Front desk was excellent ! The hotel property is located in a very nice part of PSL. All staff spoke as we passed and represented Homewood/Hilton very well. The elevators are a good bit slow and ice machines didn't work on all floors. Overall though I will go back to this hotel due to the fine staff and their welcoming attitude to all guests.

We had no idea what to expect. We are pleased. Easy to find, plenty of parking, the Courtyard & pool give plenty of privacy. Family friendly. Spacious rooms, full breakfast bar, business center, small necessities shop & all day access to plates, silverware & old water. The in room kitchenette is well supplied. Fresh markets close by with great options for healthy eats while traveling. Stay was 5 nights& we highly recommend.

This property doesn’t have enough good reviews and the bad ones almost made me second guess booking here. I am so glad I took the leap of faith and decided to stay anyhow! This property is simple, clean, and very well kept. The breakfast is great, the kitchenette was well stocked, the living area is comfortable and the beds were too. Parking was easy, multiple entrances based on where your room is located, pool area was sweet and even the areas around felt welcoming to enjoy. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery and entertainment. The TVs aren’t Smart TVs so bring an HDMI cord if you plan on streaming from your laptop (they may have some but we had one with us in case). The staff was attentive and checked on us each day. It’ll be our go-to hotel whenever in PSL.

I’ve stayed in a few Homewood Suites and have always been happy, but this particular location had some issues. First, I arrived to check in at 3:25pm and had to wait about ten minutes because my room was being “inspected”. Second, the TV’s need an upgrade. We were unable to stream any of our shows while there. Third, the AC in our room had to be kept on 67 degrees. If we raised the temperature at all, the heat would turn on. So, basically we had to bundle up while in the room. And lastly, I know that we live in Florida and a cockroach is bound to be seen from time to time indoors, but I woke up to baby cockroaches crawling all over the bathroom the morning we left, which is a red flag that there is a problem. It makes me wonder if this is why my room had to be “inspected”. The room appeared clean otherwise. I did not bring any of this to the attention of management because it wasn’t like they could provide a solution to any of my concerns. But, maybe this review will help them improve future guest stays.

My suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing, helpful and courteous. The only thing that I would suggest is for the Television's to be upgraded to SmartTv's, to allow the option of screen sharing. Providing the opportunity for more options rather than watching cable TV for downtime.

Hotel was very nice. Only issues was shower head needs to be updated as it had very little output regardless of setting you put it on, shampoo/conditioner/ body wash needs better placement as you keep hitting your arm on them, and mattress needs to be updated, feels very ‘springy’, as you can feel the springs when you lay on it. But hotel was very clean!!! And water was HOT!!

Very much a mixed bag. Staff at hotel are very nice, especially the people who handle the breakfast layout and the cleaning crew, front desk less so, depends who you get. Room furniture is dated, desk chair very worn, but the bed is good and quite comfortable. Not impressed to find long hair on two of the hand towels. Dish network tv failed repeatedly every day of the week I was there and the front desk was fairly dismissive when I called to report the problem. I specifically asked to make a formal complaint and I received no indication one was ever filed. Also saw what appeared to be rodent feces in one of the hallways , in the same spot on the carpet every day that week. Could not confirm 100% as I wasn't about to touch it and I never saw a rodent, but it was of the approximate size. However, many people in the hotel had pets with them so it's possible it was from a small pet.

Great stay—-Made exceptional by a wonderful staff member named Carmen. I left my wedding suit jacket in the room closet and didn’t realize it until it was too late to do anything. Carmen found it, tracked down my extended family members in a nearby room and gave it to them. Very grateful.

Waited over 2 hours to check in after arrival. They wouldn’t go out of sequence to do our room. Bedding wasn’t clean. It was too late for me to drive (can’t drive after dark) their suggestion was to “walk” to their favored restaurant. We are disabled. We had a positive experience in the past. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend.

The young man in the front desk NEVER told us the hotel and our suite had no electricity. After checking in my husband over heard the fact the hotel had out break and asked him if our suite was ok , he indicated there is no problem in your room. We had no air conditioning no tv. Had to walk 5 flights of stairs . Had to look for another hotel room for the night! Next day the electricity was fixed. Trying to get a refund for one night it’s the least they can do. Overall the room was clean comfortable and the other front desk girl was extremely helpful the next day but that young man needs training and manners.

Highly recommend!!!! This is my 2nd time staying here. Having a separate kitchen area was great!!!! My 4 night stay was perfect. Clean, friendly staff, nice continental breakfast, and easy to navigate driving outside of the hotel. Close to I-95, food and shopping area options are 5 minutes away, and found a nice Tradition open market on the weekends nearby.

Sales associates were very friendly and courteous. Kitchen staff were great. Breakfast was delicious. Wednesday night dinner ran out of food one hour in for a two hour dinner. Hallways and room had a very strange odor. No AC working in the elevator, hallways, or dining room. WI-FI wasn’t working. Could not see out the windows. Me and dirt on screens and windows.

The accommodations were excellent. The breakfast is amazing and not just your average continental breakfast! Scrambled eggs, country potatoes, ham, shredded chicken soft tacos and all the fixins, belgian waffles, fruit, oatmeal and more. Will definitely stay again! We give Homewood a perfect 10 out of 10!!
