데 있음 편의점 있음

어메너티는 없으니 들고 가시길.

무난했던 것 같아요. 수영장이 있다고 했는데, 유아용 수영장이어서 온라인상 안내를 좀 더 정확히 잘 해야겠어요.

Hotel has more than 10 floors, but they have only two elevator, sometimes you gotta wait for it more than 5 mins. Absolutely waste of time, you better take stares

The connecting rooms were perfect for our family of five. Very spacious and clean. We were disappointed the pool wasn’t available as that was one of the main reasons we picked it.

객실이 비교적 깨끗하고, 주차장 내부가 약간 복잡하긴 하지만 자리가 많아 좋았음

주차는 지하에 하는데, 주말이라 만차가 너무 빨리 돼서 그건 좀 아쉬웠어요 ㅎㅎ 일회용품은 지급 안돼서 개인 용품 가져와야 하고 앞에 편의점은 많아서 좋았어요 그리고 조용했습니다.

호텔에서 아침 식사는 하지 않았으며 주차도 괜찮았지만 룸에 어메니티가 한가지도 없어서 불편했습니다.

너무 별로예요. 칫솔, 치약제공 없고, 수건 추가시 1000원 등 생수, 수건 요구시 무조건 추갑ㅣ용 발생하더라구요. 위생은 완전 꽝 입니다. 1. 샤워기 헤드에 새까만 곰팡이가 끼어있어 혹시나 싶어 제칫솔을 이용해 닦으니 없어지더라구요. 2. 리필용 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시 뚜껑은 세제 찌꺼기가 쪄들어 누랬고. 3. 먼지는여기저기에 기본으로 있었습니다. 그밖에 샤워기 부스 밬으로 물이 넘쳐 변기 및 세면대 사용이 매우 불편했습니다. 이번 숙소로 전주는 더러운 도시! 다시 찾고 싶지 않은 도시!야박한 전주!가 마음속에 깊이 자리잡았습니다.

룸이 깔끔하고 침대도 매우 편하였으며 비용측면에서 가성비가 높았습니다.

청소를 자주 안해 줍니다 다른 모든것은 매무 만족 넓은 방, 빠른 인터넥

Foreigner friendly hotel. Rooms, lobby, and amenities are clean. Walking distance to shops etc

침대시트가 찢어져 있고, 타올들도 낡고 먼지가 많은지 밤새 재채기하느라고 잠을 잘 못잤어요..

위치도 괜찮고 근처에 맛집도 많았고 다 좋은데 먼지가 진짜 많아가지고 커텐을 열었을 뿐인데 비염있는 친구 아주 기침하고 난리남 코도 근질근질하고여 먼지좀 잘 털어줬으면 해요 ....

청결상태 좋았고, 의외로 매우 조용해서 머무르기 좋았슴

Price was reasonable and room is,very clean.

The property is well located and Hanok Village is a 15 min walk. Movie street is adjacent and the property is great value for money. Enjoyed the mountains view and glorious sunrise.

깨끗하고 방음잘되고 위치 좋아요

There was no airconditoning at all during our stay. We called the front desk and all they kept saying was "there is only heating". The temperature was in the 70s during our stay and the room got hot and smelly. There were 2 TVs in our suite and neither of them worked.

창밖에서 들리는 소음이 전혀 차단이 안되서 너무 힘들었어요 이정도로 소음차단이 안되는 호텔은 처음이네요

두 객실 사이에 문이 있어 열어두면 가족단위로

가족 여행 시내 중심 유명 맛집 한옥 마을 등과 인접해 있다 신축 건물이라 전반적으로 청결하다 직원들이 친절하다 엘리베이터가 두 대 밖에 없어 불편하다 늦은 저녁 복도에서 들려오는 소음이 심하다 침대가 다소 작다 방안이 춥다 샤워부스 물때가 조금 있다

I stayed 2 nights here and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Back in North America, Best Western feels to be of a lower quality/standard, so it was a nice surprise. The location is about 25m by bus away from Jeonju KTX station but only a 15m walk to the hanok village area. There's also a convenience store right across the street that many guests frequented. The staff were very friendly and the room was quite big and spacious. The bathroom and rain shower was also very nice. The bed was big and I slept well. The only negative, if any, is that they're very strict with check-in times in Asia. Don't expect to be able to get the room before 3pm - unless you pay for it. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel if you're staying in Jeonju! Very nice for a reasonable price.

화장실에 제공되는 타월등도 오래된듯 지저분 했으며 방음시설등이 열악해 시끄러운 소은등 주벼7ㄴ 환경또한 지저분함.

Near city hall and walking distance to Hanok village and Nambu market. Front desk staff was not friendly and informative. Unpleasant manner when I ask where the hotel’s overflow parking spots outside of building. Respond with stressed voice and didn’t give correct information at all even I asked again cause I couldn’t find it outside. Disappointed. ☹️

Recepción nefasta. Retención de la factura en tres tarjetas de crédito distintas con el pretexto del no funcionamiento de dos de ellas, además de la invitación a pagar en efectivo. Antes de dar la bienvenida, se nos informó de los precios de la toalla extra, del cepillo de dientes etc etc. NO RECOMENDABLE!!!!!

We arrived on the coldest day of the year (-15 degrees Celsius). We were two hours early, but told to come back later to check in, not because a room wasn't ready, but because it simply wasn't check-in time yet. So we walked around for two hours in the freezing cold until we were allowed to check in. Granted, that's their policy, so fine; but I've never once been turned away like that when arriving at a hotel early, and certainly not on the coldest day of the year. The following morning, we went down to have breakfast in the hotel, only to find the restaurant to be dark and empty. No sign was posted, but apparently there was no breakfast being served that day for reasons unknown and unexplained to us (normally, the hotel staff would have noted something like that during check-in). When we asked the front desk about where we might be able to find breakfast nearby, we were told that nothing was open in the neighborhood. Great! The hotel also had a strange policy of providing only one bath towel every single day, even though there were two people on record staying in our room. So every day we had to call down to request a second bath towel so that we could each have a shower. I would definitely not recommend staying here. There's a Ramada a couple blocks away from the Best Western in Jeonju. I recommend staying there instead.

Amazing hotel, staff were friendly and very very helpful, the manager even gave us a lift to the bus terminal when they couldn’t get a taxi.

체크인 전에 짐 보관 부탁 드리면서 가습기 설치 가능한지 가볍게만 문의 드렸는데, 체크인하고 방에 가니 이미 설치까지 끝내주셔서 감동 받았습니다. 다음에 전주에 간다면 또 숙박하려구요

Chambre agrable, silencieuse, hotel bien situé. Les filles à l'accueil parlent un bonne anglais et ont tenue classe.

It was very clean and nice. Also I could walk mostly everywhere.

너무 좋았어요! 완전 깔끔하고, 호텔 내 없는 시설 없고, 한옥마을이랑도 가깝고 영화의 거리랑은 바로 옆에 붙어있어서 위치도 완벽해요~

韓屋村より少し遠かったけど、ホテルは綺麗でした。目の前にコンビニもあり、便利でした。

扉がかたくて開けるのが大変。 シャワー室が狭い。 朝食ビュッフェが美味しくない。

Breakfast buffet was very good . Also, house keeping service was good too.

조식 훌륭합니다. amenity 관련 최소한 머리빗 정도는 비치했으면 합니다. 휴대전화 충전기 예치금 만원은 좀 너무한 처사 같습니다.

전주 시내 중심가에 있지만 저녁에는 무척이나 거리가 조용한(수도권에 비해) 곳입니다. 깔끔하고 편안한 곳이라 추천합니다. 다만 조식은 가격에 비해 좀 뷰족한 느낌입니다.

호텔매의 레스토랑도 운영하지않고 엘리버이터의 부족으로 엘리베이터를 너무 오래기다림. 보안도 별로 였음

5월27일-29일 2박3일 여정으로 이용 했는데. 한옥마을을 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 좋았고, 주변에 이마트24 편의점이 있어서 좋았습니다. 주차도 이용하기 쉬었습니다. 다만 아침 조식은 가격에 비해 조금 개선이 필요 해 보입니다.
