Plussen: Vriendelijk personeel (receptie en ontbijt, dikke 5sterren!!) - prachtige lokatie- goed en gratis parkeren - goede gym - zeer goed ontbijt (vers en gevarieerd maar niet overdadig) - 2 gokkasten altijd leuk - voldoende stopcontacten op kamer - Nespresso apparaat op kamer met cupjes. Minnen: Bediening in middag restaurant stond met elkaar te giechelen- echt hele vieze gangen, veel rommel op de grond- boxspring waar staat 2x1persoon met een 2persoon matras en topper en een heel vies molton - geen handdoeken in gym - geen minibar op kamer.

We have stayed here many times and the location and cleanliness are perfect. however, we found some of the restaurant waiters to be in need of training and the foaming soap in the bathroom is not suitable for washing hair. It leaves a gel on the hair which is greasy and unpleasant. Finally, we were looking forward to using the spa but since we were busy during the day the cost was prohibitive. Would it be possible to have a scheme where 2 hours at the end of the day would be free or at low cost?

The staff were excellent but the rooms are small and they don’t provide shampoo and conditioner. Family was split on two floors. This made it difficult for us with two rooms.

They seemed to be understaffed on the cleaning side and while it was spotted clean on arrival, the quality of the second day was not the same. Breakfast is pretty good and the surroundings too but I would rather stay somewhere in the center (taxis are a big issue apparently in the whole city and staff is not too helpful to support you finding solutions to move around).

I really liked the hotel. Everything I used was great. Happy about the gym area as well (it could need a mat or something to do abbs though ^^). For my taste the bed's are to soft but that's just a matter of taste I guess. I would definitely come again 🙂👍

Voor de welness moet je apart nog bij betalen, en vond dat nogal bijzonder, het ontbijt was keurig en heerlijk, de kamer was goed, de badkamer had hier en daar wat plekjes van vocht, hier ben ik allergisch voor.. al met al wel genoten van het mooie weer op het terras, later bij het dinner moest ik binnen mijn bord op eten omdat ik blijkbaar niet gereserveerd had buiten, en andere gasten (ook van buitenaf) wel... hierover en over de welness is niet echt duidelijk gecommuniceerd.. jammer voor het hoge bedrag

Onder de bedden niet schoon en stof/spinnenwebben in de kamer, beetje jammer maar dat is onze ervaring bij de meeste Fletcherhotels en bij deze locatie hadden we iets beter verwacht of in iedergeval op gehoopt. Neemt niet weg dat we van de omgeving hebben genoten

Alles was naar wens, alleen deze keer was de openbare ruimte echt niet schoon, de ramen waren vies, en de vloer van de Brasserie is alle 3 dagen dat we er waren niet schoongemaakt. Zit je met je open schoenen in de hondenharen onder je tafel. Niet fris. De kamers waren uitstekend.

Alles was naar wens, alleen deze keer was de openbare ruimte echt niet schoon, de ramen waren vies, en de vloer van de Brasserie is alle 3 dagen dat we er waren niet schoongemaakt. Zit je met je open schoenen in de hondenharen onder je tafel. Niet fris. De kamers waren uitstekend.

Op de kamer (luxe kamer) misten we een prettig zitje (2 gemakkelijke stoelen). De ronde 'bank-stoel' is niet comfortabel. Brasserie was tochtig in de namiddag en avond.

Wow, what a wonderful stay. We received a generous upgrade to one of the best rooms and I wish I did not have to spend most of my time in business meetings while visiting Wageningen. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the walking access to arboretums and to town, and the relaxing views of the countryside. Breakfast was great. The only downside for us is we relied on public transportation while traveling through The Netherlands, and this was an 8 minute walk to get you a bus stop that takes you to the Wageningen bus station. The area is not known for having a reliable taxi service. So a car would be ideal here. I'll keep that in mind when I come here the next time.

Fint hotel. Bra luft på soverommet, Fint rom og bad selv om kranen på badet var litt lekk og vann rant ned på baderomsgulvet. Frokosten var på det jevne, ikke noe å klage på heller ikke noe å skryte av. Lå litt unna sentrum så det er bra med sykkel. Fint tur terreng rundt.

De medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes. De bedden zijn doorgezakt en voorzien van één groot dekbed, leuk voor stelletjes maar niet voor broers of zussen. De douche had één temperatuur net niet te koud, maar zeker ook niet warm. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid.

De eerste nacht bleek het raam niet goed afgesloten te zijn. Hierdoor geluid van buiten. De volgende ochtend bleek dat het sluitmechanisme erg krap afgesteld stond, waardoor het binnenkomen met behoorlijk extra kracht in het slot geduwd moest worden en tijdens het op slot zetten deze extra kracht uitgeoefend moet blijven. Bij het ontbijt waren de pancakes veel kouder dan de temperatuurmeter op de warmhoud pan aangaf, waardoor helaas de nuttigen ervan niet de smaak gaf die je zou mogen verwachten

Minnen: Bediening in middag restaurant stond met elkaar te giechelen- echt hele vieze gangen, veel rommel op de grond- boxspring waar staat 2x1persoon met een 2persoon matras en topper en een heel vies molton - geen handdoeken in gym - geen minibar op kamer.

We have stayed here many times and the location and cleanliness are perfect. however, we found some of the restaurant waiters to be in need of training and the foaming soap in the bathroom is not suitable for washing hair. It leaves a gel on the hair which is greasy and unpleasant. Finally, we were looking forward to using the spa but since we were busy during the day the cost was prohibitive. Would it be possible to have a scheme where 2 hours at the end of the day would be free or at low cost?

This was my second stay in Wageningen for work. While the hotel was much nicer than other hotels in the area in terms of rooms, comfort and property. Wow, what a wonderful stay. We received a generous upgrade to one of the best rooms and I wish I did not have to spend most of my time in business meetings while visiting Wageningen. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the walking access to arboretums and to town, and the relaxing views of the countryside. Breakfast was great. The only downside for us is we relied on public transportation while traveling through The Netherlands, and this was an 8 minute walk to get you a bus stop that takes you to the Wageningen bus station. The area is not known for having a reliable taxi service. So a car would be ideal here. I'll keep that in mind when I come here the next time.

De medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn schoon en netjes. De bedden zijn doorgezakt en voorzien van één groot dekbed, leuk voor stelletjes maar niet voor broers of zussen. De eerste nacht bleek het raam niet goed afgesloten te zijn. Hierdoor geluid van buiten. De volgende ochtend bleek dat het sluitmechanisme erg krap afgesteld stond, waardoor het binnenkomen met behoorlijk extra kracht in het slot geduwd moest worden en tijdens het op slot zetten deze extra kracht uitgeoefend moet blijven. Bij het ontbijt waren de pancakes veel kouder dan de temperatuurmeter op de warmhoud pan aangaf, waardoor helaas de nuttigen ervan niet de smaak gaf die je zou mogen verwachten
