Location was very convenient. However, the building looks like a commercial bulding hosting multiple hotels. It was very hard to use elevator when needed cause they were always full and breakfast, check in and check out were held on the last floor (21st). Staff was incredibly fantastic. Cady and Vida were extremely kind and helpful.

Hotel was modern, clean, nice size room and comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast was well worth the extra cost even thought there are plenty of food vendors just steps outside of the hotel. It is central and walkable to most tourist hotspots and a travel agency is onsite if needing 1 and multi days tour within and outside of the city limit.

Excellent location with short distances to many attractions. The staffs are very pleasant and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that although it is located in a centralized location with many travelers, there was very little traffic noise inside the hotel room at night. This building houses several hotels. The lobby for this hotel is located on the 21st floor. The breakfast is very good. It also provides late evening porridge. There is also a travel agency located on the first floor.
