Enjoyed my stay. This place was really excellent. It has got everything you need as a traveller if you enjoy cooked hot meals & doing yr own laundry. Everything is modern tech and l just loved the Docklands location. It is convenient to amenities from shopping malls, transport, libraries etc. Nothing negative to say other than the parking fee they charge separate per night, it should be inclusive.. just a suggestion.

we were pleasantly surprised with the apartment and although small it was good value for money for Melbourne. The place was clean, neat, tidy and the bed was comfortable. Big plusses were - plenty of food options straight across the road at Docklands Pier, tram right outside the main door, secure parking, easy check-in, great staff The only real issue i had was with the bathroom. The apartment is level floor but there was quite a large step up into the bathroom which was easy to forget about and accidentally trip off the step when leaving the bathrom. Also when opened the vanity cabinet door obstructs part of the bathroom doorway. Overall though the apartments are a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again

Overall a good experience. Except water leaking from bathroom into bedroom floor with lots of mould and an unpleasant smell. Apartment next door had a dog that barked like crazy when they were not there at night. Drove me mad. Microwave did not work but was replaced. The view of Docklands is fantastic and the view of New Year’s Eve fireworks was fantastic

Very clean apartment with everything you need. Good customer service. The exhausting fan over cooktop did not work, however, it didn’t not make a difference since I did not have to fry anything for cooking.

Excellent location, easy to navigate. However terrible strong odour throughout room at night. Was a hot humid and wet night. Upon returning to our room on Saturday night a strong distinct stench which resembled hydroponic set up was throughout the room, entering via vents / unsure where or how. We needed to sleep with doors wide open and air conditioner on high to eliminate odour.

We liked the location and it was very clean and quiet. Arriving at 7pm it took us 3 laps to find somewhere to stop to justd get key and instructions. Very confusing, someone ended up helping us get into foyer otherwise I don’t know how long it would have taken us and we’re not that hopeless. It’s on a busy road with no spots to stop, quite stressful when you’re going to a concert.

It was in a good location though not in the bustle of the very center of city. Less than 1 km walk to southern cross train station though some metro right outside accommodation. Could have been a bit cleaner the unit itself and some areas needed freshening up such as the blind on the eindow

The location and personal assistance at check in were excellent. Unfortunately the good stopped there. The bed in the main bedroom had hair on it and the throw was stained. When hopping into bed I felt like I was on a slope and had a very uncomfortable sleep. My daughter had bites all over her neck and chest from her bed. The furniture surfaces were clean, but the carpet felt unclean and the carpet meeting the skirting boards visually very dusty/dirty. Finally, I sat on the couch and had an instant allergic reaction to it--probably dust mites. I don't like having to offer criticism but all of these things are fixable so moving forward, a new bed and a carpet and couch steam clean would make a huge difference.

The room was spacious and well furnished. The bed was a bit on the small side but the value for money was excellent. The communication from the property was also prompt and good. Docklands is a bit out of the way from the central CBD of Melbourne but if you don't mind the tram, there are plenty that stop just infront of the building. Also, the docklands area has plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. Overall, would stay again.

It was tricky to find the office/reception for this place, as it is a separate entryway to the actual apartments. It was also a little confusing trying to find the apartment I had been assigned. But once I knew it all, it was simple. Public transport is fantastic, with a free tram stop right out the front. The bed was a 5-6 on the hardness scale - don't expect a soft and fluffy mattress! The couch was very comfortable though, and the small kitchen bench/stove space was more than sufficient. The hot water did run out relatively quickly, so if you're a woman washing your hair (like I was), be mindful of this. A decent stay overall though, I would stay here again if looking for a budget property.

Great location. Public transportation right out your front door. The apartment was roomy and had a well equipped kitchen. It has a washer and dryer in the apartment which we used often. The bed was comfortable. Walking distance to groceries, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Pretty happy with this property. The tram station out front is extremely convenient and easy to navigate. There was construction going on outside and when the door was closed you couldn’t hear it at all. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer because we got absolutely soaked at the F1. Dockland is a nice area to stay. I would stay again.

Our 3rd stay at the accommodation. Apartment is a little small, but just for the wife and myself it was fine. Has kitchen and we were able to make our own breakfast and occasional dinner. Location is perfect. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Trams and transport right outside the front door. Having a reception makes check in so much easier. Small, but suited our needs.

Location was excellent with a tram stop out the front to the city and to Docklands shopping complex. Restaurants and coffee shops close by. Apartment was comfortable with a few design faults but overall sufficient for me. Toilet was leaking when I arrived but this was fixed straight away. Reception staff were very helpful. Enjoyable stay.
