I liked the spacious king bed and the convenient parking in front of the room. Also appreciate the microwave in the room. However left the motel very upset and fuming as a staff member opened the room with their own keys while I was getting dressed. They didn’t even knock on the door prior to using their keys. My car was still parked outside the room and it was not even check out time of 10am! Highly inappropriate. For this reason, I would never stay here again. The owner, I think, explained that the staff is still in training. Clearly not trained properly.

Perfect place to stay for a night or 2. Designated parking spots is a massive bonus especially if you are arriving later and don’t want the hassle of finding a spot somewhere near your room. Guaranteed parking a metre from your door is fantastic!

We stopped in at this property on a three day driving journey. The staff were lovely when we checked in. The room was clean and tidy and the windows were open letting in fresh air when we arrived which was a nice touch. Very easy to just park our car out the front of our room and appreciated that the car was undercover. Whilst it is quite close to a very busy road there was pretty minimal road noise over night. It is an older property but I would absolutely stay here again.

Grand floor entrance to unit suited our needs. Undercover car parking was appreciated as on the day of our visit it was raining heavily. When we parked our car was surrounded by a pool of inch deep water.The tarmac has sunk in this carspace.

Management at check-in were excellent and informing me of local restaurants that I could walk to from the Pacific Palms. Not long after arriving a heavy rain and hail happened and I was pleased my car was undercover right out the front of my room. I would definitely stay here again travelling from Brisbane to Sydney.

The advertised “Executive” Room is misleading and the price quoted and not negotiable by the Motel Manager is overpriced - there are major roadworks currently progressing in Coffs Harbour - ?? has this guaranteed custom raised the price of local accomodation offers! The room is shabby with well worn thin carpet and chipped paint. There is no secure room lock only the handle that shuts the door. The King bed reviewed as “so comfortable” was not - the mattress hard and well used. The bathroom has been recently renovated. The bathroom door is a loose sliding door that gives limited privacy There is no basin in the bathroom- this is in an alcove adjacent to the main room. The room was clean. There is a Microwave /Kettle / Toaster and essential eating utensils that were appreciated.

In-room tourist information is out-dated as we went to one referred restaurant where it became blocks of apartments instead.

Good “old school” motel that has been renovated. Quick and cheerful checkin.Clean and comfortable. Easy walk to all the shops and eateries. Not as noisy as you’d think. Extremely clean bathroom. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
