Great hotel! Breakfast was outstanding, so much to offer along with freshly ground coffee beans brewed for coffee. Beds comfortable and rooms decorated with a minimalist feel. Staff from front desk to breakfast staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I would have give an excellent rating for every category except the hot tub was not working which was the one thing I was looking forward to enjoying.

This was a great hotel! Very clean and had newly renovated and updated rooms and baths. The bed was one the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. Breakfast was delicious, as well! I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Council Bluffs!

The hotel is in the middle of a remodel, so there was a weird smell the entire time. Plus, I have about a dozen bed bug bites on me from the bed. They didn’t clean up our room either. No beds made. Only new towels dropped off.

The Holiday Inn Express was a wonderful hotel, we had a large room with two queen beds, a sitting room, and small kitchenette.. refrigerator, microwave and sink. The beds were very soft and comfortable, and we loved our room. The breakfast was also very nice.. eggs, omelets, pancakes, sausage and biscuits & gravy, fruit, muffins and cinnamon rolls. The room was quiet, on the second floor, and not far from the elevator.

About 10 min from zoo/downtown omaha, 2 min from I-29 convenient for all the places we vistid in the week. Remodeling going on but didnt effect our stay. Breakfast attendant reccomended a great park to take our kids to. No bathtub for the kids (toddlers) was a challenge, shower only. Also the sink was pretty high and the soap was about 3 feet away, also a challenge w/kids. Asked front desk for a step stool and all they had was a shower chair, but that worked. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay here was excellent! Jeff at check-in was so nice, he put us on a different floor than a huge group in town for a wrestling tournament so we had a more quiet stay and suggested we park under the front awning as we were worried about a load of e-bikes we were hauling in our pickup. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Got automaticallt checked in by expedia, got to the hotel told there were no rooms on the 20th of march. Next morning talked to the morning desk person who let us know at that time we were checked in and did have a room. By that time we had already got another room at a different hotel.

We actually first put into the GPS, the wrong Holiday Inn express the one over by the casino. This one is not by the casino. It’s about 2 miles east of the casino. We went here on April 1. We had room 333. The check-in was great and older gentleman did a fantastic job recommending where we could go to grab a bite to eat. Everything was clean, the breakfast in the morning was fantastic better than any other hotel we had experienced in our four day trip from Mesa Arizona back to Wisconsin. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My family of four stayed in a king room one night on a roadtrip. There was ample room to set up two portable cribs and still move around. The front desk staff was friendly as well as the breakfast attendant. She gave my kids coloring pages while that ate which made them less restless. The room was nice with all the amenities you would need. The bathroom had Dove brand products which was nice for a change. Our bed was clean and comfortable and the hotel was clean also. There is not much around the building and we ended up ordering from a pizza chain for dinner. Breakfast was uninspiring and not very good.
