The hotel was either brand new or completely remodeled. Very clean and stylish. Location was very close to the bell tower and the rest of the action. Staff was kind and eager to please. Would stay here again

The Hotel is situated near to Bell Tower and near to Metro stations. The hotel is clean, the room and shower was spacious and clean. We appreciate the helpfulness of all the staff in the hotel. Lot of restaurants around the hotel. The hotel bar has a really good espresso. The breakfast restaurant is not big, but we always had free table and the food was excellent. Thank you for the really good and wonderful experience, we are happy to choose this hotel.

We requested breakfast boxes due to early day trip with the front desk staff. However, the kitchen staff didn't have any idea of our request; they simply gave us some takeaway boxes for us to pack food ourselves. This delayed our departure, plus we couldn't pack any drink.
