Stayed 5 nights

Ac broke two nights but they fix----room next door party for 3 days and nights non stop very load music ---called front desk at 1:30 in morning ---no result more loud music---no sign to get room service had to ask every day for clean room ----i go there for past 14 years this was the worst ---thank for security people that there many years remember me ---front desk people always new ---guess they not want dedicated employees

Checkin, as posted, is 3 pm. I arived aroumd 2:40 and it was almost 4 PM before I was taken to my room. The experience was so bad that I cancelled my followup 2 day reservation and went to a nearby hotel.

Very courteous and friendly staff. Just want to mention that the water pressure on the 10th floor is a bit weak and it tak3 awhile to flush the toilet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
