This was my 3 rd stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great! I did notice that the music is played a bit too loud. It is piped through the lobby, dining area, and out on the patio deck. I found it difficult to hear what anyone was saying at our table in any of those locations. Even my 9 year old complained to me that the music was too loud. Especially , in the dining area, music should play in the backround. It was not a rekaxing experience at dinner to have rock music blasting. I love rock music but the hotel seems to want to give a " party" vibe maybe a little too often. Also, the pool was not heated. The last two times I have been at this hotel, the pool was nice and warm. I always come in late August to visit family. So, it us at the same time of year on every stay. I did not swim at all during this last week. Even my son, only went swimming a couple of times instead of everyday. He spent more time in the hot tub telling me the pool water was chilly. It is a great place to stay, hopefully next time the pool will be warmer and the music will not be so loud.

En 3 días nunca hicieron el cuarto Las instrucciones del servicio de alimentos a cuartos, fatales, nunca se siguieron. Se pidieron varias veces cosas como toallas, cobijas, etc y se tardaban años en llegar o de plano, no llegaron. Urge capacitar a su personal y tener más a disposición sobretodo si están en semana de feria que hay mucha gente!!!

The property is clean and looks nice. The amenities in the room may need to improve, the lack of a mini fridge and a working iron. The price for this hotel is not cheap, so they need to match the quality and provide more and better amenities, pool must be kept clean at all times, there were too much tree leafs and debris at times. Toilet paper is rough. The buffet lunch is good but a bit pricey if you are only having a light lunch, not bad if you eat a lot. Room Windows were dirty from the outside, giving a poor view. Hotel is located in a nice area very close to the mall. Overall a great hotel. Cleaning lady did a good job and works very hard, always did a little extra for us.

Tardaron en entregar la habitación, no tomaron en cuenta el precio que hoteles.com me envio en la reserva y me cobraron mucho mas argumentando el tipo de cambio. El restaurante no tenía las bebidas solicitadas, me duplicaron los cargos en el check in y tuve que aclararlo al salir.

El Hotel bien pero no así su personal, hay una persona en recepcion que se llama Roberto que cuando hice mi check in fue demasiado grosero y burlón con pésima actitud de servicio, eso le quita muchos puntos al Hotel aunque sea bueno, tendré mis reservas si voy a querer quedarme nuevamente ahí o no, nadie quiere recibir malos tratos, de entrada no lo recomendaría a nadie.

The hotel and service is great, but there were days that seemed like they were short staff, some days our bad was done late. They also ran out of supplies. Management really needs to pay attention to detail, I am a return customer but need improvements or I may start looking for other places. Also, they do not honor the prices for the restaurant, they will charge the full price and not the advertised price, they charged the same no matter the time we went for breakfast, they advertised a discounted price after 9:30 am and still charged us full price. So, please be aware of this. Staff are very friendly.

Hay que ir con mucho tiempo y sentido del humor para el check in y check out. Increíble como solo una persona se encarga de eso así que al menos media hora haciendo fila. El check es a las 2 pero así llegues a las 5 te vas a lista de espera porque no hay habitaciones. Ridículo y deplorable.

The hotel has an excellent location. Very comfortable and clean. Employees are very nice. We always choose this hotel when going to Aguascalientes.

Todo está súper bien. Me encanta el hotel, la atención y el servicio. La comida es increíble. Sé que no es un problema directamente del Hotel, pero el olor de aguas negras que tienen en los alrededores es insoportable, tanto en la entrada como en la piscina y peor aún en restaurante-porque ahí también se mete el olor- . El problema es tal que llega a Altaria y a los restaurantes de afuera. Bueno, el olor pestilente llega hasta Comercial Mexicana. Gobierno debe intervenir inmediatamente, puesto que es una zona a la que acudimos muchísimas personas tanto de la ciudad como de otros estados, como nosotros Por favor, hagan algo pues nos están obligando a buscar otras opciones turísticas y hoteleras.

Tardaron en entregar la habitación, no tomaron en cuenta el precio que hoteles.com me envio en la reserva y me cobraron mucho mas argumentando el tipo de cambio. El restaurante no tenía las bebidas solicitadas, me duplicaron los cargos en el check in y tuve que aclararlo al salir.

The hotel and service is great, but there were days that seemed like they were short staff, some days our bad was done late. They also ran out of supplies. Management really needs to pay attention to detail, I am a return customer but need improvements or I may start looking for other places. Also, they do not honor the prices for the restaurant, they will charge the full price and not the advertised price, they charged the same no matter the time we went for breakfast, they advertised a discounted price after 9:30 am and still charged us full price. So, please be aware of this. Staff are very friendly.

All of the employees were very kind. Jairo especially made us feel at home. Jairo’s English was flawless. All of the employees did amazing job speaking to us in our language. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The dining area was packed at breakfast time. I guess the secret is out about the quality of the Marriott’s breakfast.
