Casa Kalmar

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Kal-Mar so much and we definitely will be back for a longer stay. Silvia was very helpful with the instructions and the support personnel was very friendly.

Beautiful setting overlooking the ocean and Zipolite. Easy walking access into town and to the beach. Very comfortable room with many options for storing or placing belongings. Nice pool with a spacious area for sitting or lounging. The staff was always helpful and the property is very well maintained.

Casa Kal Mar exceeded expectations. The decor felt so natural and perfect for the setting and the whole place was well kept and spotless. The views were stunning, the breakfasts delicious, and the staff was kind and interactive. Sylvia assisted with bookings for whale watching, massages and transport and had great restaurant recommendations as well. Highly recommend.

This property has the absolute best view in Zipolite. You step outside your room onto the large terrace with an infinity pool and have 180 degree views of the landscape. It was so magical to take morning coffees there and watch the sunrise and people strolling on the beach below. The brakfast was lovely, room was very clean, honesty bar very well stocked. Sylvia and the whole team at Casa Kalmar were delightful, helpful but not intrusive. The only thing I would say the main cleaning lady could use some manners as she was very eager to clean my room while I had a visitor and I repeatedly told her not to disturb and it wasn't cute! What is good about this property is it is a little bit further away from all the happening in the main part of the town, so it is very quiet, but you can also be directly on the beach in less than five minutes. When (not if) I come back to Zipolite, I would love to stay here again!
