So Sweet Capitole "Joli petit appartement au cœur de Toulouse historique. En plein centre et pourtant au calme. L’appartement est bien équipé globalement. Seul bémol, la literie. Un pseudo sommier à même le sol et un lit mal fait (comme en portefeuille, ça rappelle des souvenirs d’internat ??). Sinon l’appart est joliment décoré, agréable et hyper bien situé. Merciii"

Les hôtes ont été très arrangeants concernant notre date d'arrivée en train et nous ont remis les clés comme prévu. Bien que l'appartement soit petit, il est parfaitement équipé et tout est très pratique.

L'immeuble mériterait plus d'entretien : l'ascenseur semblait en panne depuis longtemps, et les conteneurs poubelles de font pas de tri sélectif. Dommage.

So Sweet Capitole This was a cute and wonderfully located apartment. The best part about it is it had great AC which came in handy during the hot summer months. Overall it was a comfortable stay, but it wasn’t the most well-stocked place. They provided only two rolls of toilet paper and both rolls appeared to be half gone. Also, we tried to use an extra comforter we found in the storage but it was very stained. However, the upside was that the host was very responsive. Even though they didn’t provide us with any extra toilet paper, they did deliver us some dishwashing pods and a new shower gel since our shower gel pump was broken. Despite the minor inconveniences, you really can’t beat the location!

So Sweet Capitole L’emplacement était parfait jetj’ai passer seulement deux nuits à Toulouse. Le Skidoo et parfait pour une personne qui ne souhaite pas passer beaucoup de temps à l’intérieur mais rentrer à l’appartement de soirée était très agréable Malgré l’emplacement il n’y a aucun bruit et la literie est très bonne. Petit bémol la porte de la douche de la salle de bain ne fermez pas correctement et la poignée était brisé, attention l’ascenseur est en panne j’ai dû porter ma valise assez lourde et me faire un peu mal au dos J’aurais juste aimé le savoirs de le départ. L’équipe chargée de l’accueil et très agréable et très gentil

So Sweet Capitole Great apartment - perfect for an extended stay so I could cook as well as being close to many good restaurants for when I wanted to go out. Close to city centre and the metro so easy to explore the city either on foot or by public transport. Place was immaculately clean when I arrived and I had everything I needed. Only slight criticism is that there was no chopping board which made it a little difficult when cooking. But when I raised this they immediately offered that I could go & collect one from the agency. I hope they will have one there as part of all the amenities from now on. Communication was excellent & I would thoroughly recommend this place.

So Sweet Capitole Logement très bien situé à 2 pas de la place du capitole, très pratique. La climatisation est très appréciable. Cependant quelques travaux de finitions seraient appréciables (poignée salle de bain, meuble cuisine) ainsi que d’avoir la possibilité d’avoir 2 jeux de clés (la porte d’entrée ne se claque pas).

So Sweet Capitole The apartment was nice but I wish I had known ahead of time that the elevator was broken. My bags were very heavy and I was counting on the elevator to help me get them up there. Also, the shower head was broken and I couldn't get it to hold on the stand, so I had to hold it in my hands when taking a shower, which isn't practical. The rest of the unit was quite nice and was exactly like the description said. The unit was really pretty overall! The location is really good too. Very central and easy to access.

So Sweet Capitole Het verblijf bij So Sweet Capitole was een super fijne ervaring. Alles in Toulouse op loop afstand te doen en het appartement was goed schoon. Er lag hier en daar nog wel wat van de waarschijnlijk vorige gasten (zoals het afval van een blarenpleister). Verder was de douchecabine deur gammel en toe aan een opknap beurt. Buiten dat een erg fijn verblijf waar ik zeker terug zal komen!

So Sweet Capitole "This place had great reviews, so I was looking forward to it. Upon arrival, they said the lift was broken which was not stated before I arrived. When I settled in, I noticed stains all over the sofa along with the area around the bed (mattress is on the floor so your close to the ground) being very very dusty. There was also a broken electrical socket with all the wires hanging out by my head. The shower door, seal and handle were broken so the water leaked all over the floor. When I tried to contact the company, they ignored all my messages and I still don\'t have a response for them."

So Sweet Capitole "Cute, easy & pleasant stay. 🙂 Perfect location, very central & close to great shopping, eateries, everything is a stroll away. Check in was seem-less and professional, I liked having someone to meet you at the property and show you everything. Very professional. The apartment is perfect for young couple or solo traveler. 🙁 The mattress was on the floor wedged up against a wall & corner. It could have been more comfortable if it was higher with more cushions. The water from shower splashed easily onto the floor and the handles on door were broken. Needs fixing. With some maintenance and extra comfort added it would be a perfect stay."

So Sweet Capitole "Appartement toch wel een beetje tegenvaller, vooral op vlak van service en communicatie. 🙂 De locatie 🙁 De ontvangst was niet goed. Mijn collega en ik hadden voorzien dat er iemand op de slaapbank zou slapen, maar deze was niet opgemaakt. De host was in complete paniek, want dit was niet doorgegeven aan haar. Maar er was ook nooit aan ons gevraagd of we de bank wilden gebruiken of niet. Hebben zelf de slaapbank moeten installeren en aangezien er een overtrek ontbrak, heeft iemand in een dekbedovertrek op die bank moeten slapen. Na melding ervan via mail aan Cocoon.fr, is er geen reactie gekomen langs hun kant. Ook oogt het appartement veel groter op de foto's. In werkelijkheid is het echt heel erg klein."

So Sweet Capitole "Great location, loved the area very much. Would come back, close to everything. I would suggest if sharing the unit to request to make up the second bed before hand, as this was not done for us. Also if quite tall would sleep lower level as the upper bedroom is not suitable for a tall person."

So Sweet Capitole L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal et permet de se déplacer facilement à pied partout en ville. Les hôtes ont été très arrangeants concernant notre date d'arrivée en train et nous ont remis les clés comme prévu. Bien que l'appartement soit petit, il est parfaitement équipé et tout est très pratique.

So Sweet Capitole This was a cute and wonderfully located apartment. The best part about it is it had great AC which came in handy during the hot summer months. Overall it was a comfortable stay, but it wasn’t the most well-stocked place. They provided only two rolls of toilet paper and both rolls appeared to be half gone. Also, we tried to use an extra comforter we found in the storage but it was very stained. However, the upside was that the host was very responsive. Even though they didn’t provide us with any extra toilet paper, they did deliver us some dishwashing pods and a new shower gel since our shower gel pump was broken. Despite the minor inconveniences, you really can’t beat the location!

So Sweet Capitole "This place had great reviews, so I was looking forward to it. Upon arrival, they said the lift was broken which was not stated before I arrived. When I settled in, I noticed stains all over the sofa along with the area around the bed (mattress is on the floor so your close to the ground) being very very dusty. There was also a broken electrical socket with all the wires hanging out by my head. The shower door, seal and handle were broken so the water leaked all over the floor. When I tried to contact the company, they ignored all my messages and I still don\'t have a response for them."

So Sweet Capitole Great apartment - perfect for an extended stay so I could cook as well as being close to many good restaurants for when I wanted to go out. Close to city centre and the metro so easy to explore the city either on foot or by public transport. Place was immaculately clean when I arrived and I had everything I needed. Only slight criticism is that there was no chopping board which made it a little difficult when cooking. But when I raised this they immediately offered that I could go & collect one from the agency. I hope they will have one there as part of all the amenities from now on. Communication was excellent & I would thoroughly recommend this place.

So Sweet Capitole The apartment was nice but I wish I had known ahead of time that the elevator was broken. My bags were very heavy and I was counting on the elevator to help me get them up there. Also, the shower head was broken and I couldn't get it to hold on the stand, so I had to hold it in my hands when taking a shower, which isn't practical. The rest of the unit was quite nice and was exactly like the description said. The unit was really pretty overall! The location is really good too. Very central and easy to access.
