They advertise a hot tub. There is no hot tub. The pool was green. You could tell it hadn’t been clean when you asked about it. You were towed all the chemicals are right in it and it was open. The bathroom had like black mold on the toilet that was two towels

There is a lot to offer here for a budget hotel. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is basic, but offers fruit and waffles in addition to the usual continental breakfast items, and there is a pool. The location is right off 95 but is in a quiet cluster of several hotels.

It says there is a hot tub, but there is no hot tub. This was the reason I picked the hotel. Also, this property comes up when you search Jacksonville, but it’s 40 minutes away from Jacksonville.

This hotel was so nasty that we never even made it to our room. Upon pooling in we noticed the swimming pool was green. Once we got our room key we came upon a male subject sitting outside of a room that stunk of cat urine so bad we could smell it outside. Two women were in the room the subject was sitting outside of screaming and cussing at each other. Once we got to the top of the stair, at least 10-15 bags of trash was piled up. We went straight to the desk and asked for a refund. My suggestion would be burn the place down and start over.

There was no work ice machines, the elevator didn't work, and the staff was not help in in of these circumstances. They basically say deal with. I was told by Renea that " what did want her to do but the machine when asking if they had another method for getting ice. The first room I was given was so nasty I just couldn't stay in it after looking through a few rooms windows I found one that was liveable , and not so dirty. If you need to stay here you will need to bring your own cleaner and spray. It's over priced for the community of the property and and the state of the rooms.

Check in lady was not very helpful. Floor had a sticky film on it that you could hear your shoes stick with every step. Bathroom mirror isnt hung so me being 5'6 had to bend over to see to do anything. Wr just wanted to watch a little tv and relax and go to bed and we had no remote. Got 2 from front desk lady and they didnt work. She shrugged her shoulders and said she didnt know what else to do. Second floor ice machine doesnt work and neither does the elevator. Both been out for quite somw time apparently. Overall i would stay again. Property is well kept. Fix your issues and would be a good place to stay.

when we arrived, we found one of the hand towels looked like it had been used to wipe up the floor and put back on the towel bar. The soap dish is the shower was filthy, the back wall at the joining with the shower floor was a mess, looked dirty, had mold growth etc. When I open the bed to get ion the bottom sheet dah dirt pieces and creases like someone had slept on it and the sheet not replaced. I slept between the top sheet and the bed spread. we found the phone in a drawer and the cord between it and the wall was missing. The clock was also on the floor behind the nightstand. The shower head was partly clogged resulting in a small flow of water, The bath towels smelled. Thids is not a place I would stay in again.

The front lobby was very nice. Our room looked like it was updated recently but several problems with the bathroom. The light kept turning off while taking a shower. The towels and shower curtain need to be replaced. The pillows were terrible, but thankfully we travel with our own. First time at a Red Roof Inn and will follow travellers recommendations. Fairly noisy by the highway, although other hotels we've stayed at near the highway are very quiet.

Drive right on by. Started with the room tv on wall was apparently broken so they just put a smaller tv on the table prior to us arriving. Room was supposed NON SMOKING but that’s all you could smell.. comforter actually has a cigarette burn hole in it. Shower had heavy mold, found out no extra toilet paper at 3 am. Walls had splatter of who knows what on them. Totally gross and not happy.

The mattress was absolutely horrible.. Like sleeping in a hole.. No tissues in room no hand soap Pillows are junk. Last stay ever at Red Roof. I was like how bad could it be for one night. Well you get what you pay for.

it was filled with roaches , our floor was dirty , our friend came over with her daughter to pick us up and was in the room a few minutes and had found change on the floor from previous guests and was going to put it in her mouth , when going through expedia to try and get a refund the staff at the hotel said that we did not complain. we complained with another two people i know of about the room directly next to us being loud , slamming and kicking the door and FIGHTING outside , they said the hotel has no record of our complaint so we cant discuss a refund. it’s ridiculous. disgusting. unsafe.

On nous assigné une chambre qui n avait pas ete faite on a demandé de la faire le personnel l n’était plus disponible. Il a fallu déménager a l autre bout de l hotel, sans aide, pour l autre chambre. Par contre c était très tranquille et propre. Une chambre récemment renovée Prtit dejeuner avec un bon choxchoi de mets. Pour nous 7 sur 10

My fiance walked into the lobby to check us in and there was no one to be found. He stood in there waiting for 25 minutes while we called the hotel repeatedly, trying to get someone’s attention. Meanwhile, there’s gunshots going off pretty regularly in EXTREMELY close proximity to us. Finally, a girl gets out of a car in the parking lot and runs inside to help my fiance. She smelled so strongly of weed when she walked past my car I could smell it with the windows up. When she got inside and started the check in process she informed my fiancé that they didn’t have the room we booked available (standard king) but that we would be ‘upgraded’ to a superior king room. He said that was fine and she gave him our keys. We go to the room and walk in and it’s not clean. It had a no smoking sign on the door but smelled like an ashtray AND had literal ash trays on the nightstand. However, the biggest issue was the fact that the curtain and curtain rod and everything were completely ripped off the wall and thrown on the chair, with the bed in clear view of the window. There were sketchy people all over this parking lot and we weren’t about to sleep in a room where they could creep on us through the window… with that said we immediately headed back to the lobby to request a different room, however, once again, there was no one to be found. We did the same thing and waited and called for another 30 minutes and she never showed back up. We ended up driving 2 hours back home.

One of the nicest Red Roof Inns I have stayed in. Laura on the desk is friendly and helpful. Room was clean, refrigerator worked and had a freezer compartment to refreeze my ice packs. Platform bed was cat proof. In other facilities bottom areas in the platform bed have places where cats and slip in.
One of the nicest Red Roof Inns I have stayed in. Laura on the desk is friendly and helpful. Room was clean, refrigerator worked and had a freezer compartment to refreeze my ice packs. Platform bed was cat proof. In other facilities bottom areas in the platform bed have places where cats and slip in.

Check in lady was not very helpful. Floor had a sticky film on it that you could hear your shoes stick with every step. Bathroom mirror isnt hung so me being 5'6 had to bend over to see to do anything. Wr just wanted to watch a little tv and relax and go to bed and we had no remote. Got 2 from front desk lady and they didnt work. She shrugged her shoulders and said she didnt know what else to do. Second floor ice machine doesnt work and neither does the elevator. Both been out for quite somw time apparently. Overall i would stay again. Property is well kept. Fix your issues and would be a good place to stay.

My fiance walked into the lobby to check us in and there was no one to be found. He stood in there waiting for 25 minutes while we called the hotel repeatedly, trying to get someone’s attention. Meanwhile, there’s gunshots going off pretty regularly in EXTREMELY close proximity to us. Finally, a girl gets out of a car in the parking lot and runs inside to help my fiance. She smelled so strongly of weed when she walked past my car I could smell it with the windows up. When she got inside and started the check in process she informed my fiancé that they didn’t have the room we booked available (standard king) but that we would be ‘upgraded’ to a superior king room. He said that was fine and she gave him our keys. We go to the room and walk in and it’s not clean. It had a no smoking sign on the door but smelled like an ashtray AND had literal ash trays on the nightstand. However, the biggest issue was the fact that the curtain and curtain rod and everything were completely ripped off the wall and thrown on the chair, with the bed in clear view of the window. There were sketchy people all over this parking lot and we weren’t about to sleep in a room where they could creep on us through the window… with that said we immediately headed back to the lobby to request a different room, however, once again, there was no one to be found. We did the same thing and waited and called for another 30 minutes and she never showed back up. We ended up driving 2 hours back home.

Didn’t have washcloths at all had to ask for them! Out bathtub had built up dust where the shower curtain was like it was never moved to be cleaned. Towels were not white they were dingy looking. NO HOT TUB!! Coffee for breakfast was cold the 2 days we were there! Would I stay again absolutely NOT!

On nous assigné une chambre qui n avait pas ete faite on a demandé de la faire le personnel l n’était plus disponible. Il a fallu déménager a l autre bout de l hotel, sans aide, pour l autre chambre. Our “non-smoking” room was definitely a smoker room prior to us staying there. The smell was so strong. They had 2 dehumidifiers running in the room the entire night. The mattress or bed spring was broken on one side of the bed. The place was awful. Breakfast was a waffle maker, a few cold cereals and pastries. Not a coffee drinker so not sure about that. The juice was bad.

The room was clean, the outside was very dirty. Other facilities dirty. Breakfast by 8:30 was depleted and not resupplied. TV did not work, lights not working and flashing if turned on. Basically has been turned into a migrant work camp. I will not go to another Red Roof, can’t trust conditions.

Trish the night manager was very helpful and professional recommending a good place to eat that offers a discount to patrons of Red Roof Inn . I opted for something quick as it was late room was great breakfast was good, good coffee. Would stay again if in the area.

The towels need bleach!! Sheets were clean. Comforter needs bleach! The staff gave me new towels, that looked the same. They were NOT dirty. Clean room. Delicious breakfast and supportive staff.

Cudos to house keeping, the room itself was very clean. Everything else, not so much. Horrible mattress, pool closed, no continental breakfast anymore, party going on till 5 am, ice machine broken.
