Loved the "old route 66" ambience. The room was very clean, no carpeting!!! My 12 year old grandson said it was the BEST motel he ever stayed in even though there was no pool. He especially loved the very nice, friendly owner. Parking would have been difficult for large vehicles regarding backing out.

This was just a quick overnight stop along a long trip. The room was small but it was spotless and had a great mattress, nice linens and good shower/water pressure. Clean fridge and microwave. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy, but a nice stay at a great rate.

The room was small but efficiently arranged. The place was well-kept and fairly comfortable. The furnace worked well. I was comfortable using an actual KEY in the door. It was convenient to have the car parked at the door. Staying at a unique vintage motel was part of our Route 66 Fun Run trip. The curtains at the window were too thin to block the early morning sun. The addition of a simple, straight-backed chair would make dressing easier.

They were so nice when we checked in. This is a family run business and they were so helpful when asked about dining. I mentioned something about how hot it was and I was offered a bottle of water immediately. The refrigerator in the room had a real freezer so we could freeze a couple of water bottles for the next day and to keep a bag of ice in it. It is an older proper that is well cared for and kept very clean. A GREAT value for the price.

Our stay was an overnight during a road trip with my wife. For the very reasonable price, it is a classic Rte 66 motel, single-floor-around the-parking-lot. Recent updating was apparent, the room was clean, and manager attentive. This was just what we needed.

This is the only place we stay when we come to Williams. No upper units for heavy footed people/kids to be stomping around. It's cheap and the staff ( usually the owner) is super nice and accommodating

We stayed for 2 nights to visit the Williams area and the Grand Canyon. No problems with check in. The manager is very nice. The hotel is a very well kept up relic of the Route 66 era. It is no frills, you get a clean room, clean bed and bathroom. Everything worked fine, and we were pleased to stay there.

It was the cleanest place we stayed so far that was under $100. It was a 180 from the super 8 (which I was fully aware a murder happen recently) what a clean place that was tiny but cozy. They seemed nice

Excellent location, cheap, very clean, quiet. Grocery store and police station are your neighbors. I just needed a clean room, comfortable bed and quiet. This place checks off all the boxes.

Older motel needs to be updated in their rooms. THe heating system, is outdated and is in dire need of REPLACEMENT, snap crack all night, no sleep. We had 2 nights there but left after our Grand Canyon Experience and drove all the way back to Vegas.

We arrived early and the one person at the place told us to come back later to check in. We checked in the same person told us he us and that was nice. The flooring was new laminate on top of rotten wood and walking beside the bed in the front there was a nail sticking up (which I stepped on) The floor sank when stepped on. The room was quiet and although there were a few odd things we did tell our friends to book this place when they ride the polar express.

We picked this place because we were going to Bearizona the next day, and we would stay here again. It is not a top notch resort, but the manager was very attentive and the fact that it is a small complex, gives you more security. Walking distance from everything and even got to see the "gun show" a few blocks away.

This hotel is HORRIBLE, disgusting, sketchy rude prick front desk clerk(owner?) this place is a SCAM no check in after 3 pm with a 10 am checkout.. STAY AWAY!! To get a refund when you book at 6 pm and the prick won’t let you check in since it is after 3 pm Hotel was very unreasonable and rude but finally got through to the customer service rep was told I’ll get refund.

The hotel was clean and in a safe area and within walking distance to everything. The issue is at check-in. I had prepaid for the room. When I gave him my credit card for security deposit, he typed my card info including CVV number into a spreadsheet. He then started to enter my drivers license number into his spreadsheet but Ibgot the card back. I explained to him how that is a security concern. You can't just give out your license number. He thwn showed me the passport number of guest before me and said he needed it for security. I said that is exactly why i don't want to give you my license info. After some discussion, he did let me check-in without him writing down my license.
