Booked this hotel specifically because I needed an EV charger and they advertise having available Tesla Destination Chargers on-site. Once I booked the room, I got 3 different emails. The email said is that they have the chargers. It also says that they do not allow parking reservations. Looking back, I think that I should have followed up with a phone call since their email also says it hasn't been updated since 5 Jan 2022 (booking was for the week of 19 Jul 2023). When I arrived to the hotel, I was told that all the charger spots were taken and they asked why I didn't call ahead to reserve a spot. Clearly, their automated emails are completely incorrect and mislead customers on what they should expect. First impressions are important and they made a horrible one. As for the rest of the stay, the rooms were nice and clean, the bed was great in my opinion, and everything was silent. If my experience hadn't been ruined upfront, this could easily be a 5-star review.

Perfekte Lage - viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Füß erreichbar, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel, modern und gepflegt. Gutes Frühstück und eigene Tiefgarage zum Parken (30 Euro pro Tag). Fteundliches und kompetentes Personal. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Excellently located, as soon as you step out you’re surrounded by beautiful buildings and all the main things you want to see. It’s very easy to walk this area. The bar upstairs in great, fantastic bartenders who are kind and up for a good conversation. I’ll be staying here again next time we return.

Top Lage, schöne große Zimmer, Personal überaus freundlich, Garage direkt am Hotel, Frühstück in Ordnung. Leider wurde unser Zimmer trotz mehrmaliger Bitte nicht gereinigt, dafür wurde uns aber netterweise der Parkplatz kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, top. Einzig der unerträgliche Geruch im Treppenhaus und die dauerhaft fließenden Toiletten waren störend. In Summe für einen Sightseeing Trip das ideale Hotel.

Overall the hotel is good. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The property looks modern and nice exterior. I was not very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. It needs more proper cleaning. The AC is not very efficient especially in August where it’s mostly needed with the hot weather. The quality of the sheets and pillows were below average. The location of the hotel is excellent close to the center and you can walk everywhere.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, tout près du centre de Dresde, avec ses restaurants et commerces. L'accueil était sympathique et la chambre spacieuse avec une bonne literie. Son seul défaut est qu'elle sentaitlégèrement le tabac froid, peut-être à cause de la moquette. Le petit déjeuner était copieux mais à mon goût il manquait un peu de fruits frais et de diversité de jus de fruits.

Nice place, excellent food. Only disappointment was the rather rude young man on reception when we checked in. Probably best if he wasn’t in a customer facing role. Everyone else was very pleasant. Happily would stay again.

Sehr zentrale, tolle Lage ! Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang super freundlich. Leider hatte sich beim Check in bereits eine lange Warteschlange gebildet und man musste ca. 30 Min hierfür an Wartezeit aufbringen. Ein Problem mit dem Zimmer wurde versucht, schnell und freundlich zu beheben. Wir hatten ein Townhouse Zimmer gebucht, die sich in der obersten 6. Etage befinden. Recht groß und über 2 Etagen. Schöne Aussicht. Für diese Preiskategorie könnte hier und da an einigen Stellen jedoch ausgebessert werden. Wenn das Sofa als dritte Schlafmöglicheit genutzt wird, sollte man in Kauf nehmen, mit dem Laken darauf umherzurutschen (Ledersofa). Dies ist beim Familientownhouse anders! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausbaufähig und hat uns leider nicht vom Hocker gerissen. Einige Speisen wurden nicht rechtzeitig augefüllt, das Rührei war "Eierschaum" aus der Großpackung. Trotzdem findet jeder etwas... Alles in allem würde ich beim nächsten Dresdenbesuch ein anderes Hotel auspobieren.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Zimmer sind top, mitten in der Altstadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr nah liegend. Freundliche Begrüßung und top Service. Der Frühstücksraum ist zu Stoßzeiten zu klein. Mit dem Nachlegen von Brötchen und Büfett hinkt der Service hinterher. Die Platzdeckchen sollten in Papierform getauscht werden. Das spart Zeit und dient der Hygiene, beim neu eindecken wurde alles mit einem Lappen abgewischt, keine Desinfektionsmittel verwendet.

Lovely breakfast and very relaxed vibe, good service. Right in the baroque centre opposite the Albertinum which was great as we went to Dresden specifically to see an exhibition at this amazing gallery. Really appreciated being able to get good quality self-service coffee as i had work to do while there. Room was spacious with good facilities for business travellers.
