I liked the Breakfast and outside pool/ Grotto/ hot tub

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Staff including the bartender were friendly and helpful. The pool was secure, fun, and refreshing.

The service was fantastic! The rooms are big, everything was cleaned well, and the pool area was great for our family. Definitely plan on staying here when we visit again.

The hotel was great with one exception. There were no sanitizing wipes left in the fitness center and the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. There was a bottle on the window sill, but the pump was broken. This shows a lack of concern about hygiene during flu season.

We enjoyed the trip! The drink vouchers were a fun surprise! We also enjoyed the outdoor pool area in the evening and the breakfast that followed the next morning.

This was a great find in Denton. They do not have the biggest parking lot. As we had a truck and trailer, we were not able to park the trailer at the hotel. Has to make other arrangements. But it worked out. A family member has an EV truck and was able to charge at the hotel.

The bartender left early, so the front desk personnel made the drink as best he could. I enjoyed the pool, but the hot tub jets were not working and someone poured a mound of a sand like element in there that I had not experienced on a previous trip. Breakfast was good, but an update wouldn't hurt. I have been visiting the hotel for three years, and the menu is always the same. All in all, still a good trip.

Traveling with a family of 6. We were all able to sleep great in one room. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and a highlight for the kids.

Honest question, are there health officials that inspect hotels? If so, they need to visit this hotel. Not sure how this was rated 9.2. The place smells absolutely terrible. It’s no wonder they have the ACs off in the room when you walk in and the temp at 80. As soon as the AC is on, the room is the worst smell. We had two bigger sized bugs in the room. Just terrible.

Great staff, very friendly. Clean room, needs a little dusting around the bed frames. but overall smelled great. I would stay again. Breakfast was great! Kids loved the waffles.

Room wasn’t cleaned but beds were made. Someone’s contact lense was on the night stand and pretzels and open bottle of water left behind before we checked in.

The bedroom was very dusty and the sheets were not clean.

Staff was friendly, room was amazing and over the top for what i am accustomed to. The breakfast was delicious too. Everything was clean and worked good and proper. Will stay again.

The carpet looked stained and tattered in spots. Not as clean as one would expect. Tv was not working correctly and had damage. They did however offer to correct the issue. Was a bit disappointed at the desk clerk. She was hanging out in the bar area with I’m guessing other staff and left me waiting when clearly I could be seen waiting to check in. 12/30/2023 around 5:30 pm. We always stay here a few times a year and have never been disappointed before yesterday.

I was really impressed with this hotel. Not only was it extremely clean everywhere you looked but it smelled clean too!! Front desk employee that checked me in was also really sweet! Breakfast was good. 10/10 recommend this hotel 🏨

We could not get over all the extra comfort touches such as walk in shower with a bench, large room with L shaped sofa and big screen TV, ceiling fan in sofa area and one above bed. Will definitely stay here again!

I like the hotel except the bed is too soft for us. That’s not our preference bed. Therefore, we will not book again. Otherwise, everything is good.

There were pros and cons. Location great for us. Nice reception staff. Room and beds very comfy. Bathroom clean. Breakfast good. But..... our room was not protected from noise as it was right next to two exit doors that other guests used often and made loud clicks when closing. Guests in room above were very heavy footed and walked around a lot! We could not find a way of switching off the alarm on the clock, which unbeknown to us was set for 7am! Not good when you've been woken up during the night! And when we pulled out the bedside table to access the plug to kill the alarm, there was a pile of dust and old cigarette butts! So, pros and cons. They could fix some of the cons.

The rooms are clean and good sized. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars in the beds are very firm and not comfortable if you need something softer. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

We loved the room we were given but the TV didn't work and they were unable to fix it for us so they moved us to another room. This room was even bigger and better. Breakfast was excellent. We will certainly want to stay at Premier Best Western again.

The property looked very nice, was clean and the staff was friendly. We were comfortable at 70 degrees when we went to bed after driving 5 hours to get there, and were expecting a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, sometime in the middle of the night the AC stopped working. The fan would kick on & then go off...and then go on and off again...over and over. It might stop 5 or 10 mins and then go on and off again. I was in the bed closest to the fan so it woke me a lot. I woke at 4:30am, this time drenched in sweat. The temperature was 79 degrees in the room & we had all the covers on so I had sweated through my pj's. The rest of my family was asleep & I didn't figure they could do anything at that time & I figured the only thing they could do was move us to a different room if they even had one available. I hated to wake my husband & kids by calling/ loading everything up to move to another room, so I didn't call at 4:30. I did go down at 7:30 or 8am to tell the front desk, but because I went through Expedia, the young girl said she couldn't discount it, but would tell the manager (who I've never heard from). I had paid $320 for one night after city, county, and state taxes, so it was frustrating to not get a comfortable night's sleep. The rest of my family said they had woken up a lot during the night but thought it was just them so they just kicked off the covers. I wish I had known they were uncomfortable too because I would have at least asked for fans.

Everything was excellent during my stay at the BW Premier except for the drink I was served at the Chasers Bar, the usual and excellent bartender was available to serve my drink the alternate bartender has probably not being trained on how to prepare or serve the drinks

Ms. Dida worked hard to get me a early checkin and Ms. Claudia was so understanding and friendly to allow me to stay at the business center after 11am checkout to wait for my ride back to Houston. Everyone at this hotel is exceptional, room is clean and big, breakfast has lots of choices, not just continental breakfast.

I needed a quality room at the last minute that wouldn’t break the bank and was located in a safe spot near places to eat. I was more than pleased with my choice. The room was perfect. The location was ideal and the staff was friendly.

Front desk staff was nice and tried. Room was not ready for an hour and a half after check in time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Premier Crow Chase Inn & Suites. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The suite was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and the ambiance that this hotel provides its guests. All staff, especially Deja, were friendly and so helpful. See you again in the near future!

Staff was great. Let us check in an hour early. Rms awesome. Everything was great.

When I arrived to check in the night manager gave me a room smaller than the one I reserved and then lied about it. .When I talked to a manager the next morning she admitted to me that the night manager had lied to me.!!!!! . Neither one of these people ever offered me the room I had been guaranteed and paid for in my reservation.!!!!!

We had to leave a day earlier then our reservation and wasn’t charged for the other day. That was awesome. Thank you to Best Western.

Great staff clean place nice pool … i must express again how friendly and helpful the staff was. The young lady at the front desk helped us with an early check in and the housekeeping staff member also insured that the room was clean and ready. Seems that everyone there takes pride in their work and I’m very grateful for it.

The hotel is in a safe and very convenient location to get anywhere around Denton easily. Rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, and we love having ceiling fan makes it more like home. Staff is very friendly.

I always stay here when in the area. The staff are friendly, the property clean and comfortable and there are several places to eat nearby. Most importantly is it's 2 blocks from Bus-ee's.

the workers there are all so friendly and kind. they are about their customers. you even get a free drink card for the bar. it was a 10/10

Great property and clean rooms. Would like to see gluten green breakfast options. The options available were actually not gluten free but labeled gluten free.

Breakfast was wonderful and it was plentiful. Everything was fully stocked on the breakfast bar. My room was so nice and clean. Guest services was amazing. So friendly and very nice. The location was amongst everything I was looking for.

The property was super clean and well-kept. Staff was very nice. We booked the ocersized room and loved it! Beds were super comfy and the pillows were actual pillows. Had a great night’s sleep and nice big hot breakfast. If we ever come back to Denton, we will definitely stay there again.
