Our stay here was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. We put the kitchen area to good use. Our kids loved cooling off in the pool, and my wife and I enjoyed a pleasant evening on the pool deck while our kids swam. The breakfast was excellent and it had a lot of items to pick from, both hot and cold. To top it off, I thought the price was a great deal. When I first saw this hotel online I thought the price would be double what it actually was. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom grout was painted what and the pain was coming off. All osf the equipment in the gym could not be used because they were labeled out of order. This should not have a Hilton name in my opinion.

Such a wonderful stay! The staff made the entire stay they were so wonderful! Especially the woman serving breakfast and doing kitchen thing, she may be the sweetest woman I've ever met! Room was fantastic, everything worked, it was clean. Entire Hotel was clean, I went outside several times late and was not once uncomfortable, property is well lit and they keep it very secure. Pool water was perfect and clean, whirlpool was phenomenal! AND BREAKFAST, oh boy was it loaded! Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, very clean room, and quality breakfast buffet. Kudos for using refillable soap and shampoo dispensers. But they were installed in awkward locations and somewhat difficult to use. Would be a bigger problem for children or shorter adults.

We enjoyed the space of this room, made traveling with a toddler and a teen calmer. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were very thin. But everywhere was clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

The check in was easy. Location great. Downside was the cleanliness of the rooms. Hair on the bed, very uncomfortable beds and pillows, jor and humid even with air con set to 67, doors slamming all night long. Housekeeping banging on your door 930am, coming in without consent. Check out time was 11.

The breakfast was excellent, delicious and varied, with the main dish changing daily, which was a nice touch. The location is beautiful and adds to the overall experience. However, the housekeeping service was disappointing. During our five-day stay, the beds were never made, not even once! Trash was only taken out a single time. One of the simple pleasures of staying in a hotel is returning to a freshly made bed and a tidy room, and unfortunately, that was missing here. I’m not sure if this is a new policy, but it definitely took away from the comfort of the stay.

The room had trash in a dresser drawer and the glass cups were all dirty in the cabinet. Hotel could use a refresh. It is worn, door had dent and wall had large gouges from dining table sliding back and forth on it. Breakfast options were lacking. Staff said they only offer bacon a few times a month. This was an issue for our family as my autistic grandson only eats bacon and hash browns for breakfast. I will stay at a Marriott chain hotel and not Hilton in the future.

Housekeeping only came once during our 5 days and just exchanged bathroom towels and emptied garbage. We had to ask for more toilet paper and clean kitchen towels. The suites were great to have just a little older and could use a little TLC.

Door in bathroom was hard to open, no conditioner in shower, fan made loud clicking sound all night, and pull out bed had big dent in middle, was impossible to sleep on it. Breakfast was good and other beds were comfortable.

My biggest complaint was paying so much for a kitchen just to have the kitchen broken. If we could have gotten a refund, I would have been happier. Beautiful place, nice staff but we wanted to make our own dinner.

The staff at this property is absolutely amazing! The young lady that prepares the food is so full of energy and has a contagious personality. She is truly an asset to that property. She was there when I went to my room at the end of the day and there early morning. I stayed at this property for business purposes.

Upon checking our room was not ready although it was passed check-in time. We got a free upgrade with a jacuzzi and lake view, what a cool thing to do right?? Room was clean, roomie and the temperature was just perfect. Will definitely stay there from now on... Lots of restaurants near by and easy access to all of them. In case you eat too much, hospital is within walking distance, what a gem..

We love the room. It was very clean. We went to breakfast at 9am and most of the food was gone. Breakfast was from 6:30-10:30. They brought out some more but not all at once.

Breakfast was pretty well depleted when we got there (about 10:15). No cream for the coffee and eggs were completely gone too. While i understand that the food may need to be replenished occasionally, there was nobody attending the food until 10:30 when they cleaned everything up and took the remaining food away. It was probably a great breakfast, but we had to supplement elsewhere.
