Die Einrichtung ist leider sichtbar alt - Kratzer, Risse usw. - aber sauber. Es ist alles da, was man braucht (bis auf einen Stöpsel im Waschbecken). Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum, Einkaufszentrum und Rathaus in Laufweite, Straßenbahnen direkt vor der Tür. Und genau die sind auch das Problem: der Straßenlärm ist echt laut. Tiefgarage ist praktisch und mit 70 PLN pro Nacht vergleichsweise günstig in der Umgebung.

Trevligt centralt hotell. Trevlig liten bar att avsluta kvällen i. Rummet var bra. Tyvärr väldigt lyhört utifrån trafik ock spårvagnsljud hela natten. Men inne från andra rum var det tyst.

Die Lage zur Innenstadt – Altstadt wie auch die Fußgängerzone mit Einkaufsstraße - ist genial! Sehr leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück! Das Auto kann man über einen Aufzug in der Tiefgarage sicher abstellen. Sehr geräumiges Apartment.

Wifi kom och gick. En av två hissar funkade. Trasiga handdukar och badrockar. Ingen bemanning i receptionen och alla kunde ta sig in i hotellet från gatan. Baren stängd. Bra städning och bra läge.

This property looks much better in the picture. In reality, old furniture, torn bed linen, uncomforstable creaky beds. BreKfsst wS nice with good choice, but you have to pay extra for it. Parking available, but again not free as i had thought and underground so you need to take a car lift up and down.

1. Navi Adresse ist Hintereingang ohne Möglichkeit, Gepäck auszuladen. 2. Receptionist sehr, sehr unfreundlich: kein Hallo etc. 3. Parken: Hotelparkplatz mit Aufzug in Tiefgarage. Hinweise wie vor zurück press button etc Fehlanzeige. Nach 15 Minuten Wartezeit (mit vielen Hilferufen und Hupen) in einen Autoaufzug kam Hilfe. 4. Frühstück nur auf polnische Gäste ausgerichtet: sehr, sehr deftige Speisen, nur eine Marmelade 5. Das im Bad das Duschgel aus war, (Spender sind fest verbaut, daher keine Wechsel möglich), geriet fast zur Nebesache. 6. Meine Berwertung: nicht zu empfehlen

Vi boede 3 par på hotellet i 3 nætter i store flotte komfortable værelser. Personerne vi mødte / så i receptionen var totalt uengagerede og mobiltelefonen (ikke telefonsamtaler) var langt vigtigere for dem end hotellets gæster. Anderledes var personalet ved den rigtig gode morgenbuffet. Topkarakteren må dog gå til bartenderen, der med stor viden og entusiasme mixede drinks til os.

Nice hotel in Poznan old town. Clearly a better hotel than average for its price category. Nice room of resonable size. Breakfast excellent. Parking facilities was a bit peculiar in that the car was taken down to the parking area in an elevator. It worked well, although my rental car of average size only just made it into the elevator with a few millimeters to spare.

We arrived late and as we entered the room there was a strange smell.we didn't bother as we where tired.but the next day it was insupportable,but thankfully the receptionist has changed our room.but I think they must take care of the rooms

Room very dated in need of revamp. Breakfast very basic. Stayed in a room obviously previously occupied by a dog as the smell was overpowering. Constant noise from the street as it’s on fairly busy road. Staff friendly and helpful. An average 3 star hotel in my opinion.

Great location but they need to work on the details. Safe was locked upon arrival, tv didn't work initially, robe was torn in two spots - the replaced one was a bit tattered, did not recieve service on one day despite having the request tag on the door, next day recieved service but they took the towels and didn't replace. While I appreciate the effort to conserve energy, the refrigerator doesn't work without as I found out due to spoiled food.

We arrived at about midday and although we realised we were way too early we were told our room was available and we could check in. The room was big with 2 single beds, wardrobe, desk, small table and chair. There was a mini fridge but it didn't work very well. Perfect sized bathroom for the two of us with a bath and shower fixture. The fridge not working wasn't a problem as it was cold so we left our drinks outside the window. The room was at the front of the building but even with trams driving by we managed to sleep ok. Breakfast was great with a mixture of hot and cold items including the obligatory eastern European vegetables selection. We'd fill up at Breakfast and not need to eat again until teatime. The staff were great- very friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay. Hotel is well placed for the Christmas markets and there are several shopping centres within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat and drink also within walking distance

Pokój na 6 piętrze ma ścianę okien i kotary. Przy bardzo słonecznej pogodzie pokój bardzo się nagrzewa. Klimatyzacja nie działała. Okna są uchylne więc trudno wywietrzyć pokój . Wiatrak na podłodze zamiast klimy nie sprawdza się. Niestety nie wszystkie mechanizmy otwierania okien były sprawne. Nie jestem fanką klimatyzacji, ale w tym przypadku to konieczność. Poza tym w okolicy jest budowa i to z kolei przy otwartych oknach utrudnia odpoczynek. W łazience - szczególnie - brak intymności przy tym jak na przeciwko na rusztowaniach pracowała ekipa. Wrażenia w tym hotelu zapenwe zależą od pokoju w jakim się przebywa. Na szczęście dla mnie nie wszystkie dni były bardzo gorące. Inaczej nie dałoby się funkcjonować.

The hotel is a little outdated and the rooms could use some renovation. However, the rooms were clean and large with lots of rooms to relax and move about. The windows are very large and opened to allow fresh air and sunlight. The staff was very helpful with check in and with recommendations in the area. The hotel is very close to the main market square and many restaurants and sights. While this was convenient, it also meant that the area was noisy with trolleys and loud noise from bars which went on late into the night. The hotel offered a nice breakfast, but does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner. However, there are many restaurants to have a meal very close by.

Great location, easy to get to. £5 by taxi from Poznan airport. Breakfast excellent, lots of choice. Superior room spacious, tv reception was not great and room condition was ok. Comfy beds, very relaxing woulls stay again.

Sehr nah zum Bahnhof und in das Zentrum, Frühstück ok. Sehr laute Umgebung(Straßenbahn, Kneipen, Musik), Zimmer war abgewohnt, verschlissene Bettwäsche, Klimaanlage defekt.

The bed was dirty, filled with hairs. Had to check three rooms before finding a somewhat decent and clean room. One room even had a broken nail on the bathroom sink. The staff were not helpful in solving the issue. Very old hotel which was probably of high standard back in the day but has not been maintained.

Hotel was an excellent location and very clean. We had problems with our room (broken shower, battery flat in door lock) and this was shorted efficiently by the staff, who changed us to another room. Excellent access to the old town and the trans run right outside. Easy access to sights. The breakfast is very different and expensive for what is available - not for the English palate! Far better to head into town - we found a lovely little place called Lavenda, just off the square. Only issue we found was the noise from the trams - they do run all night and between 4-5am it gets really busy. Would recommend - we had a fab stay - not for light sleepers!

Exceptional! As we arrived early, Michal put our luggage until checkin time. A hot water pot was available for tea & coffee that was provided. For our bathing pleasure we had wash & shampoo and their towels were super soft. Bathrobes & slippers were in the closet for our use. Sweet candies on our beds. EXCEPTIONAL!

Hotel znajduje się kilka kroków od starego rynku. Lokalizacja jest naprawdę świetna. Pokój był dość duży ale wystrój trochę przygnębiający. Łazienka duża z wanną i sporo haczyków aby powiesić ręczniki. Lodówka słabo chłodziła. W pokoju znajdował się czajnik,herbata i kawa oraz dwie butelki wody.Śniadanie smaczne ale pomimo tego, że nie pijam kawy , trochę mnie zszokowały dodatkowe opłaty za expresso (10pln), cappuccino, latte (ok 16 PLN). Pierwszy raz się z czymś takim spotkałam. Personel sympatyczny i chętny do pomocy. Jak dla mnie dobry hotel trzygwiazdkowy. Cena adekwatna do oferty.

the Hotel is great for getting about in the Poznan. with easy access to the tram system or taxis, we walked everywhere. Staff are very friendly. our room was cleaned immaculately every day. My one issue is that the Breakfast room is too small for the amount of guests that could be staying. be prepared to queue or get there early. Maybe a booking system would stop this issue.

I've paid for breakfast but couldn't use it because of lack of space in restaurant, tried three times and all the time it was occupied. Couldn't get my money back as they reclaim I booked it via Expidia. Rooms should have been renovated long time now.
