Stayed 1 night

It was a fine stay - and a good value for money in principle - but there were some shortcomings. 1. staff made mistakes on my room charges (duplicated charges) - mistakes happen - and they fixed it with no problems (good service to fix the problem - no complaint about that), but there was confusion and a series of errors that would not have happened if the serving staff was simply more careful / attentive. 2. Room was mostly clean, but some dust and bathroom - specially the shower had dried soap scum on the glass and discolored plastic splash guards - toilet brush was visibly not clean - not the end of the world, but doesn't leave you feeling that the place is fresh - also shows lack of attention to details. 3. Of my 4 coffee pods in my room - two of them we actually already used or had been punctured, and the machine was dusty - again, important details that leave you wondering and not feeling confident. 4. The gym was OK - better than some - but had a kind of busted (missing two rows of players) old kids fusball table in it... why? I would stay there again if I needed a place in the region - cost was fine - food quality was pretty good even - but the service was average and the cleanliness / attention to details was average.
