Lovely unit overlooking the pool. Clean with all amenities. Great to have a free bike to cycle the esplanade. Location near marina but a little out of the main esplanade. Small but serviceable gym. Peaceful location. Undercover parking appreciated.

Stayed here on two separate occasions but only for one night each time. Was perfect as a stopover before travelling into Fraser Island. Staff let us leave our car in the underground car park for the two days we weren’t there. Sadly all hotel facilities weren’t available during our stays due to recent flooding.

Great accommodation the only thing disappointing is that there are not enough under cover parking spots if parked in the evening. Too many empty disabled parking spots and regular parking overflow area was not secure and other than 4 would puddle after rain. Resort was great, pool amazing and bed very comfy. Will definitely stay again.

Spacious and clean, good kitchen setup, nice pool area, a little tired in some areas, gym room not set up. Parking limited but we were fortunate to get a spot. Staff very friendly and accommodating!

Unfortunately all lifts were out of order (seems to have been for some time since cyclone) No notice of this on booking platforms as this may have influenced our choice to stay. Staff were happy to help with luggage but stairs may have been difficult for some.

What a poor hotel. Majority of facilities not available due to storm damage that occurred 5 months previous. Paid for a breakfast that was no more than a simple pop up. I can safely say the worst ive had in 40 years of travel. The reception staff were poor, internet not working and the air con was locked on cold. Absolutely disgraceful. Ramada should be ashamed.

No parking. Used bar of soap left from previous guest. Wet towel left from previous guest. Half eaten pretzel from previous guest. Bed bug bites. I have never left a bad review in over 20 years of travel so well done Ramada Urangan. Dining was nice. Accomodation was disappointing to say the very least.

Well our stay wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great. Screaming children in the pool at 7am, not great. Uncomfortable couch, air con couldn’t be left on at night as it rattles, the fridge makes so much noise it kept us up at night. Shower smelt so badly of mould. Staff were lovely and pleasant.

Disappointed to be in a room on the outside, view of the road. I have stayed on seceral occasions and always overlooked the pool. I mistakenly though all rooms did. I was not given any alternative and the price did not reflect this.

Check-in/out was fine. Staff friendly. Room was noisy. Room above us were jumping continuously on the floor and the sound came through the ceiling. Lasted from 4pm to after 11pm. Breakfast was bad. $25 per person. All food in bay marine was cold. Waitress was grumpy. No fresh tea or coffee. Only instant. Won't be back

Great hotel, TERRIBLE bath/shower. Dangerous to get in and out of bath - cracked my shins twice getting in and out as bath was quite slippery. Shower "screen" doesn't provide enough coverage so floor was always slippery too. The shower bar was loose on the wall and the fittings (soap dish, etc) were always jabbing me in the back. Extraction fan in ceiling made a noise, but there was little extraction of steam going on. Finally the shower was very low, but as a tall person I'm used to that - everyone hires a short plumber... :) Rest of the bathroom was fine, but the shower was extremely poor. I'd ditch the bath entirely and make it a shower nook.

Elevator was out and the breakfast restaurant was unavailable and they did not inform me until the day before check in. It’s a complete scam to not give the guests time to cancel and book a different hotel knowing full well they are not getting their moneys worth from the property. They did not help me bring my luggage up 3 floors. Majority of the time no one was at the service desk to even answer questions. Terrible condition of the property and the room.

The Ramada is what we call okay. The rooms are fine being clean. The location is good for most things. BUT front desk needs a personality shakeup. The staff there give the impression that they really don’t want to be there. Customers really seem to interrupt their day. Not for the first time did we strike this last Saturday. No welcome just sign here

We stayed for 2 nights before we went to Lady Elliott Island and 2 nights after. The hotel served our purpose perfectly as we wanted to be able to walk to the marina on the day of our whale watching tour. they were kind enough to allow us to leave our car there while we were on the island (we got a taxi to and from the airport which worked out cheaper than parking at the airport and was much safer). Prepaying for breakfast is worth it as it was only $10 each - not sure we would pay $25 for the breakfast. Lovely friendly reception staff. Overall, a very pleasant experience in a lovely hotel.

The room was clean, bed comfortable. The staff (at least who we asked) did not seem too knowledgeable about the area. We were looking forward to a special Xmas dinner but it was changed to a buffet that was absolutely terrible. However, the hotel did the right thing and didn’t charge us for the meal.

Morgenbuffeen var under al kritik. Vi rejser meget og i mange lande, men har aldrig oplevet så ringe en morgenbuffet. Vi boede der i fire dage, og hvor morgen oplevede vi at kokken overstegte al det varme mad, selv spejlæggene var stegt til ukendelighed. Vælger du hotellet så lad være med at bestille morgenmad med. Ydermere holdte nogle unge mennesker fest meget af natten den ene dag, så vi først sov kl 02 om natten.
